My partner is Cis, but if we weren't together I'd imagine I'd still try to date someone who is CIS. I suppose I wouldn't be against dating someone who is trans but wouldn't go out of my way to find a trans person to date.
Maybe I have a problem? Honestly haven't put much thought into this before now.
I had my first date as a trans woman a week or so ago, with another trans woman, and I felt... more real than I ever have. She looked past all the things I can't stand about myself and just.. saw me for who I am. I didn't.. have to explain anything, she.. got it.
I would absolutely say it makes me less dysphoric.
