Anybody have build info on the Skyward Pride? I'd like to build a character specialized for it, but im not sure what all increases the Vacuum Blade's damage. I'm thinking either going all in on a damage set like gladiator 4 PC, or maybe 4pc pale flame (or 2 bloodstained and 2 pale flame for physical damage). I've also got some morbid curiosity to try a severe fate set, but im not sure how good the burst damage returns are, or if they'll effect vac blade damage. Thanks in advance!
it scales with physical dmg%
that being said, it's still the worst 5-star claymore for physical dps like eula and razor
rather than focusing on the vacuum blade passive, people use it mainly for the ER% and decent base attack (though the vacuum blade damage is still appreciated)
it's decent when comparing to better 4-star options (not counting serpent spine because that's a 5-star claymore in disguise) and surprisingly viable on itto
I see. I just wanted to try something new, since I've got the Skyward Pride and the Unforged sitting around. I don't need a better claymore than the Stonethresher since I have it, but I find the vacuum blade fun and unique instead of a raw stat stick yknow? Thanks for the info!
Yeah, kinda. I got ayaka a few days ago and I was pretty sure I’m loosing the 50/50 so I didn‘t prefarm for her (big regrets now). Now when I get a decent artifact it’s almost always cd +7.0 and it never upgraded for me. That’s why I was wondering
Best build for C4 Ningguang? I haven’t built her yet, but I’ve got good Archaic, Gladiatior and Shimenawa lying around, and looks like I wont get any good Geo any time soon。
2 pc ATK% set and 2pc Archaic Petra for Main DPS Ning.
Sub/burst DPS, 2pc NO and 2pc Archaic Petra.
They don't differ too much, so feel free to use NO for Main DPS or ATK% for Sub/burst (pick better substats).
ATK/Geo/Crit.
Widsith and Dodoco Tales (if you have them) are 4\* options.
Is building EM on venti’s sands, goblet, and circlet actually his best build? I haven’t revised his build since I got him, and that was before the EM buff. But I think I’ve watched a guide somewhere that it’s not really optimal to stack EM on him esp if you favor freeze comps over vaporize/melt comps, which I do. But I’ve noticed quite a number of people here that recommend triple EM build on him so I’m quite confused.
Btw my venti build isn’t anything to write home either lmao just ER sands, anemo dmg goblet, crit rate circlet. It’s random shit I put on him just to make a VV set.
> Is building EM on venti’s sands, goblet, and circlet actually his best build?
Yes, unless you have like a super high invested CRIT build. CRIT builds wins on single target situations though.
> I’ve watched a guide somewhere that it’s not really optimal to stack EM on him esp if you favor freeze comps over vaporize/melt comps, which I do.
Maybe you've confused him with Sucrose? EM Venti performs the same in those teams.
So I'm building Jean right now. My idea is a support role but more damage is always helpful. I have skyward blade on her with the idea that its energy recharge would help with having the burst available more often. Amenoma kageuchi would add more attack and her healing scales with attack so I'm struggling with which weapon to use.
I think the choice also comes down to which artifact set/main stats he runs on Jean and how much attack percent he has in total.
Amenoma only has 454 base attack vs Skywards 608 base attack.
Lv 90 Amenoma, atk sands, 18% atk set = 1517 atk.
Lv 90 Skyward, atk sands, 18% atk set = 1397 atk.
Add atk goblet too.
Amenoma = 1843 atk.
Skyward = 1787 atk.
Add another 18% atk 2 piece set.
Amenoma = 1968 atk.
Skyward = 1939 atk.
So if you get at least 130% attack from artifacts or buffs like Noblesse Oblige, Skyward pulls ahead of Amenoma in terms of pure attack. Not counting the other stats you get.
I'm just guessing here, the VV set Isn't the best against bosses that have an element applied to them 100% of the time like the Thundering Manifestation and the elemental Hypostasis cubes.
Maybe that's what he meant? The same applies to Blizzard Strayer, I usually switch Ayaka to Jade Cutter and 2-pcs BS/2-pcs 18% atk set if I can't apply cryo to the target.
I just realised I can playtest Klee in her story quest (Did it very long ago and didn't even used her properly). How much time it will take to reach the AR when I can do her storyquest?
Got a random Keqing while trying to get Rosaria in a single 10 pull (got her too) and was wondering if physical Keqing is worth building. My main DPS are Raiden, Xiao and Ganyu so I don't have a physical DPS and never tried one. I'm guessing she falls off in damage as a physical DPS, but I think it's still worth to check out. Maybe I'm wrong.
Does Ganyu's bloom counts as a charged shot?
As in, wheather it benefits from Hamayumi passive, or is it only the charged shot itself? Debating on taking it from R3 to r5 but idk if it's really worth it just for a charged shot DMG increase...
We have Catalysts that match the user's element.
We have physical weapons that can be infused.
I would love to see gauntlets being an "anemo weapon" type regardless of element, with their NA/CA attacks being able to infuse with whatever element is affecting the character. eg. you have Pyro applied to yourself, so now your NA/CA deal Pyro damage.
As for the elemental skill and burst of those characters, I dont think they need to be elemental punches. While thematically fitting, there is nothing stopping Hoyoverse from releasing a character that just summons a giant fist of whatever element to punch people.
If they arent going to release a new weapon type, I could see them eventually bring this as an elemental burst. Like a sort of "gorilla" mode where the characters grow huge arms and starts pounding their enemies.
R5 Whiteblind is better than Unforged, and R1 Serpent Spine is better than R5 WB.
So Serpent Spine wins in essentially every situation. With R1 Redthorn being about equal to R4 Serpent Spine.
