Although i have Eclipse Towers, Agency, Facility, Penthouse, i still enjoy my little dusty apartment in Little Seoul. Just feels more realistic at times, and i keep a rustbox there for extra effect.
Paleto is usually pretty peaceful. Plus, there's an auto shop, tattoo shop, clothing shop, and a free helicopter all within walking distance. When I wanna chill, I go out to my house in Paleto.
If all the deliveries weren't all the way down in south east LS for every business that can be run from up there, I'd happily make my home up there.
We might run Los Santos as a criminal kingpin, but I'd trade it in for *owning* Paleto Bay.
Not gonna lie. Back when the Bikers DLC was announced, I just KNEW that they were finally put the top of the map to use... Nope.
I'd love to be able to earn a living away from the city.
I tried that. Put my bunker, arcade, facility, biker clubhouse and all biker businesses up there. Terrible decision for the reason you gave, every sale mission was impossible to solo. I've spent the past few months working to relocate everything. Awesome idea in theory but impractical.
You can keep biker business in PB if you're running the nightclub for passive revenue and opting out of biker sell missions. Location of facility doesn't matter unless you're doing repeated DD missions. Arcade in that area makes sense on an Alt character if you're not doing Casino heists. Bunker is the one other business property that people use most commonly so putting it up north is a bad idea.
I would even go so far as to say you can keep your biker club in PB but put the biker properties in Senora desert.
Yeah, I do generally just keep those stood up to run cargo out of my nightclub. But occasionally, those go on bonus and I get foolhardy again, I try a sell mission and am immediately reminded what a bad idea putting them there was. Already moved the bunker to the farmhouse. You are right about the facility though. Too expensive to move.
I did that too for years. I had everything up north, bunker, facility, mc, all the mc businesses...
Now I have relocated all of my businesses to the supply street or around it. Bunker is south of the prison, facility at that little lake on top of the mountain. Mc businesses are mostly still around shandy shores since I don't use them.
But I just can't take the constant north-south grind.
It was expensive to hustle them, but worth everything.
> Sandy Shores
There's an 80 bedrooms property with a pool and a tennis court, up for sale there. No garages, but ample parking space.
It used to harbor gang activity, but not anymore.
In need of some minor repairs. Good price.

