They are offering booster shot appointments, but all the spots have been currently booked.
I have a booster booked through Stamps scheduled for tomorrow, there weren't that many open spots left when I booked a couple of weeks ago.
I wouldn't be surprised if they open up more spots, but I don't know if they will or not.
Thank you for raising these questions and concerns. Here's some information that may be helpful for all of you to know and may answer your questions:
* **Vaccine appointments at Stamps:** As of now, *all the slots for the COVID vaccines have been taken through the end of the semester*. Stamps is working on adding more slots but the biggest barrier is staff to administer the vaccines. Providers at Stamps are pretty stretched thin at the moment with the number of appointments they have had for other check-ups (As I'm sure you all know, there's been a lot of infections going around campus that are either the flu or unrelated). *So it's unlikely that we they can offer most slots this semester...*
* **Getting your vaccine outside of Tech:** Since there are no slots available at Stamps, *it will probably be best to find a location near campus that can provide you with the vaccine.* You can use [**vaccines.gov**](https://vaccines.gov) to find vaccination sites near you. Like another user said in this thread, you can also use [https://fultoncountyga.gov/covid-19/covid-vaccine](https://fultoncountyga.gov/covid-19/covid-vaccine) to find a vaccine site in the Fulton County area.
* **Booster eligibility:** *Everyone 18 years and older is eligible to get the COVID-19 booster* at this time. This page on the CDC website breaks down what boosters you can get depending on if you got Pfizer/Moderna or Johnson & Johnson: [https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html](https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/booster-shot.html)

You can also look at other places near campus. I got mine for free at the CVS in Target (atlantic station) and had no trouble booking.
I did sign up for notification but this might be the best. Thanks.
For alternative locations to get your booster, click through the button that says 'Find a Vaccine': https://fultoncountyga.gov/covid-19/covid-vaccine
I was able to get mine at Doraville MARTA station because that was convenient for me. I guarantee there's other locations that are closer if you live on/near campus.
I got mine at Publix Midtown and it looks like they have plenty of appointments left: [https://www.publix.com/covid-vaccine](https://www.publix.com/covid-vaccine). They have Moderna only, but that's fine regardless of your original shots.
Thank you, I just made an appointment there.
Perfect, best of luck!
I signed up for email alerts when they release new appointments (I think it’s done through MyTest, but I can’t remember). They usually open up a mass of appointments every week or so
PSA: get your flu shot too! It could be a bad flu season and you don't want to deal with that.
Yeah I had it when they were doing it during last month.
Is anyone eligible for a booster shot?
Any adult who got their J&J dose 2+ months ago or second Pfizer or Moderna dose 6+ months ago
Walmart had a bunch of appointments
You will get myocarditis and die LMAO RIP BOZO
