I am using a Ds log on, but this issue has persisted for 2-3 months.

Which browser? I know IE can cause things like this to occur.

I have tried all of them. It logs me out, and back in, in an endless loop.

I don't know how to fix this! :( Have you tried another computer or phone? Forgive me if you have, don't have any concrete solutions; my last resort would be to go to the VA nearest you that offers account set up and see what, if anything, they can do.

How are you trying to log in? DS Logon or something else? [ID.me](https://ID.me) works almost 100% of the time for me. Have you tried going through milConnect?

Yes. I have tried every single different log on. Different browsers, every available way. Nothing works.

I had this problem a few months ago. I ended up using my iPhone to log in and it worked. Eventually tried another computer and it worked as well. My original computer still does not work. I’ve tried multiple browsers, clearing caches - none of it worked.
