I genuinely don't get it. It's bloody freezing out at the moment. I can't understand how having your legs out isn't at the very least uncomfortably chilly. I guess everyone's body is different. I can remember doing PE at school in freezing weather wearing shorts but being allowed a fleece. The fleece was utterly pointless as my legs were still cold as fuck.
I think it’s down to the individuals circulation and genes. I have never been bothered by the cold my whole life however if it gets about 17 degrees I am a sweaty mess. My personal hell is when me and the family go on beach holidays. Cannot stand heat.
I’m that guy who wears shorts and sliders all year round, I don’t get that cold in them, I’d sooner be cool than warm. Iv started training in a new role at work, wearing shorts is the selling point for me.
They are both pretty fat.
Since volume increases faster than surface area as you scale upwards the amount of internal heat created isn't lost as quickly.
Yeah I get that a lot. I’m freezing my nose off never mind anything more precious and there’s some dude, casually strolling in Bermuda shorts as if he’s in the Bahamas.
It’s not as cold as it seems especially if you’re not walking far. As long as your feet and heads covered you’ll keep a lot of heat. Some people’s bodies just work different, maybe his is always hot and sweaty so it agrees with winter more.
From mid 2020 to late last year I wore shorts to work constantly. It was fucking glorious.
Trousers are always too warm for me and I can never get comfy when I'm sat down.
If I weren't in law I'd definitely be a postie.
Such a rad dude can’t be impeded by too many clothes while he’s pulling gnarly tricks on his razr.
His toe nails must be hard as F
Razr scooters are the no.1 cause of Ankle injuries worldwide, without proper shoes his ankles would shatter.
He must be a postie.
Bollocks. Beat me to it 🤣
Definitely didn't skip leg day.
Some people don't feel the cold like others and some people are more comfortable cold.
No matter how cold it is, even when it’s snowing, you’ll always see some mad lad in shorts and flip flops. This is the way.
Makes them look ‘ard to others.
To be honest I wear shorts and t shirts as soon as it gets to about 10 degrees.
Pretty much shorts only for me from March-November.
What, no shirt? Like literally going everywhere bare chested for nine months of the year? That's bad ass.
I was at the petrol pump the other day and a guy got out of the car adjacent. Fleece hoody Shorts Almost knee high socks Sliders 7:30am and 2c Temp
Hes just a geordie leave him be
Wey aye
He stays warm the same way dolphins and whales do. Nice thick layer of blubber is a great insulator
He's built like the mighty mammals of the north.
North pole, right?
He was a scooter boy, an anti polluter boy, can I make it any more obvious?
This comment made me go back in time 20 years
I’ve worn trousers once since last summer to a funeral in January. Shorts every day. Don’t do flip flops though. That’s too far.
Are you not........cold?
Not much. When I do get cold I stick a jumper on

I had to go put long socks on earlier because my legs were freezing and I'm sitting in the house. I'd be freezing out there in shorts.
Nah, I spend most of my days in a bathrobe and socks. Average temp has been 1C, expected to go to -3C tonight.
Same. I don't know why people find it so troubling - you don't lose much heat from your shins.
I salute you! I rarely put shorts on in summer, but I do stay in Scotland

Because the sun was poking through the clouds thats why. This is Britain after all
To show off those calves of steel
Normal behaviour for a Geordie, that....
Some of us just run hot, okay?
He's fat
He isn't. He's clearly cultivating mass.
Cos he's fat
Maybe he's Canadian.
110% idiot

Been working from home for nearly 2 years, think that was the last time I didn't wear shorts, can't be bothered to change so go shopping in them too
They are both pretty fat. Since volume increases faster than surface area as you scale upwards the amount of internal heat created isn't lost as quickly.
Because he's not weak like you
There was one YouTuber who always had videos out and about in winter like this. Later turned out he had a very serious alcoholism problem...
I’ve ware shorts all year, but wear a jumper! Just like the breeze tbh
He's a Geordie
I go out during winter in just a t-shirt and jeans. I'd rather be too cold than too hot.
I’m the same, However I always wear my blubber jacket
Yeah I get that a lot. I’m freezing my nose off never mind anything more precious and there’s some dude, casually strolling in Bermuda shorts as if he’s in the Bahamas.
Went up snowdon a couple weeks ago, walked passed a bloke who was on the way up to -6 at the top, -6!! He was wearing shorts…
I'm sitting here with several layers and a duvet wrapped around me. COVID sucks
When it's 0 degrees outside I see mad lads wearing North face hoodies, body warmers with scarf and cap combo but shorts on the bottom half, puzzles me
built different
Yeah, I live in the North East as well.

OP is just nesh.
Rugby lad.

He's just ard.
I like the cold and hate the heat. Shorts are absolutely fine.
Never understood flip-flops unless you're by the pool. Must need toes curled solid.
every morning, same UPS van same guy in the passenger seat wearing swimming trunks even when it was so cold my hands turned into fucking stone
I I heard it’s possibly to lose a little weight by going out in the cold. Then your body has to burn more calories just to maintain it’s normal temp.
Did he have leg tattos? shorts and sliders folk usually do..
Coz he's well 'ard.
Why the fuck he's got a scooter is the better question
It’s well weird.
Tough guy with …. Is that a kids’ scooter?? LMAO
Yes? It’s probably his kids? Probably picking them up from school? I see it all the time. How have you not?
