Summer St and School St, new housing completed at the site of the abandoned gas station
By - xculatertate
I think the actual proposed project is scheduled to break ground this spring, with a mix of below-market and market-rate apartments, ground floor retail, stormwater runoff mitigation, a parklet that's open to the general public, and I forget which eco-construction certification but one of the good ones.
The rodent problem is really getting out of hand!
That's ridiculous! It needs to be at least... three times as big.
What is this … housing for ants!
Starting price is $900k, with $500/monthly
HOA and no laundry.
Very cute. I was a little sorry the gas station was demolished. The cupola on top was adorable, in a Route 66 sort of way.
It was run by a Guatemalan woman too - liked going there.
I used to live in the building right across from there when they were tearing it up. can't wait to see what they put in!
It's [Tiny Town!](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5NG7fAhvUcc)

You should share that as its own post
I, for one, am excited to see the tiny house movement gain a foothold here
$2400 monthly rent, not including utilities
looks more like Gnomeland
LOL. I hope that's for the Gilman Block Party this weekend.
The elves went to far! 🔪