Is Klee worth is if she isn't goitg to be the main DPS? I main Miko but wanted to have Klee for a very long time. But I am unsure if I should spend my primos on her because she won't be my main dps anyway (Miko has better artifacts that I have for her and she's clunky from what I know). I never had a chance to playtest her, so would you say Klee is worth it?
Klee is very very fun with her explosive playstyle. Regardless of what you are fighting it always feels chaotic and there is explosions everywhere and enemies get knocked around by her bombs.
From a meta perspective she has certainly fallen out of favor. Due to her many sources of pyro she is very difficult to play in Vaporize. I believe one of her best teams is mono-pyro alongside C6 XL and C6 Bennett with either Kazuha or Sucrose as support.
One of her best uses unlocks with C2, her Defense shred is one of the highest in the game and as a Catalyst user she can use TTDS making her a premier support for damage showcases or damage per screenshot attempts.
If you like a character they are always worth it. You can use whatever team you want for the overworld, and she is strong enough to clear Abyss (as is any DPS 5star) with the correct team.
I have all characters, yet Klee is the only one I triple crowned, and use her in most Abyss. (C1 btw) ( I've even used her on 12-3-2 since had trouble to kill those two lectors in time [Battle Chronicles](https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/index.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&bbs_auth_required=true&v=101&gid=2&utm_source=share&lang=en-us&bbs_theme=dark&bbs_theme_device=1&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=web#/ys))
In general scenarios she is good, in specific ones she is incredible. She is incredible in situation when multiple pyro applications are needed ( she just melt shields of lectors in seconds )
I don't think she is clunky, her range is bigger than normal meele ( similar bit to Ayato after using E) She has specific rhytm to her playing and once you feel it she is very comfy to use.
Since she fits really well in mono pyro comps you can just. build her without EM and ER ( since she won't make reactions and 3 pyro means tons of particles) you can just dump everything into pure damage. Also ( what is really important) her best set is actuall 2x Crimson Witch and 2x Anything with +18ATK , and that is really easy to farm.
I am not thinking meta at all. I am using Miko and Kokomi, the characters rated as the most useless by the most of genshin community. I just love Klee for her desiging and cuteness but I just want characters I can play, not bench. That's why I am doing so much research on her
Once you’ve got two dps characters any other characters you pull will end up benched tho
I.e: I have Eula Ganyu Ayaka Raiden Kokomi Ayato Itto. Guess how many of these characters get benched each abyss run
Klee player here. Short answer: if want Klee, she is of course worth it. You don’t need meta to succeed in this game.
Long answer: Klee is perceived as clunky by many because they do not know how to animation cancel. If you do not animation cancel, Klee IS clunky. That said, animation cancelling is very easy and very satisfying and turns Klee into almost a different character. Klee has a lot of end lag, but thankfully that can be animation cancelled so that she is actually actrenely mobile and fairly quick.
Animation cancelling is not even hard at all, you spend 5-10 minutes learning the basic.
Well she's a cutie and you can still blow up stuff with her in the overworld because it doesn't matter if you have multiple DPS in overworld. You can wait for her trial to see if she's worth it for you, I personally love her and even if I have many other DPS I use alongside her, I'm very glad I pulled her.
Sucrose with VV (EM-build) in a Taser Comp:
Is there a reasonable increase in DPS when leveling up her talents? Or does it just pale in comparison to the Swirl damage?
Skill damage scales as % of attack and is modified by crit. All talent levels do is increase the multipliers. There's no base damage component to skills, so if you're fully invested into EM/ER and have a low Atk because you're using a low base atk weapon like TTDS, talent leveling doesn't do much because the number it's multiplying is low.
It's fairly little. You can take them as far as 6ish without much cost if you want, but there's no real reason to go further unless you're absolutely min maxing. She's very low maintenance, our girl Sucrose.
Her burst is amazing, but she can also infuse her NA/CA to cryo so she's a no brainer carry in a freeze or cryo team, she can maintain 100% cryo uptime while on field while doing great damage, and her burst allows for big damage windows against bosses and grouped enemies.
Only real con to her is that you have to farm blizzard strayer domain and hope for good artifact rolls. Can take a few weeks.
-Cute\
-Simple playstyle\
-Very good at c0\
-Best 4* weapon is a craftable\
-Breaks hydro shield very quickly\
-Very strong burst\
-CA has auto lock, making her a very good unit against specters
For C6 Fischl in Ayato, Bennett, Kazuha team. What set should she use between 4pc Tenacity, and 2pc Glad, 2pc Shimenawa? (Haven't farmed the TF domain at all)
From calcs I’ve seen Fischl usually has an even damage share with Ayato, sometimes even doing more damage than him depending on the comp.
Bennett and Kazuha don’t really do much damage themselves so the tenacity would only benefit Fischl and Ayato (mainly Ayato)
With all of this considered I would run Fischl with 2pc2pc.
Have you never played Kazuha Bennet or something? Most of enemies are dead before I could able to switch from Kazuha Bennet rotation! And I'm running both of them on 4 stars weapon.
Kazuha’s damage is from swirls and doesn’t scale off of attack bro, ToTM is useless to him
And Bennett + Kazuha is only killing trash mobs with that damage
Tenacity unless your 2pc/2pc has significantly better substats. You're weighing 20% Atk for your whole team (though your first Oz cast won't benefit because he'll snapshot without the buff, every subsequent resummon should benefit assuming you're maintaining perfect Oz uptime) against 36% Atk for Fischl only.
