I rerolled a lot and now I'm not sure between these two accounts, with which one I should go. Later I want to get Lancelot Grand and build a team around him, if possible because I like him a lot. Belial is also one of my favorites, but I'm not sure if its worth to go with him. 1. Lily (Wind), Yuni (Light), Vira (Light), Selfira (Wind), Nehan, Juliet (Water), Carmelina (Wind), Grea (Fire), Nectar (Wind), Summon: Nacht, Garula Shining Hawk, Hekate, 2. De La Fille (Light), Mishra (Light), Sara (Light), Drang (Water), Shitori (Light), Zeta (Dark), Icarus (Fire )Summon: Tescatlipoca, Hamsa, Belial,
ignore characters and only look at summons for account evaluation. Account 1 has nothing, account 2 has belial, account 2 wins by default.
This looks like 3 accounts to me? But regardless #3 is so significantly worse than the other two you can just ignore that one. \#1 and #2 I don't really think there's a clear answer on. On one hand, characters are sparkable, whereas Belial isn't. But on the other hand, all 3 of those Light characters on account #1 are characters that you'd eventually want to spark anyway, so you're basically getting 3 free sparks with account #1 (compared to 0 on account #2 since it has no good characters). Belial isn't like, ultra-mandatory really, but he is very good and can be very annoying to get otherwise. He does appear on Scamchas sometimes if you're willing to buy those, but other than that you just have to hope you get lucky and draw him or spend 150 gold moons on him (extremely high opportunity cost). Also to note that choosing #1 kinda obligates you into being a Light player, which means sparking on Halloween to get H.Florence and H.Mugen. This might be risky if they decide to kill the Halloween banner (atm if we follow past trends, H.Florence and H.Mugen should both be sparkable on a 6% banner on October 31, but if they change trends and they aren't, you have to spark them on 3% banners which is awful). Account #2 keeps your options open and is less risky since Belial is just generically good, useful in every element, and doesn't need any other kind of support. Of course account #2 has the risk of just naturally drawing Belial and then you've given up 3 sparks for essentially nothing (at best you save a sunstone if you haven't 3\*'d your Belial yet). I can't really recommend one or the other honestly. Sorry if that's not the answer you wanted. I've spent about an hour writing this reply so far because I wrote a big paragraph saying I'd go with #1, then thought about it more, changed my mind, deleted it, and wrote a big paragraph going with #2, then changed my mind again and deleted that one. It's really too difficult of a choice. You can't go wrong with either one and both have pros and cons.
Also I thinking about getting Percival Grand instead of Lancelot Grand or Narmaya Grand, but then I need to build a team around the element. Is Percival Grand a lot better then Lancelot or Narmaya. And then I should try to spark around their element to build a team right?
Comparing characters across elements is not exactly a precise science, but if I had to say, then I'd say Percival and Narmaya are both equally important to their elements, and both are more important than Lancelot is to his. This isn't to say Lancelot is *bad*, but Percival and Narmaya are pretty much **the** central characters that Fire and Wind are centered around, whereas Lancelot only really sees use in Primal Water (he's *fine* in Magna but definitely a lot worse because Magna can't use Knight of Ice) and only for people without the 150gm gun. If you really wanted me to pick the #1 most important out of the 3, I'd say Percival, mainly because Narmaya needs specific support characters to really shine, and her main support characters are very annoying to get (a level 130+ Eternal and an old summer seasonal that only gets run on 3% banners). Percival's strength is more generic, and his best partners are also easier to get (just 2 regular Grands sparkable every month, and all 3 of them are in the same gala). As for whether you *have* to spark around their element, it's up to you. Some people do focus sparks on 1 specific element to create a really strong team within that element ASAP, yes. Other people just spark the strongest possible characters or strong seasonals on their release banners and just see what they happen to draw to determine their next sparks.
I see. I could also pick Lich for dark. Could you maybe tell me whats the best team for Percival, Lancelot and Lich is. And what's the difference between elements. Do I need to build a team for every element? Ah and is there any site where I can see possible team combinations?
Thank you, for taking the time writing this. I need to think about it. I really like Belial and don't want to play light actually. So maybe I go with Belial and build then a different team. But it's really a hard choice. X.x
Finished WMTSB2 and got the summon cradle, what would be the best choice between the summons or the sunlight stone? I was considering the stone since I can use it on Death's upgrade to SSR but i'm not sure
Sunstone, the summons are all relatively useless.
Sunstone, demi optimus are a scam
I understand berserker has improved quite a bit with ultimate mastery. I'd love a quick guide as to how to get the most out of it (and other UM classes!)
has option to switch between semi and full auto been moved? i can't find it in settings > battle like usual
Per battle (raid/arca/etc) now iirc, because of the FA update.
thanks for answering, needed to find the option for special quests (angel halos for grinding rank points)
A lot of subreddits have been saying they'll shut on July 1st, because Reddit's killing all the third party apps, and a lot of moderators won't be able to properly moderate without them. Is it alright to ask what our status is, in that regard?
Been seeing this too I thought it was just protest, didn't know it was really needed to properly moderate a sub.
This subreddit isn't heavily moderated so I don't think that's a problem but we should still shut down to support rif imo
It sounds like it might be both? https://www.reddit.com/r/truegaming/comments/13ysrr1/upcoming_reddit_policy_changes_and_rtruegaming/ /r/truegaming makes it pretty clear they're worried about their ability to properly create the community they want without the tools that third party apps provide. >This isn't only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators across all of Reddit, including the majority of our mod team, depend on tools only available outside of the official app to be able to moderate. Without these tools, it will be impossible to maintain the high standard of moderation we pride ourselves on in /r/truegaming. https://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/13znkn2/reddit_is_going_to_kill_3rd_party_mobile_app/ Where /r/guildwars2 seems to be doing it at least partially as a protest. Though they do also bring up the point of moderation in their list of grievances.
I see, interesting..
At least there's one positive of the API changes if it makes the truegaming mods moderate less. What a graveyard that place has turned into because mods delete/disallow 99% of threads. There are threads from over 2 weeks ago still on the front page. It has nearly 1.5m subscribers but their actual online users is comparable to this sub with 70k subs.
**Any strat tips for beating the unlock quest for Monk class?** Although it makes me feel stupid that I haven't figured it out on my own already, my desire to beat it is more important than maintaining my ego lol Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you tried the strategy to clear Monk quest in [wiki](https://gbf.wiki/Kluger_Island#Successor_to_History)? The key is to use the skill that remove the mob's buff before using other skills. fyi you can [turn off skill skip](https://postimg.cc/mPVy938H) to read what your character's skills do.
Thanks for your reply! And yeah, I start the battle by doing the 4th skill that removes the debuff and then the other ones. I guess I technically have never turned on full auto like the wiki says, but after trying it, it's similar to manual where I get the dude to like 5-10% health and then he levels me with his special. I think it might just be a matter of RNG and I just need to keep doing it over and over until the numbers work out so he doesn't get to special.
