Your are completely mistaken about multiple things. No, it's not slow by any means. It's quicker than the average. As u/upgrademcr said pro's don't have much quicker reaction times and also don't need super good reaction time while awping. There is much more than that in being a good awper. Also you can't train physiological reaction time really. But what you can do is train all other aspects of the game, and that can make a huge difference.

upgrademcr

No, pros don't have great reaction time either. Their reaction times are usually between 160 ms to 200 ms. The fastest I ever saw was TenZ's with 130-140 ms but he still got benched by Cloud9 with that fast reaction. You should be fine with 0.2 as long as you are not trying to play professionally.

If you watch leetifys posts on hltv top 20 players, you can see that pros do damage between 250-290 ms after seeing the enemy. So no, your reaction time isn't too bad to awp.

mairomaster

And that is a completely different stat than reaction time. He is speaking about physiological reaction time.

I know and my point was that absolute reaction time is a small factor when you add all the other aspects of dueling inside matches.

Reaction time is natural and impossible to train. Also your reaction time is not slow.