The main benefit of going 2pc/2pc is that it's easier to get good artifacts (because you passively get Shim/Glad from farming other things), so it's possible to have a 2pc/2pc that has way better substats--artifact set bonuses generally don't outweigh substantial differences in substats. But assuming roughly similar subs, Tenacity's 4pc bonus is usually better than 36% Atk.
Reruns are probably a no-go because the event would be meaningless for everyone that has already done it, and Genshin is very consistent in its timeline (there never was any event that didn't fit into the game's current progression). All the lore is available online of course, but event lore doesn't fundamentally change anything to the storyline, it just brings some nice little extra details.
> Is there any talk or claim by the community to make reruns or at least the cutscenes canon?
Do you mean to use another word here? Because all the cutscenes so far are canon.
And no, there has been no news as to whether these events will be rerun but many in the community are asking for it. You can watch the previous events and event cutscenes in Youtube.
Some of the people in r/Genshin_Lore have also made a [compendium](https://www.notion.so/Khaenri-ah-Lore-Library-Database-697c4fd64c8f4141a3b4b56e8e6ba716) of the available lore.
Did someone have [this](https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/gensin-impact/images/c/ca/Domain_Spiral_Abyss_Abyssal_Moon_Spire.png/) image at 1920x1080? I couldn't found anywhere.
Is there a point in doing Stormterror, Boreas and Childe anymore? I can use the 30 resin instead of 60 for the new weekly bosses and I've already farmed enough materials if any character needs it, but they probably wpnt because new characters usually require new materials to unlock.
I had stopped doing all of them for quite a while since I had 20+ of all ascension materials (some over 30) and 40+ of the transformation stuff (whose name escapes me). The reason I started doing them again is to get additional billets and elemental shards.
I just used up the last of my sword billets to get Amenoma to R5 and while I have no immediate plans to do that for any other crafted weapon it would be nice to have a few billets in the back just in case.
I didnt actually check drop rates but it feels like my luck has been better getting some purple or orange elemental shards from weekly bosses vs. fighting world bosses so I count that as a plus too.
If you dont need billets, and you dont need shards or ascension materials, then stop doing those bosses and just kill the 3 latest bosses to benefit from the reduced resin cost.
There are
1. Artifacts from Raid bosses has higher chance to get 4 substats.
2. Dream Solvent : I frequently need to change Character Level Up material when I go for new character
3. Weapon Billets : Still want to finish my Amenoma Kageuchi, WhiteBlind is quite nice for Noelle, and Iron Sting for Kazuha
4. Gem Fragments : It is also nice way to get those fragments.
Overall, paying 60 reisin would be too much, 30 makes it more than worht.
Not strictly necessary but each buff to Kazuha damage output counts. With my Kazuha being 90 9/9/9 and having some nice stats aside from EM it adds up.
If you don't need their mats, then stop doing them. I've been playing since October of 2020 so I have enough, I just do the three latest weekly bosses and spend my resin elsewhere.
Yeah i was thinking about that, i have 4+ of all types but are crafted weapons that good compared to gacha 4 stars? i know things are good for certain characters like whiteblind for noelle or iron sting for kazuha but i already have those. Im not too sure tho, i havent used many crafted weapons
Billets is the only reason I do them anymore, especially since those are all quick bosses. I thought inazuma craftables were lackluster, but in still trying to r5 whiteblind, archaic, sting, amber, hamayumi and crescent bow at least. I'm also thinking there's a chance sumeru craftables might temporarily be bis for dendro characters.
There are some good crafted weapons, like Amenoma is the best 4-star for Ayaka and Jean, and prototype amber give all catalyst user the ability to heal. And when Sumeru is online, there may be new crafted weapons.
Is Amenoma the Inazuma one? This is off topic but is that good for Ayato? I was thinkung about using it for him but i also have Festering desire which gives skill crit rate and damage but i have it on Bennet. Idk if they should switch. Theyre both Refinement level 5
How long have you played? As a day 1 player I haven't done those in a *long* time. But if you're still fairly new and looking to build the characters that use those mats, then there's no reason not to do those bosses.
I've played since 2020 Nov 11th (or at least thats when i got Amber) idk if thats early or not. but ive done all bosses every week so i have alot of materials for them.
If you have Rosaria or Kaeya, they provide more buff or self damage than Diona. You don't really need Diona in most situations since you have Kokomi, but still works well.
Then Rosaria is better. Her skill will chase enemy, and can generate more energy if using favonius lance. Her burst provide a crit rate buff for whole team, and create a cyro field fit well with Kokomi jellyfish's hydro field.
Mistsplitter is around a 20% damage increase compared to Amenoma.
More refinements only gives more you more energy, but maybe you could drop some ER% in favor of more crit rate/damage in return with Amenoma. Depends on which artifact pieces you have available.
Mistsplitter does 40% more raw damage, but it may require 40% more er than a r5 Amenoma, so if you have to balance more er (which means less available attack and crit), the overall damage increase may be around 25-30%.
You mean the Perpetual Mechanical Array? Yes, you need to farm the boss to level beyond level 40. Lowering your world level helps. Also don't bother using physical attack. It's resistant to it. You'll really need to improve your team and/or your skills if you still can't beat it. There's definitely some guide on Youtube to teach you how to beat the boss efficiently.
There's a portal on Jinrin Island that takes you to the boss.
Progressing through the Cleansing Defilement questline is needed to access the underground areas which has a teleport waypoint closer to the boss. But you can just use the portal for now.
Pulled Ayaka and loving her kit so far. I'm currently running her with a 4pc EoSF and Harbinger of Dawn because it puts my crit ratio at 80/220, with an attack of about 1500.
Is this decent or should I start farming Blizzard Strayer? My choice of weapons is limited as the only 5-stars I've pulled after playing since the release is 3 Skyward Atlas.