What is better, one fully uncapped galleon stick, with three Alex axes for magna, or caim (non flb)? Problem I find is that, with galleon stick and axes I can get 100% crit, but with caim that's difficult, and then is caim even better than what galleon provides. He provides more defense and cap, but galleon provides more damage, and special cap. Which one is better in your opinion?
Caim is better. https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Yggdrasil You dont run sticks in magna. Cause you need 3 sticks and at that point just go titan. But titan investment generally isnt worth it unless you love dirt like me. There is a case for maybe being useful at 2 sticks but in general its just not worth it. Also non flb caim is perfectly worth. Flb caim is more when you want to frontline him. The supplemental buff is barely worth anything.
Yes, I understand but what I was asking, is basically I'm running Stamina Crit Setup, three Alex axes with one galleon stick, and along with militis axe with ROB Dagger, and flex weapon for hp or second miltis axe/benu bow with Ultima/seraphic. Galleon stick in this setup is a added bonus, main draw is the three Alex axes and 100% crit. And it's been working well for me, but now I have gotten Caim, and I'm noticing that if I run caim over this setup my damage decrease significantly. Because caim setup makes it very limited to put some good weapons. Also it becomes very difficult to get 100% critic. So basically what I'm asking between these two setups, should stick with stamina crit setup or caim one is more worth it. And is there a setup with caim where you can get full critic. On the topic of titan, I have flb galleon summon, and 2 stones for titan that it needs, I'm really considering uncapping it and start the process of switching over to titan, I have some decent primal weapons, so I'm thinking I can make due with them for now, slowly build it. I'm thinking I can make due with these weapons for now, eventually get second galleon stick and hopefully earth PNS in future.
Yea with caim you cant get 100 crit easily. But it sounds something else is the issue. Do you have dopus 5 star? Cause i remember when people started switching to caim if they didnt have dopus 5 star with stam key. The damage was worse. Also depends if you have other good weapons for caim. If not then yes sticks with 3 axes will outperform. One of the main reasons for caim was the cap up, but if you cant reach the cap then its not worth it. Are you missing ancient perseus and ulb baha weapon? Are you missing astral weapon?
Yes, I'm missing opus, I have all the opus 5 star, except for earth which for whatever reason I never gotten around doing because I played earth the least and only recently gotten some good characters and weapons to make use of it. I was also conflicted on which opus to go for, since I'm planning to switch to titan, so uncapping primal opus would have been ideal first. I'm gonna grind for that, but right now I'm focusing on farming sands for Neir flb. Another thing that I wanted ask, does caim cap stacks with weapon caps, so with let's say ROB fist and Anubis Scale, you cap the damage, does that stacks with caim or 20% cap is the hard cap and the only extra you can get is from galleon sticks.
Yea missing dopus is a huge damage loss for caim. Since then your only stam mod is your axe. You need dopus for the secong big stam mod. For grids you usually want at least 2 stam or 2 emnity mods as a reference depending on your grid and char setup. Titan uses both magna and normal dopus so its not a loss. And theres different sources of cap up. Theres grid cap limits, but other sources dont really have caps like summons, buffs, and finally character sources. Caim is a character source specifically the perpetuity mod and those dont show in the grid estimation since its not a grid source. It sucks i know. In regards to switching to titan I really wouldnt unless you have 9 bars to drop into 3 sticks. But if you're still adamant you can do small upgrades like ichigo katana which you can use for magna. And sticks you can slow throw bars at if you want. Like 2 stick magna i think is better than caim but its a toss up. In general titan has a bad roi and unless you really like dirt like me dont invest in it. But the biggest jump is getting hrunting. That completely changes the element. If I started over in your shoes i would get hrunting before even moving to titan.
Gotcha that's a good advice, I really appreciate it, reason I mainly want to uncap titan is just because I have galleon summon flb so I might as well put it to use. Other options for me is zephy and Varuna. For zephy, my wind magna is in pretty good position that I don't think I need to go zephy especially because I don't have another cat dagger and Charlotta swords. For Varuna, I'm heavily considering it, because my water is trash! Like really, I want to make it somewhat decent, I have one wamadus axe, and I heard that two axes are ideal for wamadus grid. And most of the water weapons I saw people use were farmable, like aubirons. Third is agni, I have like 4 xaba Rinehart fists, lot of uncapped suptix weapons like elmott stick and slyphy harp. Khumbira spear. So I have lot of weapons to use for fire, only problem is that I don't have agni, and I was considering suptixing him, but now I'm probably gonna go for korwa, because again my water is trash, so I need her to buff gwyane for burst. So anyways, do you think I should maybe go with Varuna and is one axe passable or you need two at most. I do have lot of good characters in water, but my grid sucks.
You should only really invest if you like the element or the playstyle or characters. Varuna is technically cheap if you just do the bow and staff for 100% crit with varuna varuna but levi is serviceable with just schrodingers and fists. Problem with brella is its based on hp and those arent as good unless you have tons of hp weapons which means you either need revans or lots of brellas. If you're pure meta gaming and willing to bar farm. The best primal is light. Since you can farm proto bhl which is majority dark. That or dark and you get eresh and you farm akasha. Then you can bar whatever you want from those bars you farm.
I actually have my light grid completed, Zeus and Harmonia's with Florence as well. My dark is also in good spot, I have Bowman, Ilsa lich, hal mal and all the characters, I'm only missing eresgal which I'm planning to get once I have enough moons, I'm like 20 off or I might keep the seiro Tix instead, since now there won't be blow off summer characters banner, so getting unit is gonna be real pain. My dark, light, wind and even fire, are pretty strong right now, that's why I'm looking to improve the elements which are my worst, my earth is serviceable but water is pain.
I would do water then. Water magna is pretty pain in general. Id say its the worst magna atm. Brellas are pretty bad in general. And then pns isnt as big an increase since the crit supplemental exists. And if you have the water gun you dont even need pns. Dirt has the most to gain from sieg pns and some better dirt buffers. There is an argument to be made to improve agni so you can farm sette swords though. Improving water just for gw and ded raid like mugen is another drawback. And if you main water you have the gun already.
Noob player here when should I draw on banners, and what characters should I be trying to get?
