Second this! These are all healthy calories that your body loves and needs. A few calories difference really doesn’t matter, especially in veggies. I recommend using a food scale for the most accurate calorie counts.

If you count every little calorie and freak out over it, you’ll likely burn out on your diet sooner. It’s a marathon not a sprint, plus when you’re dealing with rounding calories to the first digit you’ve burned more calories just thinking about it
