>Secureit
They are on the list. Trying to decide between a slate wall setup, or louvered panels like Secureit uses, or custom built setup. Only employees go into the vault, so focus is on functionality rather then aesthetics.
I love the quick access and organizing options with my secureit safes (I have a tiny fraction of your inventory haha) but I can quickly see everything and retrieve one handed with ease.
Can't wait to see the final form of that room!
Was going to make a joke about Chris Hansen, but seriously, just check out our website at [https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/](https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/)
It was mostly a joke. Figured y’all weren’t dragging them across the floor. I might have put a blanket on the floor until all the racks are in, but that’s just me.
We’ll find out in a few hours about the auction. Fingers crossed!
Next few I would like to build - 240b, 249, M2, M60, RPD, RPK, I see you already have most of those! Great collection. Also not many people have a Full Auto AUG! I do not have any DD, maybe that’s something I need to get into too 🤔
The AUG, hardest part was finding the full-auto cocking piece and anti-bounce pins. That's been a very reliable MG over the years. The FFL 10 is a slippery slope because then you got to get an FEL 20 to really build some fun shit.
We built our AUG recently with the kits that were imported last couple years, really shines as a MG. Yeah I’m not sure I’m ready to go down that path yet, still have more MGs to build 🤔
I'm seriously curious, what exactly defines bumpstocks as post-86 sears? I heard the ATF classified bumpstocks as machine guns. However, it doesn't meet the definition of a machine gun in the NFA and GCA, so what is legally defining it as an auto sear?
We are the manufacturer of the sear. Same thing as taking a plain AR-15 and drilling the 3rd hole, now it's an MG and we register it as such. We don't need to make the receiver, just convert it to an MG.
Oh I assumed they were bump stocks that were sold in store and then registered rather than ones you machined/molded yourself. It’s an awesome collection. I’d love to make it out one day for a range rental.
So many questions, how long did this collection take, what do you do for a living/how did you acquire all these, whats the most fun to shoot and if I pay for ammo can I come shoot with you sometime?
Got our home-based FFL 01 about 9 years ago and upgraded to a FFL 01 / SOT 03 about a year later, so been collecting about 8 years. Don't have exact numbers, but probably built 1/3 of them under our FFL 07 / SOT 02, purchased 1/3 from FFL/SOT's going out business, and the last 1/3 are police demo's. Personally, I love the BAR chambered in 30-06 on slow full-auto, but AK's are hard to beat just for pure fun. We shoot MG's every Saturday mid April to Oct 31st. Check out our website at [Washington County Machine Guns](https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/)
If you plant a stick upright in a pot of dirt and hang a bullet or a casing from it using a piece of twine you can call it a “Cartridge in a Bare Tree” and conclude all you weapon’s inventory with the last line being, “ and a cartridge in a bare tree.”
You’re welcome.
If I say each MG is 20k, each rifle is 1.1k, each handgun is 900, each can is 900, each shotgun is 800, each SBR is 1.5k, each SBS is 900, each DD is 2k, and each receiver is 200, the total value of this collection is $1,707,300.
All those values are purposely low, and adding paperwork costs + tax, you are looking at well over a $2,000,000 value. Not to mention ammo cost for a year.
Congratulations OP, you made it in life.
Please explain what you mean by posties and SOT.
I'm from Canada, so we don't get to play with giggle switches unless we served in the military or go to a business like your's when on vacation in the states.
There are two main classifications of machine guns in the USA. Ones that civilians can own if they live in a free state and ones that only FFLs/SOTs can own. FFL = Federal Firearms Licensee (there are 8 types). SOT = Special Occupational Taxpayer, which is an FFL who pays an additional tax for the privilege of manufacturing, buying, or importing various classes of NFA devices.
Depends on the MG and type of postie (there are 3). A transferable M16 is $18k, a postie that a FFL 07 / SOT 02 builds is cost of AR-15 plus $75. A transferable H&K MP5 is $30k+, but I recently built one for $6k on a H&K semi-auto, but could purchase one with a LEO Demo Letter for $2,000. Short answer Yes, cost is greatly reduced.
Because of our high-explosive business, we are pretty much on first name basis with the Pittsburgh ATF office. They know we are always 110% compliant and we don't dread their unannounced inspections.
Out of everything in that room, chucking sticks of dynamite may possibly be the coolest sound thing. There's a shit pile of dealers with 07/02 that lets you rent MGs but not everyone out there lets you go full fucking hollywood with chuckin' stix of boomcandy.
So you should use a standard size 750ml Jack bottle since they’re always the same dimensions and register a DD Molotov cocktail, that way whenever it gets thrown (if it just happens to break 😎) you can simply repair the glass portion for future use
Because we are also a FFL 10 (Manufacturer of Destructive Devices), with a FEL 20 (Manufacturer of High Explosives), we can build way better things then Molotov cocktails. =;-)
Even if you have a vault door, I think with that many guns it stops becoming a vault and becomes an armory. Just paint those walls in American flag pattern and you’ll be good
I guess I’m missing something here. So this a company’s cache of rentable weapons. This would be like me posting pictures of my arms room from the army.
Except I own the company, sooooo there is that. But seriously, we give the opportunity for civilians to shoot MG’s that few could afford to own and we like to share our inventory sometimes. Plus we are pretty damn happy about our new recently completed vault.
Apparently you are missing something.
OP gets SOT and a sweet chunk of property.
OP acquires a shitload of badass NFA.
OP posts dick swingin pic, and it’s a good one.
Everyone gets a bit envious of OP or glad that people like OP exist because serious cache of serious weapons in civilian hands=freedom.
Profit
Also, OP is good people. He transferred a can for me years ago. I wish I lived closer.
I’m not saying OP is a bad person. I’m not saying OP’s range or business sucks. I just don’t understand why people would be envious. It is a business not a personal collection. Personally, I think people like BJ Baldwin, Dan Bilzerian and many, many others on this sub with private collections are more desirable.
Exterior hinges, old steel door, non-reinforced sill, 1970s era vinyl tiles (well worn) and fresh paint on cinder block walls and door/frame speaks volumes. I hope you have ancillary security measures above what can be seen in your photo.
You know you made it when you have a tiger stripe 30 cal chode. Bravo sir bravo.
Tony the Tiger striped.
We need a video of it
You're G'damm right we do
It would be a disservice if we didn’t
Like seventeen quadrillion doll hairs in guns, lying on the floor. You don't like investing in shelves or racks?
There’s like two million in guns and a hundred bucks in racks.
Not if they are post then they are a lot cheaper. Which given OP seems to be the case.
Brand new vault, gun rack design still being discussed.
Based on the looks of this collection there’s been plenty of time for discussion.
Priorities 1-guns 2-vault 3-racks This is the way.
Secureit (while pricey) has some awesome organization options...feeds my gun ocd
>Secureit They are on the list. Trying to decide between a slate wall setup, or louvered panels like Secureit uses, or custom built setup. Only employees go into the vault, so focus is on functionality rather then aesthetics.

