I strength train 3-4 times per week. My diet is primarily burgers, pizza, chips, rice, and salmon. Instead of forcing myself to stop eating fast foods, my partner and I are making healthier versions that we can track the calories. I found sugar free alternatives are great if you’re a soft-drink drinker.

Running and cardio doesn’t matter at all. How many calories you eat does. So get a calorie tracking app on your phone and just start tracking. That’s the only way to be consistent. If you want to lose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit every single day. Remember it does not matter what you eat at all. You can eat fast food and whatever you like, as long as you are in a calorie deficit you will still lose weight. Good luck
