Cracked open a really cheapity cheapy cheap 100~240v to 24v 1a PSU today, and holy moly. Manufacturer didn't even bother to put a fuse on it. Things so cheap, it could probably just blow up it's own self to be the fuse.

Pogo pin short circuiting problem: I have this design for a module that can be removed from a dock which has pogo pins aligned vertically. The problem is this causes short circuits when the module is being pushed in because the pins match with other contacts before matching with theirs. Any help?