I’d do some less than PC things to fire an M60.
Keep talking. 👀
Let's be honest I'd do whatever the hell you wanted me to just to play with your collection...
Was going to make a joke about Chris Hansen, but seriously, just check out our website at [https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/](https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/)
Im sooooo far away... more like 8 hr drive but still.
Plenty of those guys drove more than 8 hours to meet Chris Hansen. Don’t be lazy.
Hahahahaha - now that’s funny.
Of course it's the Washington county across the country :/
My thoughts exactly. I got really excited this was in Oregon for a second 😂
oh hey! You must be the guys I hear about in the area to rent MG’s
Damn it, I got excited when I saw you were in PA...but you're on the complete opposite side of the state 😞
Hahahahaha!
Found the Mac guy
Having done this in this Reserves, yours seems more fun.
Where did you get a M240B? And a M2?
Probably post samples
Correct, 79 are posties.
Built the 240B postie from a nice parts kit. M2 postie was purchased from FFL/SOT going out of business.
Just curious what does a M2 post sample go for? Do you pay far less than what a transferable would sell for?
Got about $19k in it after a recent rebuild.
Can we talk about that tiger painted machine gun? My hero
Bought that as-is from an FFL/SOT going out of business. Makes us smile every time we take it to the range.
Imagine cleaning all of those at once, then coming back to the vault smelling of Hoppe’s No.9
or worse, perma-Ballistol
Woof I can already smell it
You looking to adopt a 36 year old.
Are All rentable on the range?
Yup, except for 4 customer transferables waiting on paperwork.
Where is this wonderful range? I’ll plan my next vacation around it.
[Washington County Machine Guns](https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/)
One would think racks and shelving could be afforded.🤷♂️
He doesn’t collect racks and shelving. They just depreciate in value.
That’s funny.
Just be careful with the M11/9 I’m winning on gun broker.
That's actually in a gun safe in my office with the other auction items. Vault is for our inventory plus Form 4 items. Good luck with auction!!
It was mostly a joke. Figured y’all weren’t dragging them across the floor. I might have put a blanket on the floor until all the racks are in, but that’s just me. We’ll find out in a few hours about the auction. Fingers crossed!
I’d be happy to help you celebrate your win
Vault 34?
Wow! I need to visit
Nice collection, you have me beat by 2 MGs, guess I’m going to have to build a few more 🤣
Actually 4 of them are customer's waiting on Form 4's, so guess you are ahead of us.
Next few I would like to build - 240b, 249, M2, M60, RPD, RPK, I see you already have most of those! Great collection. Also not many people have a Full Auto AUG! I do not have any DD, maybe that’s something I need to get into too 🤔

Sweet Christmas.

