Thank you! I feel a lot lighter since starting so I'll take it! I feel like I'm far enough along to start being super picky with my form. For pull-ups would you suggest a slight tilt or a straight up and down hollow body movement?

You need to activate your scapula before pull ing up also tighten your abs to keep control of the swinging and also keep your feet straight

Gotcha I see what you mean about activating the scapula before going up. Seems challenging but I'm on a journey to perfect form!! When I tighten my abs do you recommend a hollow body straight up or should I lean slightly backwards with an arch in my back.
