As promised, one flank steak, carne asada, five minutes on each side, five minutes rest, gave thanks, and devoured. And I found a random shish kabob in the fridge too.

Does anyone else use this as kind of an AMSR thing? When I get home from work, I like to start a flight, get up to cruising, and turn on autopilot, while I am checking email, and the like, and jump in when I need to make course corrections.