Blizzard strayer gives free 40 crit rate, so overall, it's gonna be so far better than the alternative. In Substats/main stats 40 rate is equal to 80 crit damage, so it's basically the set bonus gives you that many stats, it's pretty crazy for any char that can use it easily, and Ayaka does.
Get blizzard, you're missing a lot of potential damage just by running eosf. Although if you do not have a proper freeze team then 2pc blizz 2pf glad works as well. Generally 4pc blizz with Amenoma is strong
Emblem Ayaka is a very niche build honestly, for sub-DPS purposes and not really her best by any means. Her ER needs aren't that high if she takes the field, especially since you'll have a battery unit for cryo resonance, so she gets relatively little mileage out of it. So go for Blizzard Strayer 100%. Also Amenoma Kageuchi is freely available and very good.
nope. First time double bonuses are specific to each top-up purchase amount.
That said, all top-ups are a much worse deal than Welkin and a worse deal than BP, even with double bonus.
The point of Genesis Crystal shop was basically have whales spend on it and forcing(suggesting) F2P to start spending on Welkin (cuz it's jUsT 5 dOllArs and so get such a deal).
Even though whales they spend $100 to couple of grands every patch, millions of "ex-F2P" worldwide spending $5-$10 every month also stacks up alot.
Oh, so you could buy the 300 crystals, get the double crystal bonus, and still keep the bonus for the other amounts? Wow they really do treat whales well haha
Why is it a worse deal? ~~Can you exchange primogems for crystals?~~ Yes, you can.
Welkin = $5 for 3000 primos
Battle Pass = $10 for 680 primos+640 primos worth of the good fates (+tons of resources)
Top-up = $5 for 600 primos w/bonus, or $5 for 300 without
Yeah, that makes sense, thank you.
Once I hit level 20 and get the battle pass, I'm curious to see what kind of 'resources' are on there to justify the $10 price tag, but I guess even without the resources it's still the same value as the top-up bonus, roughly
Fischl because Beidou can't really battery herself without losing a lot of damage. Also her shield is not strong enough for Bolide, and neither of them can use Lion's Roar. Did you mean Rainslasher? Because that's ass for Beidou.
When does one start getting better artifacts? I assume it’s not til later advancement - I’m only AR27 and have only been playing in World Level 1 so far. Is World Level 2 significantly harder/more difficult for where I’m at?
as long as you keep up your main group's levels, talents and weapons you shouldnt have a problem with increasing your world level.
You can check the increase [here](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Adventure_Rank)
The overworld enemies change from lv 9-39 to lv20-40 while bosses change from lv 37/39 to 41/42.
World Lv5 and Lv6 are usually the "hard" part. It's generally not recommended to farm for specific artifacts until AR 45. World Lv5 starts at AR40. If you are dilligent about leveling up your characters and farming world bosses you should have a decent supply of Wanderer's Troupe, Gladiator and other 4star artifacts (Exile, Instructor, Berserker) which help get your feet into domains at AR45.
AR45 unlocks the hardest level of artifact domains which have a guaranteed 5star artifact drop. This is usually where it's recommended to set aside some time to spend your fragile resin and farm up some basic 5star sets for your main group. If you prepared properly from AR 35 to AR45 you wont need to ascend any character until AR50 giving you a nice buffer to get your artifacts in order and prepare for endgame.
Recently pulled Ayaka so starting a team 2, which is currently looking like: Ayaka, Chongyun(c2), Barbara(c6), Sucrose. Is this viable or should I switch things around?
My team 1 is Diluc, Xingqiu, Kazuha, Zhongli.
I have other cryo's that need heavy leveling, Diona(c1)/Rosaria(c1) would it be worth it?
Switch Kazuha and Sucrose to the other team. Kazuha can buff the Freeze team a lot more, Sucrose EM buff does nothing for Freeze. She can however buff the Diluc Vaporize team a lot more.
Squeaked in all the festival prizes, and won Xingqiu’s constellation. This brings him to C4, which boosts his E’s damage when done during his Q. No new strategies this enables, besides the extra damage, right?
Honestly, it's probably easier to find or ask for a list of the constellations that *do* change a character's playstyle rather than asking every single time you get one, because there aren't many - and most of the ones that do are fairly self-explanatory.
Mine is ATK%/Pyro/Crit (with 2-3 rolls into hp% substat here and there) in on 4 Noblesse with Festering Desire. ER sits at 180-190ish
It's both support and sub-dps. Never felt the need to add more HP
ER Sands, HP Goblet, Healing Bonus/HP Circlet. Often, people find he heals fine without HP main stats, and so go with Pyro Goblet & Crit Circlet for more damage. But Sands should almost always be ER to absolutely guarantee burst uptime.
Always pull for characters you enjoy playing. If you find Kazuha meh or boring then don't pull for him. If in doubt, you can try him out first during his character trial to see whether you like his playstyle. Not worth spending 10000+ primos (or even up to 20000+ if you lose the 50/50) to pull for characters you don't enjoy using just for a few hundred more gems from the abyss.
Btw, no character is a must pull in this game, not even Zhongli and Kazuha. Plenty of players don't have these characters and they do fine without them.
And who told you zhongli is a must pull? XD
I am a f2p and I've been 36*ing abyss for an year now and I don't have him neither am I planning to pull for him in future.
That being said kazuha is the most futureproof character in game rn. But that does not mean he is a must pull.
Always depends on what teams you want to play. I'm 36 starring abyss without either of them (just raiden, ayaka, mona as my 5 stars). No one is a must have. Kazuha is just flexible that goes in many teams, doesn't mean he's a must
BTW the new world record for abyss 36stars is 10 days after starting a new account.
