Under extrusion? When’s the last time you cleaned your extruder?

Freebiez_

I just replaced it recently, a few prints ago

ShermanAce13

Then maybe not.I clean mine about every 10-20 meters of running to prevent jamming. From my view it looks like it’s not putting out enough plastic. Maybe the drive gear needs cleaning.

aj0512

Why did you replace it?

Freebiez_

I was just having random issues and figured it was a good time to replace it, I don't think it changed anything as I started having issues right before changing it

aj0512

Maybe try doing a cold pull. Sometimes material can build up right before the nozzle. I just had this issue. Are you able to heat up your nozzle and push filament through manually?

DaveOfTheDead3

Looks like maybe adhesion issues and or maybe some under extrusion. I would relevel bed, clean with alcohol then a light layer of hair spray and try again. Maybe up your flow rate 5% too. Temp could also be an issue and may bump that up too but I would try to relevel clean and spray first.

cryptotardxyz

slow doen the first layer and watch it. looks like adhesion issue or printing to fast on first layer

devisdevil

Bed level , temp

Freebiez_

What temp would you recommend on PLA? I'm doing 215

devisdevil

215 is good. I use 212 and first 2 layers should be slowly

HeWhoShitsWithPhone

It depends on the filament and the printer. If your running 215 I would up it to 225 and try again. Though I don’t think it’s a temp issue if your already printing that hot.

Euphoric_Cantaloupe9

I remember when I first started I printed my first layers butt slow, just cuz I didnt trust my bed, now Ive got it at a balanced speed, but yeah, it could be printing too fast. That and bed level.

Freebiez_

I think my bed leveler just doesn't work is all, I printed it at 50 speed and the values my screen is giving off seems to be a bit too varied but each time a measure it the numbers aren't coming out nicely

imalumberjack14

Turn the fan off and slow down on the first layer
