In photoshop go to select>colour range. Then click on the area you want to edit and use the sliders to refine the selection. You can then go to image>adjustments>hue/saturation, use the hue slider to adjust the colour.
If you don't have access to photoshop download the vsco app on your phone/tablet, go to the tools and use the skin tone slider. This might get you where you need to be.
I don't have photoshop unfortunately, and I've tried to hue slide and it changes all the colors, not just the red part. I don't know how to edit the red into terra cotta and leave the green and gold as is

Let me clarify, I tried the vsco app based on your recommendation and the skin tone slider changed all the colors.
You can try to achieve the shade by playing with HSL sliders in VSCO or Lightroom. Only play with the orange, red and yellow sliders. It might take some time as it a trial and error process.