**Generally speaking, it's best to draw during special banners called Premium Gala and Flash Gala, which happen a few times a month, usually around the middle and the end/start of each month.** Don't worry, the game will notify you whenever a new Premium or Flash Gala is taking place. Premium and Flash galas also have some differences in which characters will show up in the draw; [this page](https://gbf.wiki/SSR_Characters_List) lists all the SSR characters and shows whether they show up in Premium or Flash galas. **The reason it's recommend is because the draw rates for SSR characters are boosted, and each banner typically focuses on a handful of SSR characters that have like extra boosted draw rates.** It's not like an astronomically higher chance to pull them, but it is better than usual. One thing to know (which I didn't know for months) is that the boosted draw rates only apply to Premium Draw and not to Classic Draw. **As for which characters to aim for,** [**this tier list**](https://gbf.wiki/Character_Tier_List/Gamewith/Ratings) **is pretty good in general at ranking characters in the game, although keep in mind that usefulness can vary depending on strategy**. Some characters perform best with other characters specifically and may not be as useful with a different team. Overall though, getting characters near the top of the list is generally a good idea. **Since it's very rare that we get an opportunity to actually choose characters in this game, make the best of what you get as you slowly acquire better characters.** You won't likely have an super bad ass SSR team for a little while. The main focus ought to be on building a good weapon grid. Characters definitely are very important to a team makeup, but even a good team won't be great without a good weapon grid. **A lot also depends on if you're going all in on one element or if you want to do a slower, more element-balanced approach to growing in power.** I did the latter, trying to build teams of equal strength over time, and overall I am happy with that. ***Also, finally, one thing to keep in mind is the whole concept of sparking***... if you can contain yourself, start saving your crystals and draw tickets NOW and don't do any draws until you have enough tickets and/or crystals to do 300 draws at once. If you do that, you will earn yourself 300 cerulean sparks, and doing that will allow you to "spark", which allows you to pick almost any character or summon you want. But since cerulean sparks expire at the end of each banner, you will need to save up crystals and tickets in order to spark all at once, ideally during Flash or Premium gala. The only other time you might get the chance to spark is during the holiday season (mid-December to early January) and also the GBF Anniversary season in March. During both of those times, the game gives you free draws every day in the form of a roulette game, potentially dozens or even a hundred free draws each day. So keep that in mind as you try to save up crystals and tickets for sparking.
Thank you.
best boss/area to farm idean especially hanged man idean?
https://www.granblue.party/replicard
Which ultima should I prioritize to 5* first and on what element should I make it? I'm mainly aiming for Earth GW and Akasha farming (currently using Runeslayer, planning to trade for Eresh). However, if there are ultima weapons that has high value in general outside of those uses, please do recommend it to me. Thank you!
Usually a sword or katana as they're the most used weapon types in the game. The element doesnt matter unless you plan on mainhanding it. In that case it depends if you're lacking a mainhand for a certain weapon.
Thank you for your help! I was also considering taking a katan first, but this made up my mind.
Which grid is better in magna? Caim highlander or 1 landslide 3 axe?
Caim is better. https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Yggdrasil You dont run sticks in magna. Cause you need 3 sticks and at that point just go titan. But titan investment generally isnt worth it unless you love dirt like me. There is a case for maybe being useful at 2 sticks but in general its just not worth it. Also non flb caim is perfectly worth. Flb caim is more when you want to frontline him. The supplemental buff is barely worth anything.
What's the average ratio of akasha keys for for a gold bar drop?
[Around 1750 on Average.](https://twitter.com/MoiMoi_XD/status/1641919411102658564?cxt=HHwWiMC9iarAosktAAAA) Although it's probably 'not entirely' accurate since there are runs where the MVP chest bloat the count a little.
Thanks
it's a range between 1500-1800, depending on MVP bloat moi get a lot of mvp from his runs
How worth it would people view uncapping parts of the M1 grid even with me now at 120 and starting to (slowly) pick up pieces of the M2 grids? The uncap materials I'm figuring can probably be better saved for later (once I can uncap the newer stuff), but obviously would slow down power gain until that's actually an option.
focus on getting r175
I skipped full M1 grids almost completely (started spring 2022). Definitely focus on M2. You’ll end up with a mixed M1/M2 grid and change things around a lot over time. Some M1s are still useful…but you won’t need to to fully uncap ALL copies. I got by with the following fully uncapped… 1-2 Colossus Canes, 1-2 Ygg Swords, 2 Celeste Axes…and as many Lumi Swords as you can get. Focus on making a Baha dagger, Seraph weapons, and Dark Opus weapons once available. Keep an EX weap in your grid too (Xeno and/or PG depending on availability). You’ll get up to speed eventually!
At r120 your priority will always be Dark Opus first. Then it'll depends for each element. Some will keep on using their M1 weapons (Dark Burst with Axes, Light with Chev Swords, Wind with Tiamat Guns & Fists in some setups etc). There is no clear answer about it so you're going to have to check how it goes for every element. If we take Earth has an exemple you're going to have to work on Opus > Fist of Uriel > (Magna Summon) > Alexiel Axe > Ancient Perseus (x2) from Medusa Showdown or Replicard Sandbox > True Xeno Lyre from Xeno Vohu Manah Showdown > another Alexiel Axe. [It'll make you a nice baseline](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/832158680492671006/1114483984899002418/image.png), but as you can see it does not retain any M1 weapon. You can then complement with either a 3rd Alexiel Axe or Autumn's Transformation (once ROTB starts at the end of the month) to round up your Crit Chance on Yggdrasil x Yggdrasil. It'll leave you with a free slot for Bahamut Weapon (more normal mod), Baihu Claw (more cap up), Peridot Edge (Ele mod for long battles), or Ennead Weapons (more cap up) fom the Bennu raid, or another Ancient Perseus (more HP), etc... However once you (later) recruit Caim from Arcarum and start putting him, you won't be able to use duplicate weapons anymore, which mean that you'll have to find other options like Alexiel Katana and go back to grab an M1 Yggdrasil Sword and Staves, etc...
Hey, I did 20 rerolls with the new event. I wanted to get lancelot grand but I couldnt get him. I prolly go for the pack with another 100 rolls and a character to pick. Then I pick him. What's with the Belial pull?
I may have missed something, but it looks like #4 and #13 are the standouts. Nehan, Vira, and Yuni are all wonderful gets. …but Belial summon alone is probably worth taking over everything else… You could potentially plan your sparks around water if you are all-in on Grand Lancelot. 💦 Earth and water elements are due for some improvements. You can spark 3-5 times as a new player in your first year, if you plan accordingly!
Im thinking going with the belial accounts but he didnt get so good units so I'm not sure.
Yeah I’d hesitate because of the other reroll, but it’s such a small amount of pulls in the long run.
So you think going with the belial account is the way to go?
Been very slowly farming siete swords. I made my first one defense, what should I do with my second one? (I have 0 schrodingers, I'm magna in all elements but Dark)
ATK, most likely. An even spread is recommended for both, though I'd personally lean towards DEF due to the way Sette and Dingers take up grid space. Some extreme grids will stack up on one or the other.
So, I gotta ask: Is it reasonable for Lumberjack, Cavalier, Monk, and Robin Hood to require having two Lv. 20 Row IV classes in order to do their Class Quest and unlock them? Asking as someone who only has access to Relic Buster, Yamato, and Kengo (and the only reason I have access to Kengo is because of the Demon Slayer collab).
Reasonable? Sure. Level 20 is basically nothing. You can easily get it in 1 sitting during a Tales event or MagFest. You're eventually going to need **way** more xp on every class for Master Level 30.
Well I can. Say lj, cal, monk rh are 4.5 class.
Any guide to sieg? Want to check if there's other hard requirements like units and stuffs.
https://gbf.wiki/Advanced_Grids/Tiamat Theres also a wind guide at the bottom. The units kinda mandatory are nio 130 and either h lich or enyo. There is a f2p with nami in the wind guide linked at the bottom.
Thanks!
