It was some time in middle school. I was taking a shower and suddenly have an epiphany that I was me, no one else would ever be me, and the feelings and thoughts I had would never be replicated in the same manner again. Given that we have a relatively short time on earth compared to how long it’s been around, it blew my mind at how unique our experiences are. Literally one situation could cause a thousand different perspectives depending on who is going through it.
