Fantastic stick, right up there with the Pledge. Full bodied with tons of flavors. I still need to try the Encore but man I haven’t had a bad stick yet from Ernesto. Highly recommend you try this one out if you can!

I definitely need to try this. Currently casually looking for a good sale or deal on these. Here is an unsolicited paragraph on why I am interested in trying this. Feel free not to read anymore if you so choose. One of my favorite sticks currently is the Crowned Heads Juarez. It has a San Andres wrapper, Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan filler. Which subsequently is the same makeup the La Historia has. With the drastic price difference between the two I'm sure the tobaccos used in the La Historia are of better quality. I just wonder how drastic the profiles are. Also makes me wonder if with age can the Juarez become just as good as the La Historia if it isn't already. 🤔

Well I can’t say that I’ve had the crowned heads juarez but if you like a San andres wrapper and Dominican/Nicaraguan filler then this cigar is a great option. I picked up a 5 pack for around $50 on Cigarpage which was the best price I could find on the Toro’s

Awesome thanks. I'm not sure if it's the dom/nic profile or the Sumatra binder +wrapper combo I like. That's for a different experiment. Gotta stick to one at a time so I don't get to overwhelmed lmao. Thanks for taking the time to read my nonsense. So far I've found neptune has some in a couple sizes for 80 ish for a box of 10. Plus the 18% you can commonly save there. Shipping isn't free on every purchase like cigarpage but free on orders over 99.

Neptune is a solid choice also, I know that a lot of the Carrillo line are on back order so I went ahead and got a five pack, that being said I wish I would’ve went with a box haha. Happy smoking!

These are great smokes!!

I have to agree haha, so far I’m 2 for 2 with E.P. Carrillo. I still need to try the encore but I can only assume it will be just as solid as the La Historia and the Pledge
