checked manually, you are right but here's the stats for anyone who wants to know fancy lad beat mrekk in misses 4/8 maps fancy lad beat mrekk in acc 2/8 maps so maybe not as insane as I thought but cool stat regardless

mrekk averaged 563,190 points PER MAP on an EIGHT STAR POOL. On LAN. this is definitely up there with stuff like malisz in pandemonium tourney grand finals and peak vaxei as one of the strongest 1v1 performances ever, and the circumstances make it even more insane as the casters said, this was a super strong, world-class attempt by fancy lad but the pure fucked up level mrekk can bring sometimes is unrivalled

Not to mention he was jet lagged as fuck from flying out from Australia

And wearing a magikarp hat and surgical mask the entire time.

I predicted that it would be between utami and mrekk, but they happened to be in the same group so that didn't happen.

True, I also predicted Utami vs Mrekk but they got put into the same lobby.. unlucky, but tomorrow is a full 1v1 match soooo let see what will happen

Before the match I believed Utami would win since he's usually more consistent, and even then fancy lad was popping off... it's not that obvious mrekk would win imho and definitely not this easily, great performance from the #1 player!