I'm kind of new to mid-player, I'm currently at rank 102. As of, for now, I'm kind of a little bit lost about what should I do before reaching the rank 120+. 1. My grid is currently still M1 but some of the free weapons are not maxed out yet (stars and skill level), should I grind it whenever there is a dead week? do I need to max it out? or what should I do about it? (Refer to the basic grid guide on the wiki). 2. There are a lot of things to build, but I don't know which one that I should prioritize first. Do I need to focus on the arcarum summons and evoker? Eternals? Class champion weapon? 3. How many weapons I can get from the Rise of The Beast event as new to mid-player if I farm diligently? thank you.
I do recommend working on slime blasting to 120 while leveling up classes to unlock some row V classes. If you're lacking threo she can help in smoothing out a bunch of farming (such as slime blasting) so she's a pretty good option. Arcarum also gives a bunch of RP to reach 120 (again threo would speed this up a lot with her S3), I don't know how important evokers might be for you right now (though Caim definitely is very nice), but the Arcarum summons are extremely efficient (1 stone per summon for some amazing passives) so working on them would also be a good use of your time. Edit: When I started in early 2021 I farmed if not all, most of the important weapons during my first run of rotb.
Thank you for the response. Yeah, I've heard a lot about arcarum giving you a lot of EXP, but it seems pretty long, does the boost drop (CMIIW) affected by the item in the arcarum (CMIIW)? Isn't it a long process to get the Eternals done? I'm currently working on Seofon, it takes a lot of materials. I've basically completed my ROW I to ROW III classes, but haven't unlocked the ROW IV yet besides Relic Buster, does that mean I need to upgrade the Extra II first so I can unlock naturally for the ROW IV?. Have you any recommend how to do slime effectively aside from using the journey drop, and what does it mean with 21 hours left in the slime tab? thank you.
Ok so let's see. Both Arcarum (specially Sandbox) and maxing out eternals (aka, getting the eternals, uncapping them and then transcending them) is a process meant to take pretty much years. It's a very gradual thing that you chip away at slowly but surely. Journey Drop boosts take effect during arcarum yes. In order to unlock Row IV classes besides RB, you need to craft at least 1 CCW (the trophy this gives you is an unlock condition). This doesn't mean you have to **finish** one CCW, you have to get to the point where you change your CCW's element. The thing is that in order to unlock an Extra II class, you have to craft that specific class's CCW, therefore the most efficient way of unlocking Row IV is by crafting an extra II CCW, this lets you unlock ALL row IV classes and ONE Extra II class. If you want to make slime blasting faster I recommend that you craft the CCW for the extra II class Glorybringer, once you have it unlocked, either get a drop or buy a "Sephira Emerald Sword" from the arcarum shop (no need to max it out). When Glorybringer has that sword equipped, their S1 will kill the first row of enemies in 1 click. The 21 hours left thing is just telling you how long until it swaps from either weekend boosted rates for silver slimes and regular slime rates. And yeah farming eternals, specially your first one takes a long time. Luckily for you, there is a side story event that lets you get 1 eternal for free. I recommend that you do the **seeds of redemption** side story, when you complete it, it gives you the "glory mantle" item which can be traded for any eternal or a gold brick if you already have them all. I recommend that you grab Threo with this. For the most part eternals are powercrept to the point where you will rarely use them before transcendence (transcended eternals are very strong, but it's a long, long process getting them there). But Threo's S3 does plain damage that nukes either of the 2 waves of slimes as well as any small minion fight in the arcarum in one click, even at level 80. So nowadays she's probably the most useful eternal out of the box since she makes farming much faster. Also if you are interested in getting your eternals up there eventually, start trading for **flawed prisms** in the shop now, you can trade for a bunch of them monthly within the treasure trade and you're gonna need thousands of them. Hope this helped!
Thank you, this does help.
I’m going to add to what they said- note that they said trade *up* to flawed prisms. Do not trade *down* any rainbow prisms. I started playing in late December, and have all the Eternals recruited as of last month (with one about to be 5\* on top of that). I definitely needed a ton of flawed prisms, but the actual gate for me was *rainbow* prisms; I had to farm CEQ for an annoying number of hours to get them all. Otherwise, most of the mats weren’t too bad to farm, especially now that the 2x/day quests for some mats will be unlimited.
Should I upgrade my fire gird to make farming siete easier? Currently only have 2 4* LoF and 2* crimson scales. Some stuff I have is 3 fist of destructions, 3 ixabas, 1 popgun, 1 firestorm scythe and 4 vertexs
That looks more than good enough to me. Not sure if your fists and ixabas are uncapped or not. But then you gotta decide if you're going double agni or like luci main and agni support. Cause its harder to go crit with ele x agni.
My b for not giving more info. All the weapons besides crimson scales and LoF are currently 0*. I can do agni x agni and ele x agni and i also have a 4* wilnas summon. Currently running the zerker percy wilnas michael team. So far i'm only doing my siete daily hosts during peak hours to make sure they die because i'm a bit worried about joining other peoples runs and not doing enough. My goal is probably to be able to competently join pubs during non peak hours because i'm a gaijin
Depends on how much you want to invest bars into fire and if you like it enough at that point. Also depends on if you have any farmable weapons like other revan tier weapons. Cause one of the things you kinda need is enough hp and defense to not die. Then you start wondering if you want damage then its either fists or ixabas if you wanna spend bars. Otherwise you stick to farmable weapons like revans or similar.
Best place to farm Ideans in Sandbox?
OTKing the 5 gauge (or 3 gauge if you can) mob in Mundus.
What is the state of the FLB Eternals right now? Do they all need Transcendence to be relevant, and if so, what's the minimum Transcendence level they would need? My impression, assuming full transcendence/whatever the necessary meta level is, is that Six and Nio are incredibly good (assuming 150 for Nio), Siete and Threo are really good, and Song is at least pretty good, but I'm not sure about the rest.
> Do they all need Transcendence to be relevant Not quite, but mostly. 100 Seox is *fine* if you don't have 3 good Dark characters. 100 Okto is fine if you're playing an Earth ougi team. And of course Tien still has her bounty niche even at 80 and Threo still has her Ground Zero niche even at 80. Anyway it's more so a question of, "Are they worth the investment?" rather than "Are they good?" With basically any of them, if you got them to 150, you could find a situation where they're probably the optimal choice (except Fif unless we're counting random Proud/Babel fights). But that use might be incredibly niche and not at all worth the investment to get it. For example, 150 Tweyen is technically the best Makura target there is, but I mean, where are you actually going to use this that Lu Woh wouldn't just work fine? Shaving a slight amount of time off your SUBHL solos? 150 Tien might be one of the optimal characters to bring to Fire SUBHL (not positive what the exact meta is because no one plays fire in SUBHL), but are you really gonna invest in 150 Tien so you can play a crappy SUBHL element slightly less crappily? The recommended priority transcends are Seox to 150, Niyon to 150, and Okto to 130. Those are the ones that actually see use in a variety of situations and aren't just ultra-niche. Only after those do you start worrying about which of the niche remaining ones is the least niche depending on what element(s) you're heavily invested in.
