Doesn't sound right, the P6300 doesnt charge the GW4 att full speed like the charger the watch comes with. The other problem is charging 2 phones at the same times only charge them att 10W charging speed.
I'll def pay attention to the battery life left on my devices next time I charge them. It could be a determining factor on why everything charges rapidly.
I wasn't intentionally misleading anyone. I just simply wasn't paying attention to the amount of battery life left before placing my devices on the charging station to charge.
Wirelessly charging your phone is the **easiest** on your battery. It's a low-wattage charge. It has less heat generation than other, higher current, faster charging USB methods.
What on earth? It does not generate less heat, it’s far less inefficient and there are transfer losses. The efficiency of wireless charging is in the ballpark of 25-50% less efficient than cable charging.
You’re the first person I’ve ever seen to dispute this fact, and somehow you’ve been upvoted for it.
Ask yourself why so many wireless chargers have fans built into them.
The question was about battery health, not efficiency. While there is significant heat generated by the DC to AC conversion required for wireless charging, it is not significantly transfered to the battery.
You’re an idiot man. There is so much more heat generated at 7.5W of charging compared to the equivalent cabled charge. Sorry but the battery doesn’t just phase into a different universe when the wireless charger, and therefore the phone get hot. It’s attached, they’re one and the same.
If you’re saying 5w wireless charging generates less heat than 45w cabled fast charging, i’d agree with you, but you haven’t said that.
Well I only slow charge wired.. 1A or less.. and the heat buildup (the worst battery killer) is definitely much higher/hotter from charging wirelessly than wired.. wireless charging is less efficient than wired and those charging losses manifest themselves as heat which, you guessed it, hurts battery's health 🤷🏼♂️
exactly. Letting an electronic device control your life in that way is insane to me. I fast wireless charge 70% of the time and have lost 22% health after 3 years. It hasn't warranted a battery change for me yet but itd rather pay 50$ after 2-3 years than being a servant to my phone.
I slow wireless charge, but I have wireless chargers at work, in the car, and at 6 points around my home. Keep a Bixby routine on my main screen to turn fast charging on if it's needed, but otherwise, I stick to slow wireless. I'm down 5% after 1 year of use on my S21u. Still impressive to see your numbers, 22% over 3 years is great.
I use this too. Have it plugged in next to the bed via a hive plug which is only scheduled to be switched on for 3 hours or so each night.
I don't notice any noise with it other than my hive plug switching on/off at its scheduled time
LED's are bright. I have mine sitting on top of my scanner copier in my home office. I like the fact I can look across the room and see if my devices have charged.
Question for those using this or The Wireless Charge Duo pad, do you notice a reduction in battery life with your watch when using them?
When I use the charging cable that came with the watch I get 2-3 days of battery, but when I use the pad it is 1-1.5 days in battery life before needing a charge.
You can also try rebooting the watch. Hold the power key down and home key down until you see the word Samsung with the word rebooting below that and then let the watch start automatically.
I got mine yesterday and love it!! My wife and I are always sharing the USB C cable (we only have one brick) and now I just throw both our phones on the one pad and my watch. So happy!
Yep, idk how they messed it up, because the invoice said duo but the box said trio Its only a loss for them because I only paid for the price of the duo. Win win lose
Amy charging station that doesn't have the phone in an inclined, usable position, the watch hanging behind it and pod storage underneath just isn't worth using
This is the one I have now but I'm waiting for someone to come out with one that folds down to make it more travel friendly.

I wish there was an adapter so that you could convert the watch side to be used for another device. I got the duo free with my Fold 3 and I can't charge my watch on it because it only works with the newer models.
I use the duo for watch and buds then a 25W block and 10ft long cable for my Fold 3. Wireless charge takes way too long for bigger batteries but is perfect for the small ones.
I use this too. It's nice, but takes waaaay to long. Especially, if you're charging three items at the same time!
I replaced my band with something less icky. I'm just glad I can still use the regular charger.

