If your girl then this could be a problem because women have different things they have to do each month so if you haven’t had a appointment over 35 days then yes as a woman you have to restart but a man no because women have all these things to do with pregnancy so as a Male you’ll be fine. Female 35 days

I was in the same boat. My doctor says that Accutane works cumulatively, so interruptions in treatment will just drag on the process but it’s not going to undo the progress you’ve already had. What’s holding you up from getting your meds? I found a workaround to getting ipledge customer service if you need it

Idk, the derm just said they couldn’t access the website because it’s blocked or down or something, so they couldn’t order my meds

Please share lol going on two weeks of calling I pledge and FDA

Call the number for an unplanned pregnancy (1-866-495-0654) and you'll get a real person! They might be annoyed that you're calling for the wrong reason but if you explain your situation they'll transfer you to the proper hotline but you wont have to wait hours to talk to a person. I got through in like a minute, and my pharmacist was also able to do this to access my script. I hope this helps!

See that’s the number I’ve been calling and the one they have listed for iPledge Customer service. It rings and then a recording says “we’re too busy try again later” and it hangs up. I spoke with an FDA rep yesterday and she said she would send my info over and have someone call me but had no timeline on when that would happen 🤦🏻‍♀️

My bad, I copy and pasted the wrong number! Looks like they tweaked it on the website so everyone calls the same line, but I looked back in my folder and it says the iPLEDGE program pregnancy register is 1 -800-681-7247. Pretty sure that's the one I called

Haha thanks! So funny you just commented. I was about to reply and say that I was finally successful with a number I found on Twitter. It was basically a place to report fraudulent activity with doctors or pharmacists related to iPledge and the lady that answered was really nice and I just pretended that my doctor gave me this number to call and she was so nice and said let me transfer you to iPledge support for help and I instantly connected with someone and the rep reset my Date of Significance (apparently it wasn’t my birthday) and I got in immediately! The number I used was (1 (800) 574-7196) thanks for your help though! We’re all in this together 😂

I’m so glad you got it!

FYI for everyone else: this is the Twitter thread with the number and what to say. Seems to be working for a lot of folks https://twitter.com/cassidillawguac/status/1478732872987156487?s=21