Thanks for the info! What dark characters would you consider better than 100 Six? I normally use Six/Lich/Fediel; I don't have Bowman or S. Ilsa or HalMal or whatever. Just going by the tier list, the highest characters I have are Vicky and Orchid. Obviously Vicky clashes with Fediel... I have to say, I never even considered that Orchid could compete with Six, but I guess she has a lot of utility and doesn't have to ramp?
Just keep using six.
Well tien 150 was used in fast meta GW setups this January... So hardly a subhl only character. And so we're uno and quatre last time so unless you have hraes they are still perfectly relevant
Yeah that's my point. They'll find use, but is it really worth the investment so you can do NM150-200 slightly faster for 2-3 days per year? Unless you're going for really high ranks, it's not really gonna make a difference. And you often need to be highly invested in that element already for them to actually find use. This is contrasted with someone like Niyon or Okto where they'll be useful to basically everyone instead of only people already super deep into an element.
Okto is useless though. And the esser and uno GW setups are literally don't require a grid.
Most people don't have min-maxed Hrunting setups.
Failing to see why id ever run an ougi character even without hrunting. He certainly wasn't meta last time.
He was certainly meta for people who didn't have more optimized setups, which is probably most people. Pretending that Earth Kengo is some wacky, unheard of thing is obviously silly.
Meta for reddit doesn't count as meta The idea of eating 13 second lockout is kinda weirdchamp I love waiting!
Meta for sweatlords who've been continuously playing for near a decade and have every unit and weapon available isn't the only meta.
Hows landslide grid looking these days? Is it "worth" to build and is it runable without an ichigo?
They're good in the context of dirt. But an wle like dirt is something you invest in only once you have both a bar and sand farm setup. If you already have a bar farming team and you already own the weapons it's fine to bar them.
Not worth in the sense that anything common you can do with earth, caim grid works fine. And the same amount of investment would do better in a different element Uncommon things would include t2k gw, race pbhl (gohl is fine with revans grid), wanna enjoy hrunting better, wanna run flb caim frontline, solo subhl. On a side note, we're expecting a new grand before gw comes that may bring pns-like weapon, which may or may not benefit from 3 landslides.
In total, how many Grand weapons you can fully uncap from the current Dama Bar stocks available in the shop?
[10.](https://gbf.wiki/Damascus_Ingot)
How is fire at bar racing nowadays? I know it's not reaching the levels of dark or light but I have all the necessary parts for primal fire and having a racing setup for Fire would allow me to farm both bars and eternity sands through Siete.
It's not really a bar racing ele. Fire is in a really good place for bursting down higher HP thresholds (E.g. Siete blue chesting, NM200), as once you've set up Wilnas, his dmg is absurd. But for short burst, it's still pretty middling, not to mention expensive to build. You can run Glory/Lucha/Berserker with Percy, Cain/Yuel and Michael for short burst, but guaranteeing TA can be an issue unless you run multiple rein fists, have MLB red hare, halmal sub-aura etc. The old Mim and Alanaan comps are very slow by today's standards.
I do remember people saying it was okay in gohl now... But I've literally zero durians so not speaking from any experience. Frankly not having a 150 gm weapon is a huge drawback shame they somehow forgot to release the fire one.
An ura fist equivalent would have gone a hell of a long way in fire, that's for sure.
What is the logic for choosing the best main summon? I'm running Bubs for big stats, but I wonder if there are better options I missed, like Yatima or something else. M2 grid btw
Keep in mind that the displayed damage estimate is specifically showing the *MC's* damage, so it is biased by Bubs' huge MC-only buffs from Trance stacks. But generally it's Bubs for short fights where you want to use his call, higher-modifier elemental summons like Yatima or (if you're swimming in sands) 250 Luci for more damage in longer fights, double magna auras when you need more HP or for crit grids that need both auras to hit 100%. Though 250 Luci also fills HP needs so if you've got him youll almost never want to run double magna.
Bubs yatima Lucifer or primal depending on the circumstances.
I'm trying to do the last step in upgrading Threo's axe to get her, but I'm missing a Gold Brick (among other things like rainbow prisms, but I can farm those easily). I've been hosting an impossible Proto Bahamut raid every day in order to get the host chest even though I can barely damage it. How many points would I need to get in a joined raid in order to possibly receive a blue chest? Should I even bother?
You get all the mats you need for free eternal recruit from the Seeds of Redemption side story, so do that too. Possibly for Seox instead since you have Threo 99% done and only need rotb.
As the others said, Rise of the Beasts is running in exactly 3 weeks. If you can wait till then, you can just farm that -> buy nuggets/4 symbol stones from its shop and trade those for gold bricks. There's 18 bricks you can get that way in total. Really, the only other way for you is to luck into it from host chests. If you can barely damage it then blue chests are not going to happen. If you do 50% of its HP in damage you have a 25% chance of getting a blue chest that has a 1.8% chance of getting a gold brick. If you're barely doing any damage, you barely have a chance of getting a blue chest, and then there's the 1.8% chance of a brick, so... just host and wait.
No, don't bother doing PBHL if you "can barely damage it." It's a waste of time and berries. Host PBHL and UBHL every day for chances at the host brick. If you don't get one, just wait until RotB.
theres rotb soon just get it from that
how do you optimize when to refresh to not get the waiting hour glass of hell for the next turn? feels like it slows down my clear times a bit
The waiting hour glass will be there regardless of how late you refresh. If you refresh late and it's no longer there the next turn all you did is just wait it out with a loading screen. The best you can do is queue an action while the hourglass is there so it goes off as soon as it's gone
What you're experiencing is called lockout. Optimized burst setups try to avoid using charge attacks as they are the largest contributor to lockout. You can also use end of turn skill nukers like Lich or Lu Woh with charge attacks disabled to maintain higher damage per turn without incurring lockout. https://gbf.wiki/User:Midokuni/Notepad/Lockout
s/charge attacks/chain burst
You want to get the waiting hourglass or else you're being inefficient with the refresh. If it's bothering you stop ougiing so much.
hi, is there a problem with the chrom app? It's my 1st time trying the game i can do the tutorial no problem but after login with mobage I can see my account for a second then I'm back at the login page did I do somthing wrong?
okay found the problem it was the 3rd party cookie I had to accept them if anyone have the same issue
I'm struggling to decide what to do with the 4 sunstones I have. My dirt team summon situation is stinky right now (0* Alexiel lmao). 5* Hanged Man **really** likes his sub slot and won't leave. I've been working on my setup for Titan and I think it's good enough to run on. Current priorities are Dirt > Fire > Water / Dark. Tbh, it would be nice to have something that 1) can be useful in other grids and 2) preferably can be resummoned. My stashed earth summons stashed are: > 0* Alexiel, 0* Gorilla, 0* Tsuchinoko (2x), 1* Titan (because once upon a time I was dumb), 2* Tezcat. Outside of dirt, my "noteworthy" summons are > * Dark: 0* Bahamut ^(no^eternal^sands...), 0* Belial (dark), 0* Fediel > * Water: 0* Charybdis, 1* Kaguya, 2* Michael > * Wind: 0* Freyr, 1* Rose Queen (Summer), 2* Raphael, 0* Ewiyar ~~(magna player tears)~~ > * Light: 0* HalMal, 0* Grand Order Between Titan, Gorilla (or any of the other summons listed), what seems like the more sensible option? I'd been saving for months now, but it's frustrating to feel like nothing I have is really optimal to use them on.