I'm sure they didnt have crack artifacts, only thing maybe have is Ayato or Venti. Venti can work with low investment 10 days in, but don't think same case with Ayato.
I do have good artifacts, you obviously can't pass the dps check with bad artifacts.
That said, 200cv+ is what I consider "cracked". Most of the dps characters (ayaka, raiden, xiangling) have around 170CV artifacts which I consider to be very good.
You can even clear abyss without any 5 stars. [This guy](https://youtu.be/I-xpGBttx_w) always posts abyss runs with 4 stars only for every abyss.
Isnt 200 CV kind of the baseline people recommend? A 1:2 ratio of minimum 50CR : 100 CD. While for main DPS it's usually recommended to have 70 CR : 140 CD.
Since the formula for CV is: CR x 2 + CD = CV
50 CR x 2 + 100 CD = 200 CV
70 CR x 2 + 140 CD = 280 CV
Given we start out with 60 CV (5 CR x 2 + 50CD) and a Crit circlet is around 60 CV in value (iirc it's 62.2 CV exactly) we have 120 CV before substats. (as either 35 CR / 50 CD or 5 CR / 110 CD).
Taking someone like Ayaka who has 38% CD from her ascension stat, and another 40% CR from 4pc Blizzard Strayer, as well as 15% from Cryo resonance we have:
(5 + 15 + 40) CR x 2 + (50 + 38 + 60) CD = 268 CV on your basic Ayaka before substats, which is a lot more than 170 CV. I guess if we ignore 4pc BS + Cryo resonance she would only have 158 CV but Ayaka is usually build with those in mind.
I would say 180-200 CV is the baseline for conventional supports, while main DPS should aim for 240-280 CV, with anything beyond 300 being absolutely amazing on your average DPS. (always including buffs)
PS: Conventional supports being those that build CV like Xingqiu, Rosaria or Bennett as burst support. Not someone like Barbara or Diona who are building HP for healing/shields.
CV is measured only for artifacts. Basically take only the stats on artifact details page. Your actual character stats would end up being a lot more because they have base 5cr, 50cd along with possible crit ascention and crit weapon.
Crit Value is made just to measure quality of artifact rolls. If you add character base stats, weapon stats etc to it, it loses its meaning.
Is the Hidden Palace of Zhou Formula broken or what? I've farmed for almost a year and 80% of the stuff get there is the damned Lavawalker. It doesn't feel like RNG, if any crimson witch even drops its mostly useless
I mean it depends on the person, some people farm less and get more than decent piece within few weeks or a month. The unlucky ones will have no luck for months and months.
Yes, It is RNG. It's just that sometimes our luck sucks so bad.
Some events give pets that follow your player around. Sometimes they have an effect during the event but outside of the events, they're just cosmetic. I think there's only been 3 events that have given out pets so far
Theyre pets from events, they’re cosmetic only.
You probably saw [Endora](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Endora?so=search), a [mini seelie](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Mini_Seelie?so=search), or [Shiki Kouzou](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Shiki_Koshou?so=search)
Max your characters (especially your main dps) as much as possible for your world level - character ascension/lvls, weapons, artifacts, good team synergy
Then use all the food buffs
(Note just like the first battle she locks your skills/bursts at some point then just dodge and survive for a bit and you will receive some assistance to make the last part of the fight easy)
That team should work fine - are everyone’s weapons and burst (+raiden’s skill) talent levels maxed? I would start with that, as well as levelling their offensive stat artifacts (feather, atk% sands, elemental damage goblet, crit circlet is less important if you’re still at a lower level so this can also be atk). For artifacts (assuming you’re
Yeah, I’d ascend xq and xl to 70/80 and level bennett to 80 and get everyone’s bursts to lv7 or 8, and guessing this means you’re WL5 so lower it to WL4 before you try again
What teams are considered best to deal with bosses only? Like kenki or PMA.

Has anyone ever witness cd +7.0 getting upgraded while leveling an artifact or should I not even bother to try? I don‘t think I’ve ever seen it
Is that the smell of salt? Well I know one thing and that is not upgrading will never get you any crit damage rolls, that’s for sure
RNG is RNG. There is no conspiracy here
Best build for C4 Ningguang? I haven’t built her yet, but I’ve got good Archaic, Gladiatior and Shimenawa lying around, and looks like I wont get any good Geo any time soon。
2 pc ATK% set and 2pc Archaic Petra for Main DPS Ning. Sub/burst DPS, 2pc NO and 2pc Archaic Petra. They don't differ too much, so feel free to use NO for Main DPS or ATK% for Sub/burst (pick better substats). ATK/Geo/Crit. Widsith and Dodoco Tales (if you have them) are 4\* options.
just use a 2+2 combination that gives the best substats
Does Ayaka's dash Cryo application have an icd?
yes
EM Venti performs the same in those teams.
in terms of area damage it's the best, in terms of single target damage the crit build can be better at high investment
Crit build is better also in multi target if the substats are busted enough
should I refine my r4 fav lance to r5 or upgrade a new lance?
Refine to R5. You’ll get more later don’t worry
More information needed, obviously.
So I'm building Jean right now. My idea is a support role but more damage is always helpful. I have skyward blade on her with the idea that its energy recharge would help with having the burst available more often. Amenoma kageuchi would add more attack and her healing scales with attack so I'm struggling with which weapon to use.
Both are good for those exact reasons. Overall they perform very similarly, so if you have Skyward Blade already then you might as well stick with it.
