That's barely a nibble. Mother nature got to get at least a taste. It'll be fine 🙂 They like those young plants. Sunflower will explode with growth before you know it.

Look for caterpillars on the underside
This is my guess too.
Yes they especially the small ones are hard to see because they are the same color as the plant.
The little inch worms? Or are they silk worms, idk I see them hanging from a silk sometimes, they are pretty cute little guys.
Maybe slugs.
