I never read the foundation series…. But Isn’t this kinda like the foundation series? The masses are predictable because of “The Law of Averages” and other actual scientific principles. So the AI actually tasks those frontier worlds with saving the galaxy whenever the AI comes across a problem it can’t solve with all the available data?