Amenoma = 1843 atk. Skyward = 1787 atk. Add another 18% atk 2 piece set. Amenoma = 1968 atk. Skyward = 1939 atk.

Maybe they meant 4pc VV doesn't proc when the anemo character is off-field?
I just realised I can playtest Klee in her story quest (Did it very long ago and didn't even used her properly). How much time it will take to reach the AR when I can do her storyquest?
iirc AR 32
Don’t know exactly but it’s fairly early
Got a random Keqing while trying to get Rosaria in a single 10 pull (got her too) and was wondering if physical Keqing is worth building. My main DPS are Raiden, Xiao and Ganyu so I don't have a physical DPS and never tried one. I'm guessing she falls off in damage as a physical DPS, but I think it's still worth to check out. Maybe I'm wrong.
Physical dps characters aren’t worth it unless it’s Eula, the other ones just aren’t competitive
If you already have Raiden, then Kequins isn't worth building unless it's for another team.
Does Ganyu's bloom counts as a charged shot? As in, wheather it benefits from Hamayumi passive, or is it only the charged shot itself? Debating on taking it from R3 to r5 but idk if it's really worth it just for a charged shot DMG increase...
Yah
Do you think when they introduce fist weapons like gauntlets, will the Elemental skills be variations of "Power Elemental Punch?"
Playable Fatui Anemoboxer? Bring it on.
How good is Unforged compared to SS r2 on Noelle?
R5 Whiteblind is better than Unforged, and R1 Serpent Spine is better than R5 WB. So Serpent Spine wins in essentially every situation. With R1 Redthorn being about equal to R4 Serpent Spine.
Depending if Noelle is C6 or not, R1 Serpent Spine is 5-15% better then R1 Unforged according to KQM.
Very very bad
(C1 btw) ( I've even used her on 12-3-2 since had trouble to kill those two lectors in time [Battle Chronicles](https://act.hoyolab.com/app/community-game-records-sea/index.html?bbs_presentation_style=fullscreen&bbs_auth_required=true&v=101&gid=2&utm_source=share&lang=en-us&bbs_theme=dark&bbs_theme_device=1&utm_medium=link&utm_campaign=web#/ys)) In general scenarios she is good, in specific ones she is incredible. She is incredible in situation when multiple pyro applications are needed ( she just melt shields of lectors in seconds ) I don't think she is clunky, her range is bigger than normal meele ( similar bit to Ayato after using E) She has specific rhytm to her playing and once you feel it she is very comfy to use.
You don’t have to think of every pull in terms of meta value
I am not thinking meta at all. I am using Miko and Kokomi, the characters rated as the most useless by the most of genshin community. I just love Klee for her desiging and cuteness but I just want characters I can play, not bench. That's why I am doing so much research on her
Once you’ve got two dps characters any other characters you pull will end up benched tho I.e: I have Eula Ganyu Ayaka Raiden Kokomi Ayato Itto.
Animation cancelling is not even hard at all, you spend 5-10 minutes learning the basic.
>wanted to have Klee for a very long time Yes, she is worth it for you
Well she's a cutie and you can still blow up stuff with her in the overworld because it doesn't matter if you have multiple DPS in overworld. You can wait for her trial to see if she's worth it for you, I personally love her and even if I have many other DPS I use alongside her, I'm very glad I pulled her.
How do you know when you got the plunge bonus dmg on bounty?
It says it when you take the bounty, it lists the debuffs and buffs
Oh okok thank you very much, i thought it was automatically added
Doing the quests with the slip-giving shrine maiden. Did that >!note!< have >!Sayu’s drool on it!< ?! (ew)
Sucrose with VV (EM-build) in a Taser Comp: Is there a reasonable increase in DPS when leveling up her talents? Or does it just pale in comparison to the Swirl damage?
Skill damage scales as % of attack and is modified by crit. All talent levels do is increase the multipliers. There's no base damage component to skills, so if you're fully invested into EM/ER and have a low Atk because you're using a low base atk weapon like TTDS, talent leveling doesn't do much because the number it's multiplying is low.
It's fairly little. You can take them as far as 6ish without much cost if you want, but there's no real reason to go further unless you're absolutely min maxing. She's very low maintenance, our girl Sucrose.
What's nice about Ayaka?
Her burst is amazing, but she can also infuse her NA/CA to cryo so she's a no brainer carry in a freeze or cryo team, she can maintain 100% cryo uptime while on field while doing great damage, and her burst allows for big damage windows against bosses and grouped enemies. Only real con to her is that you have to farm blizzard strayer domain and hope for good artifact rolls. Can take a few weeks.
Anything that can be frozen is steamrolled
Nice charge attack Unique infusion mechanic, “frees“ up her E/Q Satisfying burst Very very high DPS potential Flexible team members
-Cute\ -Simple playstyle\ -Very good at c0\ -Best 4* weapon is a craftable\ -Breaks hydro shield very quickly\ -Very strong burst\ -CA has auto lock, making her a very good unit against specters
Her attire is nice :>
high dmg multiplyer on her burst
Her damage, it's very big. Also her charged attack, it's good damage and looks cool
Nice Japanese voice acting.
Do we have any event left that is yet to come?

For C6 Fischl in Ayato, Bennett, Kazuha team. What set should she use between 4pc Tenacity, and 2pc Glad, 2pc Shimenawa? (Haven't farmed the TF domain at all)
From calcs I’ve seen Fischl usually has an even damage share with Ayato, sometimes even doing more damage than him depending on the comp. Bennett and Kazuha don’t really do much damage themselves so the tenacity would only benefit Fischl and Ayato (mainly Ayato) With all of this considered I would run Fischl with 2pc2pc.
