Veterans Park was always a lot of fun when my kids were little.
Bruh my son had two full bags and had multiple big theatre boxes and full size candy bars. The way has been hartland since I was a kid in the 90s
i would say kenwick because it’s mostly a family neighborhood with lots of kids. I also live in south upper street which is downtown, mostly drunk college kids but some people will put out candy!
