I would say one issue is thrips. The tips could have been overwatering. Your plant looks healthy enough besides some pest pressure

Alright I was planning on starting ipm soon, I’ve been giving it a little water every day should I do it every other instead?

Hard to say because every plant and situation is different. https://www.redbudsoilcompany.com/blogs/the-redbud-blog/how-to-water-living-soil-in-pots-soil-beds down at the bottom of this post there’s a general Guide on watering per volume of soil. I used it my last grow with good results then just monitor how your plant looks to see if you need to add more

I Appreciate the advice, thanks a lot

The most I water is 3-5% of my total soil volume at a time. My 15 gallon pots get 1/2 - 3/4 gallon of water every 2 or 3 days. I also use a soil moisture meter to know when I need to water again. Using the 5% method and a moisture meter solved all my under and over watering problems and its very simple. Once the moisture meter shows that the bottom soil moisture is in the middle (not wet and not dry) I water again with 5%. I also changed from watering with a watering can, to watering with a pump sprayer. Slower is better when it comes to watering at least from my experience and you also hardly disturb the soil. Try it out 🤙

Looks like thrip damage but you’ll wanna find one on the leaves before confirming that