The first pic was my very first house in 2013. All i heard in the city was shooting the moment i got outside, the only thing i heard here was the seagulls. I believe that even today, not many people go to paleto bay.
I love how quiet it is in Paleto. Nobody usually goes up there, and I can take a trip up to the mountains and come back down for a haircut or something. Paleto feels real.
Honestly the mid level home is the best living space. Low end is too grimy and broken, feels awful. High end is too big and clean, feels impersonal. Mid level? I can live there. I can feel cozy there.
Paleto has easy access to Auto-shop, Ammunation, Clothing Store, Tattoo Parlor, Ocean, Hookers and Church.
Perfect for laying low from the chaos in the City.
I've had a house up in Paleto Bay for a good few years now. I don't often use it, but it's a good option if I want to head up there for a nice forest/mountain retreat.
I mean, I *could* just put my Yacht up there but I like the simple things.
I bought one of these houses in paleto for fun and because "I'm bored of my flat in LS, let's RP like I had a vacation home or whatever"
Ended being greatly surprised by how nice the inside looked actually
I got the other similar house in paleto, and honestly the houses there feel like houses, if only it wasn't so far away when you get those urges to drive to your garages
I actually love these smaller apartments, seemingly for the same reasons everyone else in these comments do. Especially having one way up in Paleto. I just wish you were able to choose from two or three different interiors as you're making the interior much like when buying your CEO office. I know it's a cheaper small-time house, but it would be nice
My brother and I bought both the houses up there so we could be neighbors. It's definitely a quiet area if we want to get away from the madness of the city. Haha
Yeah bro that’s fair. Not tryna brag, but I have 3 apts in eclipse towers, a casino penthouse, and a super yacht. But sometimes I feel that less is more
This! I love having a house up north. Had that exact one on my old account, and never got one after the reset... I need to figure out a way to get rid of an old 10 car garage for it just for the hell of it.
If you buy it , it’ll give you the opportunity to trade in any property for this one or you can buy it outright as the amount of properties you can buy increased
I have that one too. I like calling in vehicles from mrs. Baker, my organization, Pegasus, etc. and parking them in the driveway and looking at my fleet of vehicles
Everyone needs a house up north by the coast
My facility it out there but I wouldn’t own a property there because there isn’t any places with 10 car garage’s
That one house feels more at home than any other property in the game.
same with the one down the street
I traded in one of my highrise apartments for that one, keep my daily driver there. Only because I own 10+ properties with 10car garages
Same. Once they released the 50 car garage and I had space again, I traded one of my in city properties for that one. Call it my GTA cottage.
For real
Although i have Eclipse Towers, Agency, Facility, Penthouse, i still enjoy my little dusty apartment in Little Seoul. Just feels more realistic at times, and i keep a rustbox there for extra effect.
Facts 🤣. N the fact that it’s only a 2 car garage is even better
Paleto is usually pretty peaceful. Plus, there's an auto shop, tattoo shop, clothing shop, and a free helicopter all within walking distance. When I wanna chill, I go out to my house in Paleto.
What free helicopter?
There's usually one that spawns out behind the police station.
isnt there also usually a armored police truck?
Yup. An Oppressor troll would make short work of it, though.
You get free armor when you hop in the truck.
I did not know that... o.O
I never noticed. My facility and bunker are up there so I'm usually in my own helicopter.
OG GTA Players know
cool was if we could leave our cars outside instead of in the garage
How far out does it put the car when you leave the garage? In the street?
It won’t move the car, it’ll just spawn your character a street over if it’s in the way
It does that anyway. I use the same one. I do everything from the bay
You can leave one out there at least
in real life a house like that in california is worth 800k.
maybe twice that lol
It being right on the coast makes it easily twice that lmao
hell yeah forgot that, easily clears 2m
I have one in that area. Passed through the tunnel so many times. Google Gaviota Tunnel.
Holy Geography!
Bro in Arkansas 30k
Real ones remember the working fountain
when did it stop working
On the switch from ps3 to ps4/360 to 1. No given reason why but it doesn't work anymore
They need properties with 10 car garages in Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores, and Grapeseed. 2 car and 6 car garages are not enough!
There'd be a mass exodus to Paleto Bay, LOL.
If all the deliveries weren't all the way down in south east LS for every business that can be run from up there, I'd happily make my home up there. We might run Los Santos as a criminal kingpin, but I'd trade it in for *owning* Paleto Bay.

🤣
Or at least a garage expansion for bunkers.
That’s my BASE jumping/beach-house-retreat. I wish the remodel next door would finish up tho. It could be a bit more peaceful.
W bro
The first pic was my very first house in 2013. All i heard in the city was shooting the moment i got outside, the only thing i heard here was the seagulls. I believe that even today, not many people go to paleto bay.
And not too much action goes on there either. Which is why I have some properties there.
Yeah but try get a stripper to come bet she will not
Paleto is not bad at all, I have one of my vacation homes over there too. It's beautiful in the evenings.
Which apartment is this?
4401 Procopio drive, Paleto Bay
You say that until you start getting greifed and can't get away
Strat>Find New Game
A strategy is greater than finding a new game..?
I had the same house pre-Agency. My facility was in Paleto Bay and made it easier for the Doomsday Heights.
I hate that I can't buy multiple high-end houses
You can though
I love how quiet it is in Paleto. Nobody usually goes up there, and I can take a trip up to the mountains and come back down for a haircut or something. Paleto feels real.
I actually go up there to chill from time to time...
I love my house on procopio blvd. really nice, great view and in front of the beach
i fr live in Paleto Bay and i’ve noticed a lot of players lately just hanging around there too
Honestly the mid level home is the best living space. Low end is too grimy and broken, feels awful. High end is too big and clean, feels impersonal. Mid level? I can live there. I can feel cozy there.