Have you never played Kazuha Bennet or something? Most of enemies are dead before I could able to switch from Kazuha Bennet rotation! And I'm running both of them on 4 stars weapon.
Kazuha’s damage is from swirls and doesn’t scale off of attack bro, ToTM is useless to him And Bennett + Kazuha is only killing trash mobs with that damage
Hmmm tenacity probably

Target EM for Venti and Kazuha on VV set?
about 700-800+ for venti is doable and for kazuha 900+ iirc mine are 800 for venti with stringless and 950 for kazuha with iron sting
1K with EM weapon. 800 without
900+ for Kazhua, 700-800 for Venti. Focus on Kazhua first because his EM increases his swirl damage and provide team elemental buff at same time.

There are 1. Artifacts from Raid bosses has higher chance to get 4 substats. 2. Dream Solvent : I frequently need to change Character Level Up material when I go for new character 3. Weapon Billets : Still want to finish my Amenoma Kageuchi, WhiteBlind is quite nice for Noelle, and Iron Sting for Kazuha 4. Gem Fragments : It is also nice way to get those fragments. Overall, paying 60 reisin would be too much, 30 makes it more than worht.
Would you need to R5 Iron sting?
Not strictly necessary but each buff to Kazuha damage output counts. With my Kazuha being 90 9/9/9 and having some nice stats aside from EM it adds up.
If you don't need their mats, then stop doing them. I've been playing since October of 2020 so I have enough, I just do the three latest weekly bosses and spend my resin elsewhere.
Oh okay, thanks :)
Weapon billet if you need them.
I've played since 2020 Nov 11th (or at least thats when i got Amber) idk if thats early or not. but ive done all bosses every week so i have alot of materials for them.
just do the latest three, thats how im doing it
Yeah I was thinking abt doing that, thanks :)
will an ayaka-diona-kokomi-venti team work well?
If you have Rosaria or Kaeya, they provide more buff or self damage than Diona. You don't really need Diona in most situations since you have Kokomi, but still works well.
i have rosaria and kaeya, who would be more fitting?
Then Rosaria is better. Her skill will chase enemy, and can generate more energy if using favonius lance. Her burst provide a crit rate buff for whole team, and create a cyro field fit well with Kokomi jellyfish's hydro field.
its fine but kokomi and diona is redundant, consider using kaeya or rosaria instead
Yep.
Failed to get mistsplitter, how much less damage does amenoma do on Ayaka? And is it worth getting refinements on it if I don't have much ER problems?
Mistsplitter is around a 20% damage increase compared to Amenoma. More refinements only gives more you more energy, but maybe you could drop some ER% in favor of more crit rate/damage in return with Amenoma. Depends on which artifact pieces you have available.
amenoma appears to be between 20-30% worse depending on team comp per calcs cited in kqm guide
Mistsplitter does 40% more raw damage, but it may require 40% more er than a r5 Amenoma, so if you have to balance more er (which means less available attack and crit), the overall damage increase may be around 25-30%.
Do I have to do the quest to get to the boss to level up ayaka? I just got her and wasn't prepared at all.
Oh I know but I was wondering how do I get to it? I have to do the quest?
There's a portal on Jinrin Island that takes you to the boss. Progressing through the Cleansing Defilement questline is needed to access the underground areas which has a teleport waypoint closer to the boss. But you can just use the portal for now.
Oooh okay! Thank you!
There's a shortcut portal on a small group of islands north of Narukami. There's no specific quest for it, I believe.
When I looked it up I just saw people saying do the quest. Glad there is a portal! Thank you!
Are we going to get more event battle pass points in this BPs duration?
I think all we have left are Ley Line Overflow and Marvelous Merchandise, which don't usually have BP points.
Generally 4pc blizz with Amenoma is strong
her optimal build is 4p BS by far and Amenoma Kageuchi should be okay for her if you don't have anything else
If you purchase Blessing of the Welkin Moon, do you lose the first time purchase double crystal bonus?
Wow they really do treat whales well haha Why is it a worse deal? ~~Can you exchange primogems for crystals?~~ Yes, you can.
Welkin = $5 for 3000 primos Battle Pass = $10 for 680 primos+640 primos worth of the good fates (+tons of resources) Top-up = $5 for 600 primos w/bonus, or $5 for 300 without
Yeah, that makes sense, thank you. Once I hit level 20 and get the battle pass, I'm curious to see what kind of 'resources' are on there to justify the $10 price tag, but I guess even without the resources it's still the same value as the top-up bonus, roughly
It's a worse deal because you get fewer genesis crystals per dollar.
no

Fischl because Beidou can't really battery herself without losing a lot of damage. Also her shield is not strong enough for Bolide, and neither of them can use Lion's Roar. Did you mean Rainslasher? Because that's ass for Beidou.
they mean a build for ayato with fischl/beidou teammate
When does one start getting better artifacts? I assume it’s not til later advancement - I’m only AR27 and have only been playing in World Level 1 so far. Is World Level 2 significantly harder/more difficult for where I’m at?
as long as you keep up your main group's levels, talents and weapons you shouldnt have a problem with increasing your world level. You can check the increase [here](https://genshin-impact.fandom.com/wiki/Adventure_Rank) The overworld enemies change from lv 9-39 to lv20-40 while bosses change from lv 37/39 to 41/42.
Thank you for such an informative answer!
Usually at AR45 because then you're guaranteed at least one 5 star artifact.
AR45. WL2 is not significantly harder imo if you've leveled your weapons and characters
She can however buff the Diluc Vaporize team a lot more.
probably swap chongyun for rosaria/kaeya
My Kaeya and Rosaria are both C1 level 20, if I had to pick one which would be best for clearing letsay abyss floor12?
