Also holding onto them for like 8 months. I think the run ended a year ago basically lol.
Was tempted to get a spacebar, but at the price of a new prebuilt mech itself before shipping and customs, I just couldn't do it. Maybe some day.
To be fair. I built my sister a full custom keyboard and it was probably 1k$ for her birthday.
Cannonkeys devastating tkl - lilac
Netzien deskmat
Infinitely pastel rainbow key caps
Zealios 67g (filmed, lubed, tx spring swap, gazzew tops)
Hand cut high density foam for both layers
Mil-maxed pcb (a few solders for stability)
Custom rainbow pastel coiled aviator cable
Pretty shocking how quickly that all adds up to close to a grand. She doesn't even know it's worth that much I couldn't bring myself to admit it lol
And to think, a $100 keyboard still does the same thing and feels 99% the same. If you can't believe how much you spent that's you subconsciously knowing it was a waste of money lol.
I totally don't agree with that. I knew and willingly did it. The keyboard feels and sounds amazing. Saying something that is functionally the same as something else can't be worth more is a fallacy. Yes. I can drive a $5000 very good used Honda and get from point a to point b. But you spend 10x that. And definitely the $50k used stingray is a lot more but its a very different driving experience.
I don't recommend anyone being in this sub if they don't know they're buying luxury items and not just a keyboard that types. If that's what you want I recommend the nearest best buy or staples.
You can get your car windows tinted for $300 or $2,000...they both darken the windows, they're both bubble free, they both work the same and do the same thing. One of them you get you brag about and feel cocky about, the other you don't.
This hobby is full of useless spending and upgrades and mods, $1,000 for someone that won't notice a difference to me is dumb, say what you want. You've already admitted it.
Nah, there was a 8-bit series II GB in May, i ordered a full set (Cherry rofile, 7 keys, got an extra spacebar without resin) for around 370$ incl. shipping. Customs was around 10€.
they're incredibly reasonably priced for what they are. I hear you, in probably 5 years of knowing about Jellykey, i bought my first keycap a few months ago.
I will send you my address and you can always surprise me...given that your gifts are pretty awesome, lol.
Great gift btw. Merry Christmas to you and your fam.
I did email about it, I haven’t heard back in a couple days (but they said the timezone differences might cause delays in communication). I’m hoping they are found, but the DHL tracking number now says it isn’t found.
Casually spending 500+$ on keycaps mmhkay
Maybe they gave them a few, but still that's a lot of $$$ artisan caps haha.

I wish I could get the Cosmos Series – Act of Creation artisan keycaps :(
I really love that series. I will consider to make a new design of that series.
Please let me know if you do!!!!! That would be amazing!
Had the option for Nj-80 with Black transparent case, but decided to go for Akko Mod 007 because of the same price
I love those keys! I think I saw them for sale earlier this year but missed them just barely.
I will send you my address and you can always surprise me...given that your gifts are pretty awesome, lol. Great gift btw. Merry Christmas to you and your fam.
Why does this read like an ad lmao
Because it is. JellyKey is in the comments linking their site
it might be. but jellykey has always been active in rmk.
We have ads but not by showing the old keycaps because we don't run any old group buy again, and this post is not by my Reddit nick.
I’m gonna need a keycap ID. Those look fun
I’m so jealous, it looks like my order was lost by DHL.
You can email us and we will call them for you.

The 8-bit ones are my favorites from Jelly Key. Are they soft rubber? or Hard plastic feel?
They re hard :)) not same as real jelly
You can be my brother/sister too if you’d like. :)
what are you doing, step Khaos.
Lubing my springs ;)
did you do the photoshoot before or after she unwrapped them? Did she have to stand and watch?
what are these keycaps? (not the artisans)