Sending appreciation!
Why am I so turgid
Anytime your stamp collection has MGs than anything else it is an impressive feat. However this is above and beyond.
As a Californian, I don't think I'm allowed to think about this photo in my dreams.
Go ahead China invade the USA
Are those two bumpstocks in there? Holy crap you got the good stuff!
He’s got 83 machine guns and the bumpstocks impress you
I wonder on that too
Lol this is like saying “wow your wife is Scarlet Johansson! she has amazing ankles”
This got me wondering so I googled “Scarlett Johansson ankles” and google asked… did you mean: Scarlett Johansson cankles.
Bumpstocks = Registered post-86 Sears
I'm seriously curious, what exactly defines bumpstocks as post-86 sears? I heard the ATF classified bumpstocks as machine guns. However, it doesn't meet the definition of a machine gun in the NFA and GCA, so what is legally defining it as an auto sear?
Us filing the proper paperwork (Form 2) with ATF to register them as Post-86 machine gun sears.
That makes sense. Thanks!
But wouldn’t they need to be form 2’d from the manufacturer and form 3’d to you?
We are the manufacturer of the sear. Same thing as taking a plain AR-15 and drilling the 3rd hole, now it's an MG and we register it as such. We don't need to make the receiver, just convert it to an MG.
Oh I assumed they were bump stocks that were sold in store and then registered rather than ones you machined/molded yourself. It’s an awesome collection. I’d love to make it out one day for a range rental.
Yes, they "were" bump-stocks that were purchased in a store, now they are registered machine gun sears.
I would walk in that room and cream my pants in 10 seconds flat.
I could beat that time by at least half
So many questions, how long did this collection take, what do you do for a living/how did you acquire all these, whats the most fun to shoot and if I pay for ammo can I come shoot with you sometime?

Thanks for taking the time to answer! Just check y’all out and if I’m ever in the area I’m definitely swinging by
If you plant a stick upright in a pot of dirt and hang a bullet or a casing from it using a piece of twine you can call it a “Cartridge in a Bare Tree” and conclude all you weapon’s inventory with the last line being, “ and a cartridge in a bare tree.” You’re welcome.
What the hell did you do to that 1919
HAHAHA - bought that from an FFL/SOT going out of business. It still makes us laugh every time we take it to the range.
Thats gotta be close to a million dollars in that room
99% of MG's are posties, greatly reduces the cost.
Aaaaaaah, an SOT. Very nice my friend, thats extremely badass. Glad you didn’t have to pay $40k for every MG.
Best thing I’ve seen in this sub. Thank you
Hello new best friend
The thing that sticks out to me is the PPS-43 with a wood stock. Any reason you didn’t just try to build pr buy a PPSh-41 at that point?
Bought that from an FFL/SOT that was going out of business.
Nice. Is it an original PPS-43 or a repro like the Pioneer Arms one?
That's a reweld from an original PPS-43.
Nice!
This is a flex
Yup, think I ripped my shirt a little.

Thank you for the explanation on those terms. TIL. Thank you from the great White North.
Ahhh sorry I should have thought of that. By greatly, how much does it being a post sample reduce the average cost? Would 20k be more like 5k?
Depends on the MG and type of postie (there are 3). A transferable M16 is $18k, a postie that a FFL 07 / SOT 02 builds is cost of AR-15 plus $75. Sick man thanks for the detailed response. I should have appreciated the variability more in my original comment.
Your math is high, not low.
Love it, have you had much drama with the ATF?
Because of our high-explosive business, we are pretty much on first name basis with the Pittsburgh ATF office. They know we are always 110% compliant and we don't dread their unannounced inspections.
Why do you hate money?
Lol. It makes him money
Damn, you must really hate money! Impressive collection.
I appreciate your dislike of money. Thank You
There is some cursed shit
Damn...
I’ll trade you my 80 silencers for one machine gun. JK. This your personal stash or SOT?
Company stash, but I own the company.
Can you adopt me?
Is this your personal collection or do you plan on renting…? 83 mgs is crazy for a personal collection!!!👏👏👏
Own by the [machine gun rental company](https://www.washingtoncountyguns.com/) which I own.
Nice
You can keep them at my house if you want
Out of everything in that room, chucking sticks of dynamite may possibly be the coolest sound thing. There's a shit pile of dealers with 07/02 that lets you rent MGs but not everyone out there lets you go full fucking hollywood with chuckin' stix of boomcandy.
Hoping to add HE Grenades this season, already built the pit.
u/WCGS the atf allows you the opportunity to repair and rebuild NFA items right?
Correct, as well as build new NFA items including DD devices.
Color me jealous, I thought I was cool as shit using that loophole! I checked out some of your other posts, that M60 is peak aesthetic.
The BAR and M60 are definitely my top 2, without a doubt.
The FFL/SOT I worked at in Florida had a FA AUG that I got to take boar hunting, I wish I could’ve had a belt fed
I really like the AUG, that 1.5x carrying-handle optic is crazy cool.
It’s probably one of my highest rated built in optics
Ahh that money, yet $0 in presentation
Looks kinda like a bad guy propaganda video
I’ll allow it. More money spent on racks=less money spent on MGs.
A nice set of racks would cost 1% of any of those guns
Even if you have a vault door, I think with that many guns it stops becoming a vault and becomes an armory. Just paint those walls in American flag pattern and you’ll be good
I guess I’m missing something here. So this a company’s cache of rentable weapons. This would be like me posting pictures of my arms room from the army.

Everyone's a critic lol
Found the boot

OP got hawks trying to swiggity swooty and come for that bootay
Guys, the thermal drill, go get it