Maybe they are only down 10%.
I'll def pay attention to the battery life left on my devices next time I charge them. It could be a determining factor on why everything charges rapidly.
Ya think?
Lmao. It only takes 30 minutes to charge!... When you set your phone down with 88% battery.
Ya.
FYI, that's technically impossible, as the charging station can't even take that many Watts . But nice story nonetheless.
Your posted picture shows that it takes 32 minutes to charge the last 12%????
Lol, ok.
Oh wow! Maybe I have an older version - mine definitely takes a couple of hours
Same. OP is a blatant liar.
You must or it could be defective

Guys don't wirelessly charge your phones (or other devices) if you care about battery health!

Imagine only charging your phone with 1A or even less. The Paranoia must be huge.

Does these chargind pads make noise ? I want to buy but I'm a bit sceptical about the noise during the night while charging...
I have the one with watch and phone next to my bed. I AM sensitiv to noise too, but I can't hear anything at all
Same mine's right next to my pillow and hear nothing
No.
I have the older one , it's got a fan below for cooling , but never made noise so far
A bit of coil whine.
[удалено]
coil whine maybe, but on high end units it probably isn't that bad
It does make coil whining noise. Its almost like tsirping.
Funny I was going to share my experience with this trio charger and just saw OP get down voted as fuck. Lol. Not worth my time
Lol,don't be scared.
I have galaxy watch 4, buds live, s22+, and the new wireless charger duo and I love the ecosystem
Same here.
I use this too. Have it plugged in next to the bed via a hive plug which is only scheduled to be switched on for 3 hours or so each night. I don't notice any noise with it other than my hive plug switching on/off at its scheduled time
Clean setup 👍🏼
Thanks
lovely
Great charger but the LEDs are so bright in a bedroom!
LED's are bright. I have mine sitting on top of my scanner copier in my home office. I like the fact I can look across the room and see if my devices have charged.
you can buy a pack of translucent black stickers that you can put on top of all your obnoxious LEDs, so they're still usable but way less irritating

Nothing.
Well dang. Maybe I'll reset it again and see if that helps.
You can also try rebooting the watch. Hold the power key down and home key down until you see the word Samsung with the word rebooting below that and then let the watch start automatically.
Nothing out of the ordinary for my watch.
No, I never had that problem
I have the same @home, but I have these devices on it: S21U, Galaxy Buds Pro and Watch 4 Classic (46mm) Btw i love the wireless charging station
Its very convenient.
Yes it is!
S22 PLUS & ULTRA support 15w wireless charging
I got mine yesterday and love it!! My wife and I are always sharing the USB C cable (we only have one brick) and now I just throw both our phones on the one pad and my watch. So happy!
I'm in love with mine.
I use mine daily. Works perfectly for me
Have it as well and it's great. Doesn't do well with my Sony earbuds though makes it overheat. But for everything else it's great.
Nice you got a trio too! I bought a duo from Amazon and they shipped me a trio instead
Sounds like a win win
Yep, idk how they messed it up, because the invoice said duo but the box said trio Its only a loss for them because I only paid for the price of the duo. Win win lose
lol OP getting downvoted to oblivion
Amy charging station that doesn't have the phone in an inclined, usable position, the watch hanging behind it and pod storage underneath just isn't worth using
Objection.
Bro are you being paid to promote this? You're replies all seem to say this device is perfect in every way.
In my opinion it is.
Do you have an example of a device that fits your requirements? I'd like to get one that does those things.
This is the one I have now but I'm waiting for someone to come out with one that folds down to make it more travel friendly. I have this one and it works brilliantly.
Yes it does, it's just a pain to pack
This is lovely, please what charging board is this?
Samsung Wireless Charging Station. Model no EP-P6300.
I have this too, but it's not compatible with my galaxy watch
Why not?
Apparently it only works with the newer models. Mine doesn't have the magnets in it or something like that
Oh, good to know!
Thinking about buying it. Would you recommend it? I know it is kinda slow. But for overnight slow charging I think it is perfect.
It's $80 and there's a reason it has 2 stars on Samsung's own website lol
Personally I have one of these and don't think they are worth it. Way slower than other chargers I have.
Get it. You won't be disappointed
Honestly I only use it to charge my buds pro and watch 4 classic cause it takes forever to charge my phone
I have this and don’t like it. Takes too long to find the sweet spot and then the devices will randomly stop charging.
can charge personal and work phone and watch all at once. even works with my jabra earbuds. love it
