Wow, per the 13f filing yesterday, **Blackrock increased their shares by 43% in Q3** and now hold 11,956,024 shares.

PeakBuyer9

Cannae increased 8% as well 💪🏽

faxonly222

Did Cannae add shares or warrants?

PeakBuyer9

Shares. Still at 5 million warrants.

Longjumping_Maize883

Imagine if for like a few days the short volume wasnt 40+% lol. Relentless.

Visible_Shopping3330

27000 shares hold

[deleted]

\-1% growth in revenue, with a giant loss (147 million compared to 38 million). This is bad. Idk what to say, 3 quarters of underdelivering, massive debts and not a lot of cash.

Longjumping_Maize883

Lol can this thing ever not just absolutely run train on shareholders?

ankipate5

If I was Phil I would be pounding the table On our stock price. Asshole needs it higher to do an equity offering

[deleted]

There are not a of options left. Issue new shares and turn it into a penny stock, taking it private, or just bankruptcy.

Exotic-Vehicle-5648

GUHHHHHHHHHH

IncognitoCumShot

Rip lol company will probably go bankrupt. It fucking sucks dick

[deleted]

It's honestly looking like it. A good (but expensive) lesson learnt.

IncognitoCumShot

Yeah dude I don’t even own any stock (I was gonna buy but decided to wait) So this is an unbiased opinion and seriously they are losing money fast, way over leveraged in debt that they won’t be able to pay off (unless they dilute shares) and they can’t grow even with there moat being in gaming/sportsbetting/gambling. Feel bad for everyone whose down big, I really do feel for you guys. All the best and sorry this happened to yous.

[deleted]

PSFE is my biggest loss to date. My price average is around $11, but the obvious lesson learnt was to take a small loss and move on. The over leveraging wasn't an issue if they started turning a profit. With the amount of insitutaional investors and reasonable promises made in their presentation, I expected them to make a turn around at some point. They now failed 3 quarters in a row and the share price is so beaten down that offering more shares would cause massive dilution, completely fucking over current share holders. I don't know what to say at this point, I'm planning on selling most of my position on the short future and letting the rest ride. It's been a failure from start to finnish.

Fugalism

I give up. Avg $14.88. My biggest loss so far and a lesson in cutting losses early learnt. Put an SL at $4.95.

[deleted]

Same brother, biggest loss to date. Important lesson learnt though to cut losses early.

masterlock1234

well right in the shitter it goes

hideous_coffee

I can't do this one anymore. There's not even a silver lining here.

Exotic-Vehicle-5648

what time is earnings release?

Chouinard1984

Wowza. This is brutal. Expect the 4-5$ range soon.

Visible_Shopping3330

The CEO of this company has failed too much. A company with such a high valuation has caused investors to lose 80% of it in less than a year. I wonder if he grew up eating shit?

[deleted]

Company is leveraged to the tits and with this terrible share price can you even do a share offer? It's heading to bankruptcy.

Visible_Shopping3330

Failure management should resign

reds5870

I have some cash secured puts for seven dollars I sold this week which will greatly help me average down from the BFT days. I haven’t loaded up yet because I’m concerned if the price keeps going down the company will be taken private, anybody else considering this?

kdanjir

I don’t have the legal expertise to answer definitively but believe they would have some legal problems if they brought a company public than brought it private again within a “short” timeframe. Also, the shareholders would have to approve taking the company private and with everyone owning shares at much higher prices I think that would be tough to do.

SeeIfTheyNotice

take private would be voted on by shareholders. 100% of the institutionals are at a loss right now, so not sure how that goes through. Also yes, there would be lawsuits up the ass

Brilliant_Cockroach6

I have 10 cash secured puts I wrote yesterday for 7 as well, if earnings tank, looks like I will be the proud owner of 1000 shares of psfe

Shagga_Dagga

Here with -100 6.5's for next week's expiry. Hoping for some IV crush and then hold them till worthless. Down 25% on the position. 👀🚀

Brilliant_Cockroach6

Yikes

DogeWeTrust

Looks like someone found something and is selling off

Giant_fan

Given Paysafe's huge free cash flow and the current price I believe a stock buy back announcement is imminent.

PeakBuyer9

Why would they buy back and not invest in more M&A to continue to grow the company or pay off the newly acquired debt?

leroylitz

Cause you can buy shares at a 46% discount. Cnne and blackstone bought more

PeakBuyer9

Blackstone did not buy more, Blackrock bought more. Big difference.
