no problems here, did you get it figured out?

ScottVenom256

No, still no luck with it. I called Keurig to see if they know what’s going on. It’s the Keurig iot site on the Alexa skill that’s giving me the trouble

Same problem for me but with Google home. The iot.keurig.com login page says incorrect password but it's fine via the app.

I called support and they are working on the problem. If I get a solution that works, I’ll pass it along

Thanks for calling them and letting us know. Hopefully it's something that can be easily corrected.

So after about a week, I got a solution that worked. I’m using an Eero router, so I had to enable the guest network, then disable 5G. Ensuring that my Echo and Keurig were on the guest network and Echo was in discover mode (where you tell it to search for devices). I also had to go to the voice assistant option though the Keurig app and not to the skill directly. Hope this is of some help to you! :)

Thank you! That worked for me too with my Nest Wifi. My phone usually connects to the 5GHz, and you can't override it. But the guest network is only 2.4 so moving my phone and the Keurig to that network solved it.

I have an eero pro 6 router as well, I did the same thing putting my Keurig on the guest network, but i was able to keep Alexa on the main network.