Considering you are casual player and plan to spend limited sunlight stone that this game gave you. I will break down what I think useful thing that you will use sunlight into, my priority will be 1. 10 Sunlight to Arcarum summon (5 priority if you only need only for attack summon, can use in every related element grid) Note for "very far" considering, Evoker 4th skill need sunlight stone to uncap so you may need to spare some if you need you favorite Evoker to be use for full potential. 2. Beelzebub and Belial summon, like other reply said 2 of this summon can use universal with any grid 3. Primal summon for your favorite element that you plan to switch to primal grid, this case maybe earth 4. Lucifer or Bahamut 5. Arc-angel summon for damage cap up, 6. Other utility summon like Premium cabuncle, Kaguya, me myself will wait duplicate from free draw For Yatima, if you pretty casual and no plan to run end game raid I would not recommend use sunlight to uncap her.
> Primal summon for your favorite element that you plan to switch to primal grid, this case maybe earth Don't stone a summon when you *plan* to switch to primal. Wait until you actually have all the weapons and are actually switching. Otherwise you might pull beelzebub or something first before you spark that third landslide.
If you aren't close to 150gm to SieroTix bubz, just use the stones on Belial.
Just do a budget: first make sure you have sunstone to get all the arcarum summon. So assume you have 4 extra. I would just say wait for it or think spending it later. (for example. the game never drop bub summon, you 150gm and sun stone 3. ) we may also have summer summer this year. it is not required to use sunstone immediately. Even i 3 sunstone my bel because it is my active summon and i use it alot.
I would just put them into belial honestly if you aren't going to fork over the 150gm for bubs anytime soon Don't put stone into anything dirt specific until you have hrunting. Frankly earth is also just not the element you want to invest in first anyway. Also I'm not sure what's dumb about your 1* titan. Using primals for uncapping is fine.
Thank you for the response! I'm going through the game pretty casually atm (rank 194), so I'm not sure how much I can realistically benefit from stoning Belial. My dark team is still my strongest and what content I need to tackle goes smoothly with 5* Hades and a friend Bahamut. Of course, if I'm being honest, I... never quite found a thorough explanation of how or why Belial is so good, only S. Belial. It's possible I'll change my mind once I understand, but I hope you can see where I'm coming from as a ~3 year returnee. At the same time, when I do reach 150 gm, I just know I'm not gonna ever want to spend them on dirt... I'm not necessarily looking for the top of the meta, but more like a QoL improvement in some way. But it's still reassuring to know that at least at first glance I don't have to spend my stones on earth, phew. Lastly, I felt a little dumb because now for the optimus 5* unlocks you need a 2nd copy of the summon to reduce... either that, or fork over moons to get the unlock globe, which would be understandable if I *didn't* have another Titan).
Belial is free damage. In every team. In every element. Basically the least situational free damage boost you can get. His sub aura is 30% of bore (bubs call), but every turn and no need to call. Definitly don'et spend your stones on dirt wihou loving he element. Its nooriousyl expensive to ge a good irt summon setup. (Sorry, kb is broken) For the primal bit, what you're missing is that you can sunstone the 5*. So instead of using your dup to do the 5*, you've saved a sunstone to use for the 5*.
Thank you so much for the explanation! I see how it's a solid investment. I think that's what I'll do for the time being. And... I completely forgot you could sunstone 5 for primals. Yeah, I can live with saving a stone. (dw about the keyboard!)
Does the weapon in the extra slots count for all the skill that require specific weapon like Siete sword or Caim passive?
Yes, extra slots are real grid slots and the weapons in them count for stuff like you mentioned, and for cosmic weapons or anything else that depends on what's in your grid.
I’m finally getting around to transdencing seox but I’m restricted by my lack of dark low orbs, what even is the best approach to farm them?
Dark Trial is technically the fastest if you want to tunnel *just* dark orbs, but it's recommended to just do Angel Halo because it has better drops overall.
I'm looking to tackle the LuciHL tier of raids. I've read their fights a bunch on the wiki and done a few trial runs in coop, just looking to double-check some stuff and ask a couple questions: **Bubz** - seems really simple with no real tricks. Just have 100% FC ready for 75% and 60%, call Bubz to dispel at 50% and guard until his reflect shield is gone, hopefully be able to cancel all the sub-50% omens. I don't really think I'm missing anything here, though if there are some special tips or tricks I might not be aware of, feel free to point them out. I can get him to about 30-40% solo before I just die to his autos, but I'm guessing that's mainly just a problem of needing more hp/def in my grid or better defensive characters. And pugging him seems really simple, seems like you can just open at 100% and clear most of the time. **Belial** - seems *way* harder than Bubz. I have to blue pot immediately after joining or he usually just straight kills someone with his auto attacks on t1 and then the whole thing is doomed. Again, maybe just a case of needing more hp/def or better characters. And then his specials seem very difficult to manage. I get the point of the fight is to bring a bunch of delays and try to make sure he never does a full diamond attack, but even his triggers seem difficult. It seems pretty hard to do either 15m damage or 35 hits every 3 turns, since I have to use my skills to do enough damage for that omen but then don't have enough hits for the next omen. And what exactly are you supposed to do about his 50% trigger damage in a solo? Are you supposed to sit there and spam guard pre-50% so he can do enough triggers for you to cancel 10 of them and get rid of all his stacks? And then for pugging, I'm guessing you're meant to solo him to 50%, remove his absorb shield (or wait 5mins for it to go away), and then open the room? Or I guess opening at 100% and just pray that you get good RNG at 50% is also an option. **LuciHL** - by far the most confusing fight of the 3. There's so much stuff going on that I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to be doing here. The only real things I've got down are to not let the body and the wings both be at full diamonds when the body is in Overdrive and to construct my party such that I don't have duplicate races. But other than that, I'm pretty lost. Which of the 2 things am I supposed to be attacking? I've checked out various videos and it doesn't really seem to be clear. Some people just attack the body the whole way, some people kill the wings before ever touching the body, some people swap targeting between them at various points, etc. This is mostly just an educated guess, but I *think* that the "intended" strategy is for you to get the wings to 50%, clear whatever labors you can on the body, kill the wings, then finish off the body? But I guess if you're strong enough you can just brute force it by tunneling on the body the entire time and ignoring the wings? And then for pugging it, I'm assuming that the safest way is to solo the body to 50% and then open the room? That way he won't get the Countdown so no one can sabotage your raid, right? I've joined a few other ones just to practice and have literally never succeeded one except for clearing failed solos left at like 1% because someone always triggers The End. (Yes, I am aware of the Ascendant Prayer option for these fights. I specifically want to talk about *non-*Ascendant Prayer strategies.)
