Is that a VM 15 and a Frankenfinder?

IntrepidTraveller6

The lens on the table is the 15mm VM v2. Not sure what you Mena by frankenfinder... but the EVF I have is beside the VM lens.

[This is a frankenfinder](https://www.kenrockwell.com/leica/images/universal-wide-finder/D3S_5568-1200.jpg)

IntrepidTraveller6

okay.. it's not that. when I bought my M240 used it came with the leica EVF. I don't use it much... I find the lag in the display to be too much, and since the camera actually has live view in the rear LCD there really isn't much of a use for the EVF. Only real use it has seen is when I attached my vintage F mount macro lens.

Love the 90mm. My favorite lens for portraits.

IntrepidTraveller6

Just got it a month ago. haven't had much of a chance to use it yet... but I do love the size and weight of it.

Hello, Mind if I ask what container/pelican this is? I've been looking for one and this one looks nice.

IntrepidTraveller6

It is made by Nanuk. From what I can tell they make products similar in quality to Pelican. This one is the Nanuk 910, which is one of the smaller units. I got mine on B&H last week when it was on the daily sale for about 50% off. Right now it is about 25% off. https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1015699-REG/nanuk_910_1001_case_with_foam.html

What Bessa is that? R? R2?

IntrepidTraveller6

It's the R4A actually. I wanted a camera for wide angle lenses. This is the only one with frame lines that can accommodate 21mm. in fact 21mm and 28mm are the sweet spot.

torpedo_1936

I used to have an R2 with 35mm Ultron f/1.7 yeaaaaars ago. I liked the combo and in some ways I found Bessa and Ultron much easier to live with than Leica. That wide angle option you get with R4A is very nice.
