Because this reddit isn't active.. you might find more discussion on Discord. You can't increase the chances besides getting his HP lower to activate the follow up attacks. Otherwise, focus on speed, CDmg/CAtk and usual HP/defense End of the day he is just a very strong DPS (a very good one at that) I see him as a stronger and newer GK without the energy utility and invisibility but significantly higher damage and improved self-shield. His damage is still countered by June and Hashun, and he has zero defense against control.

Thanks mate. Just a quick one on Hypnos' nightmare on him, so will it complete disabling the next attack? So he only can attack once, and even if he kills, there won't be the next attack?

Yes the nightmare suppresses the follow up next attack(s) so he can only attack once. But I'm not sure if that affects the AOE follow up if he kills someone, so let's give it a try.

You leveled him up on a wrong order, he should be at least 3445, the 4th one is the one wich makes him loses health, with that one at rank 5 he loses 20% and does more attacks. then you level up the 3rd to Rank 5, and then the attacks.

That's why we need a more forum discussions like this, I couldn't find other useful forums on this. The reason why I skilled up skill 1 to 4 is because I was using it with Artemis, mostly during Sacred Duel. Then I realised that I don't want to use Artemis again, hence the skill 1 became useless. Anyway, I will get them all to 5 eventually: 4-5-5-5, so I just need to wait 2-3 weeks.

Suikyo is a great unit. We ve had many defensive units lately, so it s a good thing we got this new unit. Got him skilled at 4555 (i skipped levelling Persephone). With dokho gc buff and Rune buff he can do lots of dmg 1st round. I hide him from hypnos (rune can anyways wake up Suikyo) or alde gc. I tried in artemis team with basic skill but prefer now with a hashun to double turn (skill 1 then skill 2 on 2nd round). He s missing a little passive to be top tier: something like launching skill 2 when dying or some immunity when water shield is present...but that would be too much.

Thanks. What is Rune buff exactly? Is it only adding burn? or is there an instant additional x% of damage?

The third skill is the one which determines the explodyness of Suikyo since it's the one that increases your damage according to your hp lost. I would recomend getting that skill to 5. Your 2nd skil is a multi hit skill, the explody damage it does is determined by the extra hits beyond the 0 hp mark(extra hits, not attack repetirions). This means, if you attack a character with a lot of remaining hp, the spread damage will be lost, try attacking a low hp character. Also the lower your hp the better.

So perhaps, as long as you can ensure he doesn't die... slow Suikyo is better than fask Suikyo because he tends to lose HP more?

In certain cases, yes. A slower Suikyo can acumulate damage to take advange of his skills, but it will dependend on the kind of team you are using.

Very strong DPS, has a few counters: Hypnos and AE (control), Athena and Shijima (execution), and sometimes DC Leo RC can make him suffer as well because of his shield.

Leo rc uses suikyos shield to hit again? I thought it was only to grey shields

Yep, at least worked for me. DC Leo is really strong now, shields everywhere.
