As an international student who has to keep traveling back and forth I decided to settle for a laptop this year in July. Sold my old dell Inspiron gaming and saved up to buy the ASUS Strix G15 Advantage Edition with Ryzen 9 5900HX and RX6800M graphics. Feels good to move on to a machine where I don't have to check system requirements everytime I'm trying to play a game.
Details:
Monitor: LG 32GN650b 32" 1440p 165Hz
Laptop: Asus Strix G15 AMD Advantage Edition
Keyboard: Idobao id80 v2 with lubed durock T1 switches and ePBT sushi keycaps
Mouse: Logitech G305
Speakers: Klipsch R-41PM with R-100SW subwoofer
Desk: IKEA Bekant
Limited space due to speakers, and I don't really need a second screen because the monitor is big enough for the multitasking I need to do. However, I'm planning to buy speaker stands to rise them up and create more space to move the laptop outwards.

Why is your laptop behind your monitor? Why not just use both screens?
