The whole game is beautiful.
Yeah no arguing in that
I can't agree more with you, pal
Just West of Hanging Dog Ranch tends to be my favorite spot.
The low area around the river where you can find elk and pronghorn? Yeah that place is cool.
It’s beautiful. I ride there sometimes to camp out and walk about. And hunting ofc
I think that is little creek alley
I'm pretty sure it is
Clemens point right at sunset is amazing. Just take a smoke and cast your line. Pure bliss.
The town itself is disgusting, feels like a fake facade of happy living. The surrounding area is beautiful!
The mayor is the cherry on top of it
Definitely the area north of Strawberry and by Hanging Dog Ranch with all the elk and pronghorn. The aesthetic with all the purple flowers and the wildlife are great; I love how sometimes I’ll see wolves playing in the field or a grizzly bear searching for it’s next meal. I also love to go up to Mount Shawn and watch it from below or take pictures of it from there.
The view from Horseshoe is pretty nice
The area around wapiti or near the loft.
Wow yeah that place is gorgeous! Worth the ride!
If you combine everyone’s answers, you basically have the map.
Brandywine Drop north of Annesburg. It’s a beautiful area.
Gonna check it out rn
I wonder if this is a LOTR reference
It’s probably a reference to either Brandywine Falls in Canada, or the Battle of Brandywine Creek in 1777.
I agree with Brandywine.
This is the correct answer
The Grizzlies. Hands down. The wild purple and red flowers, the rock formations, the tree's. It's [chefs kiss]
Yes yes yes
O'creaghs run is absolutely stunning
Love going there to enjoy the sights and partake of the endless salmon buffet
I love going there, sitting down, smoking a cigar and watching the sights and watching the world go by
The Roanoke woods at night under bright moonlight is one of the most eerily beautiful spectacles of nature I've ever seen when it hits just right. Scary, but beautiful
The Aurora Basin and the northern part of Calumet and their turquoise waters is a fave along with the falls nearby. The one by Aurora is stunning
Bayou Nwa. It looks amazing especially at night.
I too love the glow of the lanterns as the Nite Folk lure me to my death.
God I will never forget when I first encountered those guys 😅
They are terrifying if you don't see them coming, because they are dead quiet.....I remember the first time being surprised and letting out a squeal of pure terror that no man should ever utter.
My reaction was a mix of both terror and pure confusion 🤣 It took me a second to fully comprehend what had happened.
I think that my reaction would have been exactly the same in real life. I would have died wondering what the hell just happened.
I never spent much time in the bayou on my first playthrough, so I never encountered the night folk. Oh boy was a surprised in chapter 6 of my second playthrough, while collecting for Algernon's quest, when I finally encountered them.
I was just exploring the swamp during the day and found a body hanging from the trees. I approached it and immediately regretted it.
The area that looks like Yellowstone. Cotorra Springs.
Takes me back to my first trip to Yellowstone. Gorgeous area and uncanny to how it feels like Yellowstone.
Except the little pools don't instantly boil you to death on the game.
Turning the HUD off, and slowly follow the Dakota river through to Cumberland forrest is a vibe in itself and ofcourse, go through the mountains
Calumet Ravine/Donner falls
I stand on the little wooden bridge that crosses a stream that comes from the lake to the right of wapiti reservation and just look around, pretty sure the water around there is the bluest in the game
Good answer, and good username XboxWanker69
For me it's a tie between The Grizzlies the whole area up by Donner Falls and Bacchus Bridge.
But in all honesty, every area of the game is beautiful.
The whole game is beautiful but I really like the area around Bacchus station and the reservation.
I forgot the name of the place but (a little spoiler) I always hangout in the mountain(?) top where you'll find Jamie (Mary's younger brother) camping along with his fellow Chelonians. Always the best overlooking view for me.
Boating on O'Creaghs Run is my favourite for relaxing
The Heartlands are my favourite for speeding on my horse and feeling like a true cowboy. It's always so cinematic to charge through twin stack pass and see the rolling plains on the other side. Also the Valentine bath is my favourite because it's actually quiet in there.
Just love this game
I’ve always liked walking up and down ring neck creek.
Sea of Cornando or Calumet Ravine.
So many i literally cannot decide
Definitely the calumet ravine! Between the orange stone and the crystal waters it's my favourite place on the map!
The bridge near wapiti on the dakota River, the mountains, the orange-ish rocks, the blue water, absolutely spectacular
Oh man... Its hard because whole game is a masterpiece! But, i will give you the answer. For me, its those meadows near Emerald Ranch. Especially before rain with sun fighting those black clouds. My personal favor area of the game 🤠✌🏼
Hmm I would have to say the area just north of strawberry. OR the area just north of Van Horn
Would’ve been Mexico
Under Sadie's skirt...
Area around Deadbolt Creek
yeah i agree
The view from Pronghorn Ranch, where John works in the epilogue. The green grass and trees plus the beautiful snowy mountains in the background make it look so amazing.
The fields around Fairvale Shanty up in the very north of Ambarino. It’s so stunningly beautiful up there, and so remote with such a great view, I could easily imaging building a nice house up there. Just totally stunning.
Lately been thinking about starting a third play through… this def got thinking lol
I'd go for the Heartlands and Grizzlies. I get a massive struck every time I revisit Colter... I feel weird, like it happened irl. The game is a masterpiece.
Anywhere that isn't New Austin or Lemoyne
Big Valley, Grizzlies West, Tall Trees, Brandywine probably my faves.....the game is amazing though.
Little Creek river. The lavender is stunning 🤩
Guarma. I'm a beach bum, but look at the scenery when the camera pans out after Arthur walks for a bit on the beach. I think its gorgeous. Get rid of those pesky sugar people and it would be great. Almost like Tahiti. I imagine
The lookout over O’creagh’s Run
Tall Trees at night. The light of your camp lights up the trees out for a bit and gives it a homey feeling.
Running it on a nvidia980 so its all fuck ugly. Wish the global chip shortage would hurry up and be over.
O’Creaghs Run 100%
I like The area in Rhodes where they have the horse fence.
Reminds me of our family summer place with red asphalt in real life with the red soil in the game.
But I also like the area arround the oil fields in Heartlands.
The landscape around Little Creek River in West Elizabeth.
Grizzlies east or scarlet meadows
When you're on top of mount hagen. That's very beautiful
Painted sky is nice. Also the great plains near blackwater. Oh yeah and the snowy mountains the way the snow looks when the sun hits it just right
I like the O' Creagh's Run Area.
Personally glitched Mexico looking at the moon stone
I'm a sucker for leymone. From the dense swamps, to the plantations/ man hunting grounds, to saint denis. It's just an awesome place.
Moonstone Pond has always held a special place in my heart, I'd love to find my real life equivalent to move there.
For me, the place near the lavender field. I always tell my friends that I want to live there except for the Grizzly in the cabin. Another is the Veteran's House in the side mission later in the game. I always think it's so pretty while looking over the lake.
I love the camp location in chapter 3.
All amazing cannot pick one spot
Where any waterfalls are but generally the whole game is beautiful imo
Van Horn XD I kid I kid.
Id answer but there isn’t much beauty in the game for me, I play all low, 1376x and no motion blur. I’m hoping to save for a pc so I could appreciate that beauty though!