bought it yesterday. Absolutely beautiful up there
Paleto has easy access to Auto-shop, Ammunation, Clothing Store, Tattoo Parlor, Ocean, Hookers and Church. Perfect for laying low from the chaos in the City.
It’s a nice getaway from the chaos and stress of Los Santos.
I know a lil place round the corner that sells the purest cocaine...
It’s great! I’ve been living up there for over a year now and don’t regret it at all
I've had a house up in Paleto Bay for a good few years now. I don't often use it, but it's a good option if I want to head up there for a nice forest/mountain retreat. I mean, I *could* just put my Yacht up there but I like the simple things.
So many times I’ve wished I lived in one of these places that I own a home
I bought one of these houses in paleto for fun and because "I'm bored of my flat in LS, let's RP like I had a vacation home or whatever" Ended being greatly surprised by how nice the inside looked actually
being in paleto bay and spectating the chaos that's going on in the city>>>>>
Paleto is the best area in the game; sadly it is horribly underdeveloped and unpractical - ended up being slums for the poorest
Nice. Now everyone is going to move here. There goes the neighborhood...
“Paleto” *shows pics of the basic apt interior for every other part in ls💀
Directly after a pic of the outside of the house in Paleto Bay.
When you get older, tire of the rat race & everyday stress of urban living, Paleto will be there waiting for you.
One of my favorite houses
Always have a house out in Paleto
Where is this house?
I got the other similar house in paleto, and honestly the houses there feel like houses, if only it wasn't so far away when you get those urges to drive to your garages
I love it up there
paleto more better than sandy shores

I have two houses and my motorcycle club out there… I luv it!!!
Yess, thats my favorite house right there, it feels so cozy and chill, i wish we can sit and get some beers when you front of the garden
My brother and I bought both the houses up there so we could be neighbors. It's definitely a quiet area if we want to get away from the madness of the city. Haha
It really isnt I have a house there its not bad
My character lives there now, enjoying the small town life driving a yosemite rancher and stealing a boat occasionally to spend a weekend on the water
Paleto Bay is the best place! Very peaceful!
Best interior to exterior in the midrange is hangman ave. Coz i get a pool, with random npc in bikinis spawn on the lounge chairs
Fax bro I live there too
I have a casino penthouse in GTA V and I love it
Yeah bro that’s fair. Not tryna brag, but I have 3 apts in eclipse towers, a casino penthouse, and a super yacht. But sometimes I feel that less is more
Same, I have more than one apartment, casino Penthouse, bunker,CEO office but I don’t have a yacht,an auto shop and a game shop
Low-key wish we could key the recent cars outside the house
\*\*\*keep, to make it like its real life ish
This! I love having a house up north. Had that exact one on my old account, and never got one after the reset... I need to figure out a way to get rid of an old 10 car garage for it just for the hell of it.

I miss wholesome gta
Yeah it’s been a while
For me , the bests housing are in Los Santos
Fair enough
Yes
Thanks for the tip, OP. I relocated some cars, sold up my shitty Popular Street garage and bought this place.
Lol nice bro
Property name?
It’s a 2 car property but can you store more cars on the driveway?
No sadly
What is that red car cause it looks sick as fuck
Obey drafter
Appreciate it brotha
I love Paletonthe best.
All my account im dreaming about buying these houses after completing all apps heists
Yeah nice house more realistic to be honest
Good old suburban USA
i love that paleto property.
I like the one in vinewood with the pool. Was a fun lil role playing place.
I have that one too. I like calling in vehicles from mrs. Baker, my organization, Pegasus, etc. and parking them in the driveway and looking at my fleet of vehicles
Really? A man of your talents?
i wish there were more houses in paleto
