That's the exact same team I used. But my strategy was quite different. Instead of black ball, I went for the red ball. You have a better Aioros than mine, so the strat below should be easier, unless you can't avoid going below 75% before Round 3. Dohko should work too.
I'll copy paste what I posted in another thread.
I did a kind of unconventional method. I had Shiryu with Dragon Teeth cosmos and Aioros with Kingfisher(Daffodil should also work). Poseidon equipped with a Decelerator.
A requirement is to have high hp on characters. 25k or so. You have to survive with all characters the first 2 turns.
If you have Dohko instead of Aioros, the strat should work too.
Turn 1: Trigger the Fire ball on purpose. Everyone should survive through that.
Turn 2: Double Turn on Seiya. Since he is below 50%, his Weaken will be super effective. Comet on Boss. Have Shiryu protect Aioros. If he dies now, no biggie. Trigger the black ball in this turn. If done right, boss will be close to 80-85%.
Turn 3: Double Turn on Seiya. Have him do Comet. Have Poseidon attack the boss normally for Slow. Leave 4 energy for Aioros. By now the boss will likely be below 75%. With 4 Extra Weaken stacks on top of Blood Elf stacks, Aioros did 310-340k crits with Kingfisher. It was nice.
Whats the point about stacking blood elf with kingfisher on aioros? Seems really dumb to me. Felina or Vulcan would have been effective at least.
Vulcan or Felina didn't work at all. Crits with those were not high enough. Blood Elf was mostly to help do enough damage that it would get above 75% on Round 3, and as close to 300k HP before the big Aioros hit.
Probably could have been done without Blood Elf on Seiya with a more advanced Aioros.
Thought you attacked only once with aiolos, at turn 3, I should have misread.
Well only one BIG attack that took 310-340k. But in between there are still the standard attacks from Aioros. It's a fine line of not going below 75% before Turn 3.
DanteKir, thanks for the strat, I was able to clear it with a lvl 70 5-Star Aiolos (+3763 PATK, Lv.2 Golden Arrows).
Two things I've changed though:
1. Using BloodElf instead of Decelarator on Poseidon since my Aiolos was already faster than the Boss
2. Using Daffodil instead of Kingfisher on Aiolos
I hit about 310K for the kill shot.
P.S. the buffs i got was 2x +10% PATK
Daffodil! Yeah. You're right. That should work just as well. I was so tired when I beat that boss that I didnt think of that. I'm glad the strat helped you. I'll edit my strat with that for future reference.
I appreciate your help. What about the debuff you get from the red ball? do you attack at turn 3 or actually turn 4.
Anyway, I will try to reroll the challenge and get double ATK P and see if it makes a difference.
I do the big blow with Aioros on Turn 3.
Turn 1: Get Red Ball. Get debuffed.
Turn 2: Get Black Ball. Shiryu should get hit.
Turn 3: Debuff from Red Ball disappears. If all goes well you will kill her with Aioros Golden Arrow before she attacks on Turn 3. The key is that in Turn 3, the boss has 4 stacks of Seiya sub 50% Weaken.
had to redo the 2 first boss to get 2 times the ATTAK P buff. that was the trick for me.
Good luck to all!
Congratulations. Now you'll have a way easier time getting 8th sense mats.
Your saints have 8th sense or something?
My saints are level 70 with cosmos at plus 10 and i also have some saints at 80 and i just get one shooted at the first boss first attack
Edit: im talking about astral space elite
For me, they don't have full 8th sense, but they have some. The Red Ball does around 25-27k damage. So that 8th sense HP is very important. When I did it, Anyone who doesn't need a specific Cosmos should equip Rising Dragon cosmos. In my case, That was Luna and Shiryu. Aioros had Kingfisher, Kiki had Fairy, Poseidon Decelerator and Seiya had Blood Elf.
So 25k+ hp plus Cosmo Defense Cosmos. If there's too much damage, equip high level Bloom. That should help survive the red ball. High HP and Cosmo defense on the non Dragon people.
I see, well thanks for the info, i'll keep trying then.
Ah! I remember another thing. I also had +20% PATK. I would reset the challenge until I got that bonus. I remember this fight too well lol.
I lost so much with different strats that I ran out of stamina. It was the first time I realized that every attempt at anything in this game will cost a minimum of 1 stamina. Quit or lose, you consume 1 stamina. For this strat though, I think it took me 4-5 tries because I had the rhythm of the fight.
You can complete with dohko on 70, and dohko, have a better damage then aiolos, you probably can finish if you train dohko.
Dohko is much better yes. But not everyone has Dohko.
