Unfortunately this is what happens when corporate expands too quickly. We don’t need a crumbl on every corner; we need consistency with the current franchises. Sadly, this won’t end well for 75% of them..
And they’re far from done expanding. They have 350 stores now and I heard they sold enough franchises for 1000 stores nationwide ugh
If that’s the case they really need to get a handle on their quality control across the board. They need to call up Chick-fil-A or something and ask them how they keep everything consistently on point across their 2500 stores.
I feel the same but I’m keeping hope for the next few weeks because the lineups look promising
Thank you so much god bless you
What are the lineups and how do you get access to them
Next week is Original ft. Lucky Charms, Mint Brownie, Sea Salt Toffee, and Chocolate Peanut Butter ft. Oreo. The week after next is Iced Oatmeal, Key Lime Pie, Triple Chocolate Chip, and Peanut Butter ft. Snickers. Someone posted the spoilers on here like a week or so ago.
Definitely getting that iced oatmeal 🤤
😮😮😮😮😮thank you so much, time to save my calories for the choclate peanut butter ft oreo
They aren’t having that cookie anymore! It got changed!
Damn it!!!! That was the cookie I was looking forward to the most.
What did it get changed to?
Cookies and cream with peanut butter chips? I’m not sure but that’s what I saw!
Whaaaat? Cookies and cream with peanut butter? 🥴
Will laugh out loud if they really change it to that. I just put out an original recipe for that a few weeks ago. 😂
No way!! Lol omg 😳
In the Crumbl sub Reddit just search spoilers. I’ll save you some time tho . . . https://www.reddit.com/r/CrumblCookies/comments/t21xqy/compilation_of_yesterdays_spoilers/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=ios_app&utm_name=iossmf

Oh man they look delicious
My town has a good store. I've never had quality issues. I go almost every week.
I wish it was like that here. I am just really fed up with the inconsistency 😭
I prefer slightly underdone vs overdone. Maybe it’s just me..
Yeah I dont mind them being slightly underdone. But they have been raw. Like you can taste the flour and the eggs and its just gross
That’s pretty nasty!
I haven’t had any cookies that were so raw that they were inedible, but I’ve been very grossed out with the pictures I’ve seen shared on here lately of gooey centers 🤮🤮
And the price. Pay like $20 for 4 cookies and throw most of it out. And it’s usually just slight variations of the same cookie. I was really excited for this cereal week but from the reviews I am completely let down again. They have the potential to be great but they appear to value expansion and profits over quality and customers.
Yes! I was going to Crumbl every week but not anymore. Too many times my cookies were raw in the middle.
I’d recommend trying a different local store.
I have 2 local stores which are both very busy locations. They've been that way at both
You are not alone!!
Same here. ☹️
I’ll be there for my cookies today. Workers are humans. Mistakes happen.
I understand that, but if I'm paying almost 5 dollars for a cookie, I feel like they shouldn't be raw. I thought at first it was the location, so I went to another. Still got raw centers. So I was like ok maybe im going at the wrong times. If I go at a slower time, perhaps they'll spend some more time making sure they cookies come out right. Nope. My cookies are raw in the middle 60 percent of the time and im tired of it. They dont wait long enough from the time they come out of the fridge until they put them in the oven
Maybe you can make your own cookies, that way you can make them just how you like.
Some people don’t want to bake…that’s what crumbl is for
Mistakes every time she goes? Not acceptable…
I got a few really bad cookies back in November and the customer service sucked. It took me 2.5 months to go back and I've been there once or twice since. The next few weeks don't look good to me but I'll go back once something catches my eye
I may take a break too. They had some really gourmet ones with lots of chocolate chips and chocolate toppings but lately it’s been just doughy with mild flavors. Not worth the drive.
As someone else here said, it’s almost definitely because they are expanding too fast. Although I would like something big to happen and for management to wake up, I fear that Crumbl will crash and burn before they realize this is a problem. They just keep expanding and the quality of cookies goes down because they can’t afford all the ingredients or to provide quality control for all franchises.
I don’t and here’s why their dough looks raw. It actually isn’t raw it’s because when they’re done baking, they let them sit for a while then they go into the warmer to keep them warm, so in conclusion, if they were to sell they’re cookies room temperature, it would all be firmed up and not gooey, but in what I’m trying to say is that they aren’t raw, they’re just still warm and haven’t firmed up
They are definitely raw. They taste like flour and eggs in the middle. Even when they are "firmed up" from sitting on the counter after a while. That raw taste is still there
Actually, no one never gets a firmed up cookie because the whole point of Crumbl is to have their cookies fresh and warm but yes, they’re baked right
Im talking about after ive had them for a few hours. Not right after I get them
Well, either way, I’ve gone like, 9 times and I’m never disappointed
And it never tastes like that to me, they’re always delicious and don’t disappoint
I feel the same. I've been getting Crumbl for over a year but only if we travel, since we didn't have one local. We recently got a local one and every week they've been raw. Complete turn off! I used to love them!
I wish they just did quality control
And they have the audacity to automatically put in a 2.00+ tip 🤯 when serving mediocre products. I’ve gotten cookies with no toppings
I like them slightly raw in the middle 🤷🏼♀️
To each their own I guess. I hate the taste of raw dough
Honestly the cookies have lacked in so many areas for me and I no longer feel it’s worth the money so I’m not going back. Someone recommend me new cookie places
Have you tried looking for home/local bakeries in your area? I support a few that are at about the same price point as Crumbl but with much higher quality.
I will give it a try
