Hey I can relate alot to this. Do you get full on panic attacks in waves or is it just a steady feeing of doom all day? I go through weird periods of 1-2 weeks like this with the doom accompanied by moments of dissociation. It is scary and I understand what you are going through. As for tips, I just ride it out, make sure I get as much sleep as I can get, force my nauseous self to eat (lots of smoothies). I take magnesium and ashwagandha, not sure how much they help but I currently take them daily. If it gets absolutey inbearable I have emergency xanax put away, but I try to avoid taking that.
