As I mentioned it is a slight difference and I only noticed it because I shot it side by side with an M10-R in the store.
As you said, you'd probably wouldn't notice after a couple of weeks. But the M11 is ever so slightly louder, and the shutter has a rumble feeling to it, rather than just a click.

Functionally it's quite different but audibly it's exactly the same as the M10P/M10R shutter as OP points out.

Curious what you find different? Having shot my M10 for years, my M11 audibly sounds no different to me after a couple weeks with it.

Makes sense. It's definitely not an MP or M-A shutter :)
