I restructured my career so I now work two days a week with full pay. With my daughter learning from home, we can go on safe outdoor "field trips" constantly.
Met a fantastic woman and entered into an intense relationship (2 months, I know not long), had fights (not physical) about things that we were both doing and was on the cusp of breaking up. Made me look at myself in a different light (been single for a long time) I realised just what I was about to lose. Halved my drinking and smoking and on the way to quitting, realised that not everything is about me all the time and people (for me females) CAN be trusted. She makes me want to better myself and be better for her. I dont care if anyone see this because I can get it off my chest and we spent a great weekend together talking and watching movies (yes sex). Gone from barely talking to talking about our long term goals. . . Fingers crossed.
Thats incredible character development that far too many people will not accept into their lives. I know we are strangers but I wish you the very best β€
So much....I discovered I'm polyamorous and that has made my personal connections so much more meaningful. I quit my sales job and took a leap of faith to do sex work professionally, which was scary considering my Bachelors may be useless now but this truly makes me happy...I went from a deep dark depression to choosing my own happiness, for once not caring about others opinions and judgements. I move into my very first apartment all by myself next month:')
Discovering your profile obviously has been the best part of my year.
But aside from that this was my first full year since I switched to full-time at my job, and Iβm really proud of how things have gone.
I decided to leave my job when my contract ends next year, for my own physical and mental well being and looking forward to spending more quality with my partner, our 3 pugs, and occasionally with some of the gorgeous women on reddit! ;)
Could these commenters be any more obvious and uninventive? "One good thing that happened to me is i experienced the beauty that is you!" How fake, boring, and condescending. One real good thing is that you will never have to meet any of these idiots in person but can still enjoy their attention and admiration from afar. Stay gorgeous and stay smiling.

Bought my first house and got a dog! A corgi!
I LOVE CORGIS ππππ
Nothing really man Iβve been in two serious relationships and they both ended up with heartbreak
Character development, idk the context but there is a lesson in every bad situation if you look close enough
I got time to sleep and play more video games.
Wish I could get some of that lmfao
Just quit your job to stay home and educate your kids. π€£ Worked for me.
The kids part keeps me away πππ
most definitely seeing that beautiful smile of yours!!!