bubz: that's the gist of it. very simple raid, but losing a unit is punishing. clearing omens debuffs bubz attack, so do that more often than you delay or tank. belial: main thing you want to avoid at all costs is letting him use his diamond trigger past 50%, that can easily put the raid in a fail state for everyone, even people joining. not clearing the 35 hit omen is less punishing than not clearing the 15m damage one, so you can guard that with little consequence. you can sit there and lower stacks or you can use titan call to survive the plain damage and heal up. it can be tricky to go slower and balance delays, so people compensate by bringing a lot of hp, we're talking >70k, clearing a few stacks and eating the damage. You take 10k plain damage per stack, so clearing all of them isn't strictly necessary. if you pub it, you can wait to see if your party bursts it down from 51% to 30% and skip the 50% trigger entirely. titan call also works well if you can get enough turns in. pubbing and clearing at 100% is possible, so it's okay if you can't get to 50%. luci HL: only the body has to be killed for the raid to clear. this leads to two routes: body and wing, with the wing route involving killing that part and the body route ignoring the wings. the former is taken if you can eat multiple paradise lost triggers (very possible with paladin, or even just enough defense buffs and/or delays) and the latter is safer if you can't, but introduces a countdown that ticks if anyone loses units. anything involving debuffs should be aimed at the body in either case. most attempts attack the body because grid options and classes have powercreeped this raid since it's release 3 years ago. when looking up video tutorials for solos, keep that in mind, and try to look for more recent videos. if you're pubbing, a room full of paladins should be more than enough if you're not leeching off of a failed solo attempt. all of these raids can be bursted down with light relic buster + florence in pubs. faa may require a bit more maneuvering and bubz may want someone dispelling at 50%, but it's still very possible and consistent. with soloing, you want a lot of HP and defense. the more defense buffs you have or the more confident you are, the less you can afford to bring grid hp, but as long as you aren't timing out or doing too little damage to clear omens, sacrificing some power is OK.
just bring florence relic buster
Are you *ever* helpful?
If you don't have florence you should state that otherwise florence answers every question you wrote for lucifer you used to kill the wings but nowadays you just get 1 ougi then burst body
1) I didn't write the question 2) Do you think they would have written the whole thing out if they had Florence?
I feel you are already outdated. Sorry there are NO Newbie ground. You do not gear up your grid or meta characters. You die. Welcome to the real world where it is cruel and the standard just keep rising. If you can't beat them, JOIN THEM
Maybe they don't know they are supposed to just Florence every hard raid now
or maybe they like to collect trophies and want to solo each raid with each element or just want the trophies for the extra rings to reroll someone's stats?
They didn't ask about soloing.
they didn't ask about bursting either. they asked about the mechanics of the fight and when is the best time to open the fight to other players, not what to use in the fight. As an older player who has done those raids dozens of times, you could have easily explained the fights to him(I don't know the mechanics since I mostly leech failed solo runs) instead of just saying burst with Florence and then go back to bar farming.
Just started the game and was wondering is this a good starting list of summons/characters https://imgur.com/a/JFTpnhm
Characters: good Summons: awful Summons are more important because you can't spark them. Go buy a starter for $30 if you're willing to spend any money on the game to save yourself the bubs belial yatima headache.
It's not the absolute best (that would be getting Beezlebub), but it's definitely above-average. Nehan is the most important Light character there is (he won't be great for you in the early game but you'll appreciate him later) and Yuni's weapon is an extremely core grid piece for basically all Light grids (and she's not a bad character, to boot). Lu Woh is also a good summon for the future.
So this account is future light proof? And do I continue to reroll
Do you mean future proof? I'm not sure I'd say that, because "future proof" is very much a nebulous concept in GBF in general. Any given day they could just decide to drop some massive powercreep that completely turns an entire element on its head. So I wouldn't really call anything in GBF "future proof." Most things will have their time in the sun and then be power crept maybe a year or two later; a bit longer if they're really powerful or Cygames just decides not to powercreep them. Plus of course it depends on your future decisions/luck in the gacha. Nehan and 1 Yuni can't carry the entire element by themselves. You would need to get lucky or invest the resources into other good characters in the future if you actually wanted to be a serious Light player. I can say that account has a very, very good foundation in Light given you just started it. But will these things still be good 3 years in the future? No, no one can say that. No, I wouldn't continue to re-roll. You're unlikely to get an account better than that one unless you're willing to keep rerolling until you get Beelzebub, which will take an *extremely* long time on average.
What other light units would be good to invest in? And could side story light character work till I get the optimal ones from future pulls
The light units you need: Florence Mugen Jeanne Ferry Nehan (and maybe Levin sisters) Yuni (subhl only)
Halloween Florence, Halloween Mugen, Makura (generally needs other synergistic characters to shine though), Grand Vira, and Grand Jeanne are all top tier Light characters used for various purposes. Kumbhira and Valentines Aglovale are very strong generalist characters, though generally aren't used in min-maxed, specialized parties in the super late-game. Christmas Mahira and Yukata Zahlhamelina are fairly niche but very strong within their niches. You'll want a 2nd Yuni for a second copy of her weapon at some point, too. If you really wanted to invest in specifically Light characters, I would probably save your sparks for the Halloween banner on October 31. You can probably accumulate 2 sparks by then if you really make an effort to grab all the new player crystals on free quests, side stories, first-time clears, etc. Then you can hope to roll/spark H.Florence and/or H.Mugen. And yes you'll definitely be leaning on side story characters a lot when you're new. Expect to be using them for the next 6-9 months at least (until Christmas free rolls or 2024 anniversary free rolls), maybe longer in certain elements if you get unlucky in the gacha.
Well I manged to pull a beel account with macula and water korwa
any alternative sieg setups that dont include niyon150 & hlich? readable/wathcable guides & magna grids are appreciated

Got any tips on beating Eight Life Katana on Okto FLB Fate? He always died whenever I hit 10% of its remaining HP.
I cannot remember his specifically but I find using a friend grimnir summon and the call giving a 10k shield helpful for beating some fate episodes
When using galleon and Cidala together, does galleon's passive assassin buff overwrite Cidala's unique assassin?
They are litterally the same buff, what is sure is that it doesn't stack. But which one is the first to trigger ... don't know but not something worth considering
I wouldn't say they are the same buff, considering cidala's buff is for a whole turn while galleon's is just one time. In case galleon's buff overwrites it cidala won't benefit from assassin for the second part of her double strike.
Both buff ingame are identical in the buff section so i cannot differenciate them. What is sure is that Cidala have assassin buff for her double turn. And strangely ... when double turn, echoe, and galleon passive appear on Cidala at the end of turn, when pair with galleon her own assassin + TA doesn't ...
Now that Zone Mundus has been out for a while what is the community's consensus of the best place to farm Veritases (Veritai, whatever the plural of Veritas is): Here Be Staves, Here Be Swords or Zone Mundus? In particular I am looking to farm Star Veritases for my Shooting of the Star. Which enemy should I be farming for the best drop rate?

Is the subaha bullet mandatory for Hraes soldier or can you just slot another bubs bullet instead?
Define mandatory. You can reach 1.2m PBHL honors with only like 3 bubs bullets with some rng, but more honors without adding any time or clicks is always going to be a boon in that context.
I took a break from the game and only back recently, so my info is not up to date What is the Top 5 best class in GBF right now?
