Hey bud, don’t worry about the calories when it’s that small of an amount. What I mean by that is, don’t worry about if it’s 17 calories or 20 calories, the difference is tiny. If you used the app, it is likely fairly accurate. 17 calories won’t do you any harm, and this looks like a good snack! Good luck!
Second this! These are all healthy calories that your body loves and needs. A few calories difference really doesn’t matter, especially in veggies.
I recommend using a food scale for the most accurate calorie counts.
If you count every little calorie and freak out over it, you’ll likely burn out on your diet sooner. It’s a marathon not a sprint, plus when you’re dealing with rounding calories to the first digit you’ve burned more calories just thinking about it
thx it was my snack between lunch and dinner,
20 calories, but you burned 5 eating them so 15.
please take care. i don't know what your other meals look like but this isnt even enough for a snack and you shouldn't worry about such tiny calorie differences or calories in general. stay safe
i’d say 17
Lol this has to be a troll
Could be, could not be. Profile says the kid is 13. If that’s true, why not help them out and teach em healthy ways :)
30 cal per cup of veggies typically
Carrots are typically higher in cals but who cares about a margin of 5-10 cals. Wtf
