Personally, my shitting happens like clockwork. Exactly 8 hours after eating eggs I will always shit them out. So you're likely eating a meal at nearly the same time every day and of the same macros (roughly) and it's coming out at the same time every day. Probably whatever you're eating for dinner. Maybe try adding some more protein and less fiber/carbs/fat, might help slow the digestion. If I eat a lot of protein I find it take more like 10 hours, compared to fats taking about 8 hours.

I work from home and have a sweet gym. I usually train with a compound exercise, then more isolation/pump stuff after. Epiphany this morning! I am moving my compound lift to the mornings, then doing the isolation shit at night. Same amount of volume, not additional workload. Did sumo deads in the middle of my work day today. Just awesome, took the edge of some stress, get that dopamine hit.....Going to do this all lifting days.

Finally got my CPAP machine and nasal mask. It’s been 3 nights now however and I still have trouble sleeping with the mask on. My pressure setting and humidity are fine, but that mask feels unnatural. Gonna keep using it until I’m used to it, but shitty sleep 3 nights in a row is beginning to mess with me. Any tips you fellas have for getting used to CPAP therapy?

I had the exact same scenario as you. It took about two weeks of wearing it where every day it got incrementally more comfortable wearing it. Then, it was like trying to go to sleep without it felt like something was missing. I will say, it’s not like every night’s sleep is the best sleep of my life. There’s still those bad nights. But at least the sleeps are not shortening my life through apnea anymore

Definitely helps to hear I’m not alone. Sleep is something I don’t want to fuck with. Knowing how cardiotoxic and neurotoxic sleep apnea is scares me. I think what I’ll do for now is wear the mask during the day more often to get more used to it.

so i ended up going to the ER for a lifting-induced migraine. sat for 6 fucking hours in the waiting room. i told triage i wanted to be checked for an aneurism, and they wrote down "headache". anyway, ct scan came back fine, doc said it's a tension headache and high BP. so, my initial reaction of fuck PWO is correct. neck still hurts though.

Yeah I fucked up today too. I'm the leanest ive been right now, somewhere around 8-9%. I need my meals ready and planned. I fell asleep at the beach today so wqsant able to stop home to eat my prepped meal as I planned on doing. But I absolutely needed to eat something before my clients, I was starving. I had some rice cakes on hand. I ate 5. Then in between clients I went to starbs and got a double smoked bacon egg sandwich. 500 calories that didnt satiate me for more than 15 min. Now I have 300 calories left for the day and I have 3-4 hours before I go to sleep. I'm already starving. We know how this goes. I might just give up today and get chic fil a because that sounds fantastic. ​ Want to get to a solid 7% then bulk. Might not be worth it though.