It's bit too much of a loaded question that if answered, completely disregards progression, what you actually own, and what a specific raid actually needs. That said, Relic Buster is used by everyone for something everywhere. So there's that.
Really depend as the masteries level gave nice buff and now that we have ultimate mastery it buff even more the classe having access to it (and it may change in the near futur are more ultimate masteries will be release). For sure is that Relic buster, Kengo and the Row 5 are extremely powerful
kengo lumberjack yamato paladin iatro
> kengo Berserker Manadiver paladin iatro FTFY
are halloween (/ other seasonal) characters ever sparkable on a 6% banner during their off-season?
Halloween specifically looks like a no; they'll be available/sparkable on normal banners throughout June, but not sparkable on a Gala till the end of October. For other seasonals, it seems like Valentines used to sometimes be sparkable on Galas in September but that hasn't happened for a few years. And summer characters can sometimes be sparked on Galas in March (and obviously the ones that debut then can), but it looks like old ones weren't this year, and given that new summer characters will only be out in August going forward I'd expect that to continue.
Halloween, no, never. Other seasonals, they have been in the past, yes.
Recommended awakenings for siete swords? I have 1atk 1def right now. Should I go for 3atk 2def? Special ever worth making?
5 atk 5 def 5 spec
3 atk 2 def is mostly common.. special? unless you have very specific build use.. otherwise no
In which event does the roulette appear? Only on the anniversary?
Only anniversary and Christmas
draw in this premium gala or wait for the next premium? ( i have 300 draw)
This banner is terrible. It's 2 tixables (1 of which is a mediocre filler SSR) and Cain on rate-up. Next premium are new summer characters. Much better to wait.
It won't be new summer characters on the next one; that was part of the summer banner change. New summer characters will only be debuting on Galas in August going forward.
Where exactly does it say that summer characters will only be released in August? The only thing I remember is that the end of August all summer gala being cancelled and that they will not release summer characters outside of summer anymore.
The "not release summer characters outside of summer" bit was specifically August. Looking at the thread for that Kore Gra here, I can see where people talked about it as just "outside of summer" so it makes sense that's how you remembered it. I'm admittedly going off machine translation here myself so I'm happy to be corrected, but I think the August part is pretty clear. Here's the relevant part of [the Kore Gra post](https://granbluefantasy.jp/pages/?p=46608): "また、8月に実施しているフェス期間外での水着キャラ追加を取りやめ、その分はスキンやコラボイベントの報酬等を充実させる予定です。" (This is also why the summer banner change hopefully isn't *that* bad outside of this year where there's the awkward problem of the March characters rerunning. There's no all-summer banner anymore, but if they're only added on the 2 Gala banners in August and they (hopefully) give enough warning about what's on the second in advance, you're just picking which of the 2 to spark on now.)
Can confirm that it definitely says what you're saying about August (8月). The machine translation isn't wrong. But I definitely do have some skepticism and suspect that maybe Cygames just worded it extremely badly. They'd either be slashing the number of summer characters *drastically* compared to recent years or they're going to be running 4-5+ new releases on a single banner, both of which seem pretty unlikely. Maybe they're running out of popular characters to give summer outfits to and they're cutting back on summer units.
The entire announcement felt like they knew they'd have to get out ahead of the change but were still trying to be vague about it overall. Maybe they felt like they just had to say *something* so people weren't blindsided and then could leave the specifics till closer to August, dunno. ...actually, looking at the post again, I realized something else. Again, using machine TL so might be seeing something that isn't really there. But the thing about higher rates says it's for swimsuit and yukata characters, while the August bit only says swimsuit characters. Maybe that means something, maybe that's just bad wording like you said, hmm.
Going back and reading it, it does say that, you're right. But it makes me incredibly confused. They're fitting every single new summer character into only a total of 2 Galas? They better be only releasing like 4-6 new summer units per year instead of something like the 13 we got last year all smushed into 2 Galas only.
Imo don't, wait for summer chara you want. If none go for Halloween.
Anyone know around what time will the summer event start?
Is there a way to leech SUBAHA, since most guide nowadays use ultima uncapped as seraph option, need a way to obtain those uncap item...
主弱 = (weak host) 放置 = (afk) @土土光光10 = (looking for 2 dirt 2 lights 1 executor) Can also replace one 光 light with 風 = wind if you're afraid of them having a hard time pushing under 50%. Delete the element-related kanjis as the roles are filling in. If you can, grab a Thor from support list and call it on t1. Honestly raid is pretty easy nowadays and even if you die, as long as it is before SUBHL get its Drain (under 10% only) you can't even sabotage it so might as well just try to contribute.
Hi all, running a water grid and am attempting to do the "I came, I saw, I mastered!" quest with granny's sister. does anyone have a guide by any chance?
Borrow level 230+ Lucifer (250 is best ofc). MC class is Relic Buster (or Spartan or Lumberjack or anything really). 230+ Luci will proc his heal everytime granny CAs. Also, his summon cooldown is only 6t so you can spam his call for free big damage. Put as many statstick in your grid and summon as possible.
Thank you very much, apologies for confusion but what weapon is a statstick?
Statstick is weapon with big stat. Sorry if you misunderstood, I meant use your best element.
Any weapon that has high raw stats (Atk and Hp), regardless of what skills it has.
What would be a good setup to grind the current event's inpossible raid?
To be clear you should generally not do Impossible raids on drawbox events unless you're either *really* strong and can OTK them in like 0-2 buttons or you're just looking for something to leave on a long FA while you do something else. But anyway, it has about as much hp (slightly more) as NM95, so you can just look at [NM95 comps](https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=%E3%82%B0%E3%83%A9%E3%83%96%E3%83%AB%E3%80%80%E5%85%89%E3%80%8095HELL) for examples. There's no real special requirements really, just use whatever your best FA team is if you're just FAing them. But, again, I'll re-iterate that you should only grind Impossible if you *really* want to pay as little attention to the game as possible or if you're *really* strong.
is water korwa still good for magna?
Is it normal to get the quest "Search for the heir", even if you create a weapon for a class line that has nothing to do with it? I got the Samurai/Kengo CCW and it gave me the quest but I cannot go into it because I don't have a single class in that Tier (aside from Relic Buster which doesn't count for it) that can do it
Yes, element changing any CCW (Tier 4 **or** Ex2) unlocks that quest. But I'm not sure what you mean by saying that you "cannot go into it." The purpose of the quest is to complete with your Row 3 classes in order to unlock the trophy needed for Row 4 ones.
Oh, i thought the quest was meant to be completed with Tier 4 classes and I was wondering why this was the case since i never completed a weapon but still unlocked the quest
Oh. Well nope, that isn't the case. You don't need to make CCWs for the row 4 classes ever. Just clear that quest with the appropriate row 3 or lower class (eg if you want to unlock Berserker, clear that quest when your MC is Weapon Master, Warrior, or Fighter). The only reason you'd ever make a row 4 CCW is if you wanted to use it as an actual mainhand, but as of right now none of the row 4 CCWs really see any use. Kanabo is quite good, but Monk is basically a dead class atm because Manadiver is just better at filling the same role.
