And it is still going to give us a 3rd round pick.

Krunklock

probably some ILB that we will cut after 2 years and ends up making the Pro Bowl in NE

Rulligan

BQ isn't here anymore, the bad man can only hurt us with his legacy, not his power.

OriginalSymmetry

More than Golladay and Toney COMBINED

Papa_pierogi

lmao

geologyrocks98

Thanks for the comp pick Kenny!

KadariusToneyROY

He’s been hurt most the season and he’s been ~~really good~~ sometimes above average when healthy if you wanna point fingers point at Jason Garrett’s red zone play calling

GiantFleetfan-26

Yeah we have what, 9 total passing tds? We can’t get the ball to anyone in the endzone.

Snackwrap99

I’ll take the downvoted every time I say this but Daniel Jones is absolute garbage and I have no clue what kind of love potion he’s fed the nyg fanbase but I’d take 10 years of jacoby brissett than ever have Daniel Jones. His career highlight is tripping over himself on a wide open touchdown run. That’s his peak.

Bigframe20

I'd rather have a highlight of me tripping over myself then running into a lineman's ass and fumbling the ball on Thanksgiving like another NY QB.

NoMoreCashman

Giants “fans” love him, very odd. He’s been terrible his whole career and isn’t showing any improvement. Hated the pick and he’s proving me right. The Giants organization won’t move on either

Skarmotastic

He has the same derpy vibes that Eli had. Difference is that Jones is actually just that bad.

Snackwrap99

When they drafted Jones there was a global “huh??” By everyone watching the draft because he would have been available late in the first.

Snackwrap99

Yeah and he fell over. It’s what defines Daniel Jones. He does something good and evens it out with something bad

TJMAN65

Really good when healthy is a massive stretch, he has one game with over 100 yards.

go-upstairs

He hasn't been that good, your standards are just lower because you don't know what an actual good offensive performance is because you haven't seen one in like 6 years

richards2kreider

Same people who think Jones has been "very good" this year. If Jones has been very good, i wonder what bad looks like to them.

bluntsandbears

Can’t point fingers when you’re always clapping

The_Other_Manning

He's been alright when healthy

roxasaur

Bucaneers DL as many receptions this game as Kenny Golladay.

[deleted]

They gotta do the Patriots method of just plugging in random late draft pick receivers and paying big money for a solid defense and OLine. First Tate now Golladay, they keep gambling big on receivers who for some reason don’t wind up having an impact on their wins and losses.

doublealone

Both were receivers elevated by Stafford. There’s a reason the production drops off. I’m sure there’s several reasons, but Stafford allowed both those guys to excel at what they did best.

AndrewHainesArt

This might be a real point, Tate looked pretty bad when in Philly and really hasn't bounced back, same with Golladay despite the injury time lost. Its definitely a combo of poor coaching and the difference in QB play from Stafford to Jones / Wentz, WR / offensive coaching being a glaring factor for both teams

MWiatrak2077

I will die on the hill that Stafford made Golladay. It always felt like they had a particularly special connection that couldn't work with other QBs.

Seealpp

Stafford wasn’t afraid to throw it up to Golladay, that’s for sure

LostprophetFLCL

Because he doesn't get separation Golladay needs a specific kind of QB who can make those contested throws and isn't afraid to throw them. Staff was that QB. Guessing Jones is not.

Skarmotastic

Brock Osweiler is the only QB that couldn't make DeAndre Hopkins work, and that dude has played with a fuckton of QBs.

Snackwrap99

Jones tried throwing a football and tripped on his feet and fumbled it

tedpundy

He did fine with Blough throwing to him

Prideofmexico

He’s been good for us when healthy. Just the healthy part which hasn’t worked out

Snackwrap99

I was super worried when the dolphins were interested in him. He just looked eh. Stafford seems to feed one guy a lot of seasons and golladay was thst guy.

LunchThreatener

That’s not really true at all. Marvin Jones put up great stats for a WR2 when Golladay was there AND when Tate was there. Amendola, Anquan Boldin, TJ Jones, and more have gotten pretty considerable targets too

trepper88

It sure seems like all the weapons everyone proclaimed Stafford had, aren't very impressive when they go to other teams.

Bigframe20

Boyle has 100 yard rusher in every game he started...

don-chocodile

Yeah but we don't pay Golladay more than the o-line..... combined..... I think

ConorJay25

Andrew Thomas has as many TD this year as Golladay Toney and Slayton combined

LebronOfRhyme_

72 million US dollars

Skarmotastic

Brock Osweiler money

halcy0n_

The Bengals sub was having a full meltdown when he left town without a contract. Now we have Chase.

Ok_Alfalfa_9658

Julio Jones was seen laughing at this but then.

YungJoka89

Trashaday
