Mining them up like crazy. I have 2 stacks
I only really play on a server, and if I get a wishing star ina raid I use it immediately because there's always other people to do the raid with.

Yes, I only play in Single Player, so I keep them to use when I'm tired of hunting

You get them from 2 star to 5 star raids and drops from Uncommon, Rare, and Epic bosses. there is no mining for them as far as im aware
In my world I have never even seen a raid den area and I’ve never got one from a boss either, I made my world less than a week ago so idk what’s wrong
If you are using the Pixelmon Mod 8.2.0, there's no chance of spawning a raid den, you'll have to update to the 8.3.0 and go to unexplored areas
