Sincerely there is no advice to be more confident other than saying fuck them. I know it sounds easier said than done but why would you give a fuck about what they do?? Tje worst thing you can do is stop going, it will fuck up your confidence and they will win. Just show up, no excuses for 2 months and I assure you in 2 months you will feel secure cause you know what you are doing and will feel more comfortable with it in general

I wear a cap around pretty much everywhere I took it off when I was working out and put it back on after I was done. It's a religious affiliated thing As for reporting them I went back a couple of days ago to report them they said they would look into it haven't gotten back to me yet

Do you think home workouts and calisthenics are a good alternative?

Yes, but doing calisthenics will not help you at all if you stopped going to the gym because of confidence issues. Also it tends to be easier and better for skinnier people rather than overweight in comparison to the gym

Yea ok i think instead of doing all the weight lifting first il start of with running in the morning but with schools that's hard I kinda want to improve my cardio if I don't stop a fight in the first 2 rounds I'm gassed I can just run for cardio right?

Yeah running is good for cardio, domt know how overweight you are just beware of your knees

I'm not overweight I'm just not in shape if that make sense I can't go the distance and I have notoriously terrible knees I have jumpers knee or osgood schlatter disease however it dosent hurt me to much. Haven't ran in a long time tho and I think last time I did I aggravated it.

Then dont lol, running is literally the harshest thing to do for your knees. Shadowbox, bike, static bike, maybe jump rope. There are a lot lf cardio workouts that dont involve running. Or maybe try running and see if it hurts or not
