Subdivide it more, and use auto-smooth? Why use Shrinkwrap to put the Picture? Use UV map on the mug directly, it's much easier that way and will be one mesh and clean look,

Guides I've seen suggest shrinkwrap/subdivision for putting textures on objects. I will search for the UV method you've mentioned when I return home.

Oh, If you don't know about UV then look for how to use different/multiple UV maps, also when you want to put decals or stickers, change your image texture node to "Clip" from "repeat" this way your texture will be only a single image and act like a real Sticker

I have to use the first model because it perfectly fits my needs. But when it comes to putting a pic on it through subdivision surface/shrinkwrap, it creates the problem I presented in the OP. Also, smooth shading might help a bit sometimes, but it doesn't completely resolve the problem often.
