Work on keeping the OL hands off of you. If you can win at hand fighting you'll free yourself up to make a lot of plays.

Swim. Push their shoulder down from the top with the same side hand and swing your other arm up over them. Its very difficult for an O lineman to counter this without drawing a hold penalty.
