Can someone tell me why my printer doesn't make the logo correctly? It should've been hollow

So, yesterday my first 3d printer arrived and I calibrated and updated everything, did some pretty damn good 3d benchy's but after a while, it started doing this out of the blue, can someone tell me how to fix it? Btw I have an ender 3 V2 and the pic is should have been a mario coin.
