A few questions about TBILL and TDROP?

Can someone explain TBILL and how to stake? Pros and cons to doing it. Thank you in advance for the responses.

Apparently, I am now a Leica owner. My fiancé got me a Leica M-A for Christmas, however, I have no idea how to use it. Please if someone on here can help me figure this out from a beginner standpoint that would be great! Merry Christmas to you all!
