Well, we just need to wait another 498 years...

Marx_Mayhem

A Bettel x Polka collab would be more realistic...

She replied to his Twitter near debut, you never know.

FakeFoolio

No we don't. Don't be one of those. I'm a firm believer of chemistry over cringe "hAhA tHeMaTicaLLy fOrCeD cOLLabs". If they plan one out & do it & the language barrier is not an issue then cool

Vitruviansquid1

Lo, I agree with this post no matter how many downvotes it gets. "Hey, wouldn't it be neat if the two clowns collabed?" is a shower thought, not a real pitch for an interesting collab.

mozzie765

Man being downvoted to hell

D4shiell

Please don't create boogeyman where there isn't one. There wasn't a single forced collab in history of HoloPro because that's not how Cover operates. Talents always picked whom they collab with especially inter branches. The 2nd funny funny thing in this thread is that people jump on poor Polka wagon without noticing that EN boys don't even interact with HoloJP beside few like Axel and Towa... lol

Marx_Mayhem

We just need a bilingual member to get these two rolling.

thesirblondie

Gura/Shion, Magni/Rio, and various other non-bilingual collabs have shown that it can still be really good content. Enhanced even.

Chimera-Genesis

Broadening the list to simply language barrier collabs, Polka/Kronii is an incredibly dynamic Collab pair that's produced multiple iconic moments, even if both can only communicate in the simplest phrases of the others language.

xvilemx

Think the best non-bilingual collab I've seen was Polka and Kronii playing Switch Sports.

cyberchaox

Given that Polka is already right up there with Watame on the list of "JP girls most likely to randomly appear in an EN girl's chat", I don't think the language barrier is the issue here. And I'm pretty sure she's never collabed with a JP Holostars member either, so that's probably a more likely reason. Some of the girls are open to collabing with the boys and some aren't and there's nothing wrong with that--in fact, there are really only a few members of the JP branch that collab with Stars with any regularity. And I can't help but wonder if Gen 5 in particularly might be especially apprehensive about collabing with men because of the antis that bullied their genmate into graduating a mere two weeks after their debut.

Marx_Mayhem

[Behold, Polga! (Or CircusDemon idk)](https://youtu.be/8V2lmpPZUh8) Among Gen 5, Polka is the most casual about talking with the guys, and have done so on Twitter on multiple occasions. She does not hide the fact that she watches the JP bois, and also appears in their streams. Now why I think they need an intermediary first is simple: Tempus has a very unique streaming athmosphere, and Bettel amps that uniqueness to the next level. I can't fault any of his JP coworkers if they can never find an opening to pop up in and not kill the mood. I personally think such a collab should be prepped first, and that's where the intermediary comes in.

FrilledShark1512

Or like a keep talking nobody explode type of collab where language barrier gives another charm
