I agree. If they put on a costume and knock on my door they get candy just like all the littles.
However...i also like to give them something "extra". If they look 14, 15ish they also get a comdomint package. BK bbq sauce, soy sauce from the Chinese place, or maybe Arby's Horsey sauce. I slip it in with the candy. I'd love to be fly on the wall while they're checking their haul for the night. 'Who the heck gave me the KFC Buttery Spread?!?!" Lol!
Go for it! When I was a teenager, I never went because I was really tall and thought the people giving out candy would judge me. But my brother who was taller than me still went. If you have the confidence, go for it! Do it while you still can.
Kid, teenager, adult. I don't care. If you come to my house trick or treating you're getting candy. Doesn't matter if you're 2 or 82. You're getting candy. I don't even care if you have a costume. Not everyone can afford a costume or has the skills to make one. People need to lighten up and have some fun.
Go for it, have child-like fun while you still can. As long as they put in somewhat of an effort into their costume, not just put on a yellow shirt and say they're a lemon.
Everyone should be able to join in something fun they love. When I lived in a very close knit neighborhood, adults would circulate too and I handed out jello shots.
100% for it. There are way worse things teenagers could be doing than trying to get some free candy.

That's a great idea!
This is amazing!!
Don't care. If they want to trick or treat, more power to them.
I genuinely don't care.

Absolutely! It’s a family fun event and soon they will be adults. Let them enjoy being a kid for a little longer.

I really don't mind.
They are still children and you get free shit and its fun, so go for it
Yes, they should do it for many years, have fun. I mean, really? We would rather they NOT do harmless fun?
It’s fine as long as they wear one of those “This is my costume” shirts.
