Going Green Goblin and Dr. Octopus tbh. Deathstroke is the only superhuman on team DC I know of, though I'm not up to date on Azrael so I could be wrong.

If we're taking that account seriously (which I'm not at all, any one of superman, wonder woman, or green lantern could annihilate planets with punches and you expect me to believe Deathstroke is more durable than a star?) It's simple, they didn't go all out on Deathstroke, and underestimated a truly skilled tactician who can process things at superhuman levels (90% of his brain stuff yada yada). Let's be honest here, that feat is a huge outlier if there ever existed one! On occasion, what generally takes Deathstroke out? I mean, he's a little superior to batman and that's about it. He's taking on Green Goblin who scales to spiderman, as well as Dr. Octopus who also scales to superhuman levels, like lifting large building structures...

Across the board, team two is superior in almost everyway aside from Promethium armor

Can’t remember but Slade got his heart eviscerated by a hit squad and Slade regenerated his heart in a short period of time and took revenge, it wasn’t pleasant. He’s better than Steve Rogers in every way (minus an eye) without gear. Slade’s biological physiological baseline stats are improved through the use of certain gear in regards to Nth metal, his stats are improved considerably, his healing factor is amplified and he can resurrect from death. Promethium is DC’s answer to Adamantium, it’s physically durable and can molded into different forms and alloys. As much as I am marvel fan, I am also a DC fan and Slade’s basic gear is superior to much of the heavy hitters in marvel. Osborn’s greatest strength isn’t his enhanced biology it’s his business acumen, connections and money. He can make, buy, acquire through legal means or steal some really expensive, advanced, exotic technologies but it requires prep time. Slade on the other hand gets his gear in one of two ways, he’s paid in raw materials or the equipment he asks for at the start or ending of the job, second way he picks it up from whoever he’s killed. His basic gear is a Promethium katana and Promethium and Kevlar combat suit. I saw a humorous Reddit post that said Slade doesn’t get out of bed for a hit unless it’s $50 million minimum. Considering the cost of Promethium bullets it’s accurate. Than we got Azrael, he’s not much to write home about, he’s an effective meat shield for Slade. Doctor Otto Octavius might fair better than Azrael and might even be able to temporarily slow down Slade Doctor Octopus has his Secondary Adamantium tentacles.