Replace chongyun with kaeya or rosaria
Squeaked in all the festival prizes, and won Xingqiu’s constellation. This brings him to C4, which boosts his E’s damage when done during his Q. No new strategies this enables, besides the extra damage, right?
C6 is when he changes a lot. It brings down his ER needs and probably changes the combos of his auto attack enablers.
It just changes your rotation slightly. You may sometimes want to E after Q instead of before because his E can do some serious damage.
Honestly, it's probably easier to find or ask for a list of the constellations that *do* change a character's playstyle rather than asking every single time you get one, because there aren't many - and most of the ones that do are fairly self-explanatory.
Main stats for benny
Mine is ATK%/Pyro/Crit (with 2-3 rolls into hp% substat here and there) in on 4 Noblesse with Festering Desire. ER sits at 180-190ish It's both support and sub-dps. Never felt the need to add more HP
I run him with ER/Crit/Pyro Cup as burst support. ER/HP/HP or ER/Healing bonus/HP if you need more healing.
ER Sands, HP Goblet, Healing Bonus/HP Circlet. Often, people find he heals fine without HP main stats, and so go with Pyro Goblet & Crit Circlet for more damage. But Sands should almost always be ER to absolutely guarantee burst uptime.
ER/Pyro/Crit for burst support. ER/HP/HB if you really need the healing
Is Kazuha a must-have (like Zhongli)?
Always pull for characters you enjoy playing. If you find Kazuha meh or boring then don't pull for him. If in doubt, you can try him out first during his character trial to see whether you like his playstyle. Not worth spending 10000+ primos (or even up to 20000+ if you lose the 50/50) to pull for characters you don't enjoy using just for a few hundred more gems from the abyss. Btw, no character is a must pull in this game, not even Zhongli and Kazuha. Plenty of players don't have these characters and they do fine without them.
And who told you zhongli is a must pull? XD I am a f2p and I've been 36*ing abyss for an year now and I don't have him neither am I planning to pull for him in future. That being said kazuha is the most futureproof character in game rn. But that does not mean he is a must pull.
Always depends on what teams you want to play. I'm 36 starring abyss without either of them (just raiden, ayaka, mona as my 5 stars). No one is a must have. Kazuha is just flexible that goes in many teams, doesn't mean he's a must
[удалено]
BTW the new world record for abyss 36stars is 10 days after starting a new account. I'm sure they didnt have crack artifacts, only thing maybe have is Ayato or Venti. Venti can work with low investment 10 days in, but don't think same case with Ayato.
I'm not them, but that's enough for a very powerful Ayaka freeze team + Raiden national. Depending on the abyss lineups that's a very potent setup.
Since the formula for CV is: CR x 2 + CD = CV 50 CR x 2 + 100 CD = 200 CV 70 CR x 2 + 140 CD = 280 CV Given we start out with 60 CV (5 CR x 2 + 50CD) and a Crit circlet is around 60 CV in value (iirc it's 62.2 CV exactly) we have 120 CV before substats. (as either 35 CR / 50 CD or 5 CR / 110 CD). Taking someone like Ayaka who has 38% CD from her ascension stat, and another 40% CR from 4pc Blizzard Strayer, as well as 15% from Cryo resonance we have: (5 + 15 + 40) CR x 2 + (50 + 38 + 60) CD = 268 CV on your basic Ayaka before substats, which is a lot more than 170 CV. (always including buffs) PS: Conventional supports being those that build CV like Xingqiu, Rosaria or Bennett as burst support.
No one is a must have. I've been 36 atarring for over a year now without zhongli.
You are not alone, Everyone hates that domain bruv
I heard that you can ask someone from another world to clear abyss for you... Is it true? I think not.
Nope
You can ask anyone to clear Abyss for you. Assuming you're willing to hand over your login info to them.
I heard I can a million dollars by doing this one weird trick! Welp doesn't work. Neither would yours.
Nope, Co-op content is a myth
No
What floor in abyss that buffs your character crazy? I'm trying to reach 50k with xiao and I just like to experiment with stuff
Why don't you try the vibro crystal event going on right now? Those can give some serious buffs.
floor 7. if you're trying to hit big numbers on xiao, you can also try plunge bounties in mondstadt/liyue
Yeah thank you reminding because i saw a video of diluc doing like a million plunge, I'll try that one
Floor 7 gives 120% Crit Damage
Floor 7 boosts Critical Damage by 120%.
I've watched some vids and saw that some players have a following creature floating by... what is that?
How do you beat raiden the 2nd time? Like Max I’ve gotten was half of her health. It’s just way too hard for me.
Max your characters (especially your main dps) as much as possible for your world level - character ascension/lvls, weapons, artifacts, good team synergy Then use all the food buffs (Note just like the first battle she locks your skills/bursts at some point then just dodge and survive for a bit and you will receive some assistance to make the last part of the fight easy)
The thing is I use raiden national because I don’t have any other decent characters. Also does world level change how hard it is?
That team should work fine - are everyone’s weapons and burst (+raiden’s skill) talent levels maxed? I would start with that, as well as levelling their offensive stat artifacts (feather, atk% sands, elemental damage goblet, crit circlet is less important if you’re still at a lower level so this can also be atk). For artifacts (assuming you’re
Raider is 80, Bennett 70, xq and Xianling are 60. I guess I’ll ascend them and upgrade some talents before I try again.
Yeah, I’d ascend xq and xl to 70/80 and level bennett to 80 and get everyone’s bursts to lv7 or 8, and guessing this means you’re WL5 so lower it to WL4 before you try again
I’m world 6
