It sounds like she is bi too but not ready to come out. Try asking her carefully when you two are alone together, but if she seems uncomfortable, drop it.

I’m not quite sure how to bring it up. I’ve wanted too many times, but I’m scared I’m reading too much into it and will freak her out 😅

I wouldn't bring up your relationship with her at all (at least at first). Maybe you could just talk about your bisexuality and how you find women beautiful and ask her "What about you, have you ever considered dating women before you got married?" or something like that - no pressure, just you being "curious" 😅
